- Ryusuke (6/5): - Hot water did not came out. Wifi gets weak on and off. Only 2in1 soap is provided. Except for them, the staff was kind and friendly. Room and linens were clean despite being aged. Restaurant offers sufficient range of F&B. If fridge in the room is not turned off while the room is vacant, it was better as I could keep my own beverages cool.

- Yong Jiet (6/5): Very old room - Was given an old style room which is not as shown in photos. Room size is big but everything else is old. Shower is not comfortable, shower curtain looks dirty and not feeling comfortable to walk on the carpet without wearing slipper. The other things is ok, but a bit pricey and breakfast is not included.
- Dato’Basri (8/5): - A family room may consist of 2 double bed instead of 1 double and 1 single bed. Anyway it is a nice room.
- CSM (6/5): - Breakfast is acceptable. Everyday, we need to ask the Housekeeping to provide additional bath towels. Also no replacement of hand soap after 2-3 days of use.

Suitable for anyone looking for a stay after an event at that place. Cons: I dont think they change the bedsheet, still got some hair, the bathroom door got some space to peek, the bathtub outlet doesnt go into the direct pipe. The floor was in flood after you open the bathtub outlet. No bidet.

- Moi (6/5): Late check-in but wonderful experience - I checked in close to midnight so was pretty relieved that it was quick and easy with the option to pay upon checkout without deposit. Overall room was clean and without any frills like carpeting, gym or swimming pool which I find so unnecessary as we just want a good night's sleep. However, management could have invested in higher quality bedding with crisp white bed sheets which would have added a notch up its value chain.

The mattress is old and one of the divan bed base is broken. the sound prove is bad.the toilet bowl water after flush is yellowish. I was expected a buffet breakfast but end up is alacart breakfast. - Verified traveler (8/5): Noisy environment - As the room is along the roadside, it is challenging to rest through the nights. There is plenty of lose noises from the vehicles, especially motorbikes even to the 3am. Greatly disturbed our sleep. The rattan chairs were too worn out to sit on.
