• Martina (10/5): Ottima struttura - Ottima struttura: posizione perfetta su via Toledo, esattamente sulla fermata della metro; pulizia perfetta e stanza spaziosa; buona colazione al bar convenzionato sotto il bb; disponibile gratuitamente dispencer di acqua, caffè, tisane/camomille con bollitore. A voler trovate il pelo nell'uovo, direi cuscini eccessivamente morbidi e durante la notte si sentivano alcuni rumori che non abbiamo ben identificato. La stanza però aveva buoni infissi che garantivano una discreta insonorizzazione rispetto alla frequentatissima e affollata via toledo.

• Lucia (9/5): - Siamo stati a Napoli 4 giorni e soggiornato presso questa struttura che abbiamo trovato eccezionale sotto ogni aspetto: dalla gentilezza del personale tutto (accoglienza e pulizie) alla posizione strategica (la stazione della metro Toledo proprio sotto casa), dalla pulizia all' arredamento dei locali. Torneremo sicuramente.
• Andrea (9/5): Perfektná lokalita. - Výborná lokalita. V Neapoli rada chodím pešo a odtiaľto sa to dá do Centro storico, Chiaie, prístavu... a Quartiere Spagnoli sú pod nosom doslova. Bola som v tomto ubytovaní už druhý raz Večer ma trochu rušili zvláštne zvuky. Ale nebol to problém, že by som dobre nespala😊.

• Alexander (9/5): Very good location - Very nice place. The room is not big but very comfortable for one person. The location is great at via Toledo only 20 meters from metro station. Window my room was to via Toledo street so you hear a little noice from out side. No English channels at the TV.

Highly recommended, the staff welcome us with coffee and drinks, offered tours guide if we need. Just like other part of Europe they don’t work over night The chauffage in toilet was not connected, they told us only in winter they make it on. At this time end of October it’s not big deal though.

• Vania (10/5): - Ottima posizione, camera ampia e pulita, bagno con doccia molto comoda. C'erano anche le ciabatte, bollitore in camera con selezione di tè, erogatore d'acqua e macchina del caffè sempre disponibili nella zona comune. La ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile e disponibile.
• Trisha (10/5): - This guest house is located in a great location, close to everything. When booking it, I was under the impression that there was a balcony off every room but this is not accurate; there is a balcony off of the lobby area and we were open to use that at any time and we did. On our first night, we had an issue with the shower not draining and flooding the floor. We reported it immediately, which was on a Friday night. They advised that they would have someone there the next morning to look at it. I explained to them that we had a very early excursion booked for the next day and needed to use the shower before then. They promptly sent someone over to fix it that night. Their communication was excellent and the staff were amazing. The young lady working the front desk was exceptional, very sweet and helpful. We even ran into her outside the building after hours and asked her about something and she was very helpful. We asked if they had an iron and they advised they would leave it in our room the next day and they did. Our only issue was when the cleaning lady took all the wet towels out from cleaning up the flooded floor, she did not bring us new ones. Since the reception is not 24 hours, I could not ask for them and went looking for some but could not find any. I truly believe this was an oversight because everything else was so great. The room is on the smaller side (green room) but absolutely perfect for two people. We would definitely stay here again.

If you want to visit Naples, this accommodation is very well located. The room was clean, well maintained, and has a beautiful view. It was a pleasant stay and I gladly recommend it. There are no negative aspects. It is worth mentioning that there is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, there are a few stairs to climb.

E nem atendimento algum Só obtive o atendimento do porteiro do prédio Lá pelas 9:30 da manhã. O porteiro me garantiu , que ele deveria ter sido avisado/ informado , pelo proprietário / ou representante do hotel imediatamente qdo comecei a reclamar.. Coisa que não fizeram. Nada

• Stephanie (8/5): Convenient stay near Beverello port - I booked this hotel for an overnight stay close to the Beverello port. The property itself felt very secure and safe, just off the Toledo metro stop and a 15-16min walk to the port. The street was very loud in the evenings until quite late at night, as there is significant pedestrian traffic. My booking included breakfast as an amenity but there was no breakfast to be found, the espresso/coffee machine didn't work and there was no one at the front desk to talk to which was a bit frustrating. Other than that, this stay was quite suitable for my needs.

• Simone (9/5): Soggiorno eccelente, in una posizione comodissima. - La possibilità di riempire bottiglie di acqua frizzante, la presenza di un minifrigo in camera, la presenza di un ferro da stiro in camera, la possibilità di cenare con cibo d’asporto sul terrazzo comune che affaccia su via Toledo e la camera spaziosa con in dotazione pantofole e set di cortesia per il bagno. Il meccanismo della doccia era errato: l’acqua dovrebbe uscire di base dall’alto e attraverso un comando dovrebbe cambiare getto per utilizzare il doccino. In questo caso invece è il contrario.

Incredibly convenient location right next to Toledo station and the Spanish quarter with beautiful restaurants, music, bars and atmosphere. Highly recommend. We woke up to a black out one morning which wasn’t ideal but out of the hotel’s control. Staff were helpful in sorting this out quickly.

• May (8/5): Short stay in Napoli - The location is great, conveniently located right by the Metro station. Staff are helpful and the room is clean and comfortable.
• Michael (4/5): - 2 things I liked about the property. 1)Location is excellent, 2)Check in was easy and friendly. Aside from that, I would not stay here again. The hotel upon entry had a very strong bad smell. Something like you might get from a serious flood/molding. Our specific unit did not smell quite as bad, but still not good. The unit was dirty. There was heavy dust in many places. The shower was moldy. The shower head was crusted and poor and the drain was clogged and the shower would flood if turned on at max flow. I hesitated from using any of the amenities like the coffee machine in the common area because I did not trust it to be sanitary.

The room was very clean and bright, facilities were well maintained. Reception was very helpful, allowing us to check in early, breaking down the area, and getting us set up with a taxi to the airport. Simple amenities but everything you need if you’re going to be out and about in the city.

Very nice and helpful staff, free espresso and water, great common balcony overlooking Via Toledo. Room was cleaned well every day, has all you need. It does get noisy at night, you will have to sleep with the windows closed and AC ON. Nothing too serious but Napoli in general is noisy 🤣
