The staff is unprofessional and doesn't speak English, It was very cold, I stayed for 5 nights and there was no cleaning at all, I felt very uncomfortable staying at this hotel, I will not stay at this hotel again and I will not recommend it to anyone.
- ティート・サンタレ (6/5): At least it looks nice on the outside. - The staff were really helpful with getting ourselves situated in the room after check-in. They even lent us a plug adapter since the room only had the round European style outlets. The rainfall shower head was really nice, but be careful with the hot water. The coffee machine in the lounge was also a convenient service to take advantage of. The neighborhood seemed nice and lively. There were a lot of different restaurants and drinking places available in the area. Having NetFlix in the room was also a great bonus to relax with at the end of the night. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable. I wasn't able to sleep comfortably on it at all. We probably could have played ddakji on that bed and won. The room wasn't setup for 2 people and they only gave us one bath towel and one face towel to shower with. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn't shut. Nor would the closet door. The room only had one chair and the small table had a lot of chipped paint all over it. It probably should be replaced. It was also really easy to hear anything that was going on down the hall in our floor even with both of the room's doors closed.

- Jake (8/5): A nice place for a cheap price - A nice coffee lounge by the lobby with free use of a coffee machine and ice machine. The essential things like the bed, bathroom and towels are clean and good quality. A good TV with Netflix and YouTube. Also a good location. There are signs of scratches and dents in the furniture, and some old stains on the walls.

- Ka (5/5): Good for its value, but I might not book again on my next visit to Seoul - The room is spacious and the bed and pillows are comfortable. The air conditioning is amazing especially in this hot summer There were a few bugs every now and then that I needed to deal with. The location is a little far from the central tourist areas of Hongdae and Myeongdong, but it’s not bad going to Gangnam. The hotel area can feel sketchy at night, so I returned to the hotel early and avoided late nights.

- Jason (1/5): Nothing good about this hotel - It was conveniently close to the subway. The room was dirty and old. There were terrible stains on the toilet as well. I booked two rooms but they looked nothing like the pictures and it was generally just an awful stay. There was a leaking vent in one of the hallways and being in the room was extremely uncomfortable.

- Clifford (5/5): Passable - In itself a well-located hotel with good rooms. Was fine for 2 nights on my own. The place kind of seems to be falling apart... Water dripping from the ceiling in the corridor (8th floor) the whole 3 days i was there and, unsurprisingly, smell of damp. Things broken in the room so nowhere to hang towels for example. Bathroom in lobby filthy. It seems money is not being invested in the upkeep of the hotel.

- bzb34174 (6/5): - 良かったところ：駅および空港バス停留所から徒歩3～5分ほどの立地でとても良かったです。モーテル（ラ〇ホ？）のようですが普通にツーリストホテルとして宿泊するのに問題ありませんでした。浴槽が大きくお湯につかってゆっくりできます。トイレもウォシュレット付きでした。(Nice location 5 min walk from the station and the airport shuttle station it is apparently a motel or love-hotel but fine to use as a tourist hotel a big bath tub and toilet with bidet) 悪かったところ：部屋に使用済みの避妊具が落ちていて気持ち悪かったです。また床下暖房が付いているのですが、熱いのでフロントに敬して欲しいと3度お願いしたのに消えなくて嫌な思いをしました。韓国語は問題ありませんが、スタッフの英語はあまり流暢ではないので根気よく話さないといけないと思います。(A used condom was on the floor when we came it was disgusting also we asked to turn off the floor heater 3 times but the staffs did not they speak no English or less so you better have a basic Korean communication skill for dealing with troubles)

- Verified traveler (2/5): 컬리넌 호텔 최악 - 새벽2시가 넘어서 30분 넘게 건물 안인지 밖인지에서 공사소음이 들리는데 프론트에 연락했는데 바깥소음이라네요. 건물방음 상태가 최악이라는거고, 자정 가까이 되어서 체크인 했는데 대실이었던 방을 준 건지 방문 앞에 배달음식 놓여져 있고 침구류도 정리가 제대로 안 되어 있었습니다. 체인호텔이라고 해서 방문한건데 최악이네요.
- Erik (6/5): - Good location for what we needed. Complimentary water, coffee, and beverages were very welcome in the Korean summer. Bed was hard as a rock. Window was darkened with opaque film rather than blinds, so while dark for sleeping, it didn't allow for natural light. Bathroom lighting was extremely poor. Lots of little drain flies persistently appeared in the room, likely from plumbing from the bathroom. Lamps, side tables, and other furniture were extremely dusty.
- RIKA (2/5): 女性ひとり旅、家族旅には的してない - 元はラブホテル？ 天井全て鏡貼り、窓はスモーク貼られ、部屋の照明が暗すぎ、その為化粧すりのに窓を開けて太陽光を取り入れて化粧した。 毎日掃除入らない。床がホコリだらけ。 フロント従業員の対応はとても親切でよいが もう利用したくない。

- Frank (2/5): Not located as shown in map. - The hotel was booked on the location only. This was NOT located close to City Hall as shown in the map but 15 minutes driving by car east. This is Hotels.com fault. Hotel itself was just OK.

- carbonk (6/5): Lack in Language Communication - Just visited Seoul to attend conference. In Seoul, I looked for other Hotels but Hotel Cullinan attracted me because it was near to my conference place and they were providing some good services. However, I feel difficulty in conveying my message to the staff as they don't understand my Questions. If you are proficient in Korean then Hotel Cullinan is best choice otherwise you'll face problem in communication.
