Guest Reviews
- Carolyn (8/5): - Very pretty location, good size room, very cozy and a comfy bed
- Carolyn (10/5): - Location and hotpools ,wine tasting everything was super clean. Graeme & Jan super hosts
- Liz (7/5): -
- Julie (9/5): -
- Richard (8/5): Very friendly and helpful host. - Did not have breakfast at venue.
- Megan (10/5): Cottage right on the edge of town, romantic getaway- wine and biking wonderland! - Great location to connect with Bike shop and set up biking around town and beyond. The cottage had everything you would need for a stay, plus great additions like the hot pools! All was great!
- Mingyue (10/5): A nice and cozy super clean apartment in the amazing vine yard. The hot tub (extra charge) is a must- try experience. - A very nice apartment with amazing view of wine yard. Friendly hosts. If I am really picky. Perhaps the ‘old fashioned’ toilet flush that I felt like winning a lottery when it worked😉😜
- Wendy (10/5): - We loved the outlook and the decor.
- Jill (8/5): -
- Yingxu (10/5): It was a wonderful, peaceful stay—if you’re used to city life, you’ll fall in love with the calm, open landscape and sta - We stayed in one of the small cabins on this winery property in Cromwell, and it was truly one of the most memorable stays we’ve had in New Zealand. The cabin is new, spotless, and very well equipped—everything felt modern, warm, and comfortable. At night, the sky was full of stars, and walking through the quiet open countryside around the property was incredibly refreshing.
The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming. One small moment that we’ll never forget: after we checked out and started walking away, we realized we had left a pair of boots behind. The hostess actually ran after us to catch up—she was out of breath, but still insisted on making sure we got everything back. That level of care and sincerity genuinely touched us, and it’s a happy memory we’ll keep for a long time.
A lovely extra touch: fresh milk every day, and it was delicious (some of the best milk we had during our trip). We don’t drink alcohol, but we still recommend that guests taste their wines—this place clearly has its own charm and character.
Highly recommended! If you plan to be here, please double-check your transportation in advance. If you plan to come from Queenstown by InterCity bus, book your tickets early—public transport can be limited, and planning ahead will make your trip much smoother.
- Kerry (9/5): A very relaxing stay - Lovely outlook with remaining vines from our window. The majority of the vineyard has been pulled out. Property was super clean and tidy in and around our cabin. A kitchen sink would have been handy. Had to wash fruit and hands in the bathroom. Would have liked to be told about how the hot pools work and what treatments were on offer. We weren’t shown them.
- Robyn (9/5): Relaxing stay after Christmas rush - Excellent location for us . We parked our car and rode everywhere we needed by bike. Lovely private unit. We used the bbq each night to cook.
We spent a day biking the Dunstan Bike trail and enjoyed a boat ride back up from Clyde . n/a
- MARY (10/5): -
- Lisa (9/5): A nice place to spend the night or a couple of nights. - The room and the property were lovely. The host was also lovely. Easy walk to town and very peaceful. There was no end table next to the bed so I had to use a kitchen chair. The light over the bed was blinding if one person wanted to sleep and the other one read. Small things. All in all a nice place to stay.
- Nicky (10/5): Loved my stay. Am definitely coming back -
- bj dalrymplewilson (9/5): -
- Low (2/5): Nice wine. Easy parking. Easy check in. Bad staff attitude. Room near main road which is noisy. - Easy parking , full equipped staff attitude. Room near to main road.
- Andrea (10/5): - Jan and Graeme were great hosts. Unfortunately, we missed the wine tasting on the first night, however were pleasantly surprised when we attended our second night. Great discussions and selection of wines. The room was very cosy and secure with everything we needed and the BBQ was great for what we needed. Indulged in a spa on site and again were impressed by the property. Would definitely go back.

We will most definitely stay again, hopefully on holiday, rather than whikst on a work trip to Cromwell. I didn't like that fact that we stayed only one night.

We also fell in love with one of the ports, but won't mention which one so that it doesn't sell out for selfish reasons.

Lots of road noise from heavy trucks.

The wine tasting at night was a great way to meet other people staying there. We had such a good time talking to the other guests and the hosts Graeme and Jan-Marie who are so welcoming and friendly, it was a really lovely time.
We also booked a hot tub for the second night and WOW how amazing it was when we walked in, all the little added extras just made the whole experience so romantic.

Thanks so much Graeme and Jan-Marie for making our trip one will always remember ❤️ Nothing everything was so wonderful
- D (10/5): Awesome accommodation in a winery - AWESOME place to stay. Everything was perfect, from the substantial breakfast to wine tasting and bbq facilities on the deck outside the unit. This is a boutique winery with amazing units set in the vineyard. Our hosts Graeme and Jan-Marie were fun and great hosts, who love their job and happy to share their wine creations.

It was a pity that I cannot carry any further additional weight in my check-in baggage on my return flight back home, otherwise I would buy a few bottles back.
I like the whole accommodation setting of cottage style in the middle of the Vinyard and also the comfy of the bed provided. N/A
