It was very “partial “ but when we inquired and questioned their minimal service we were then treated quite well. Upon departure we left a thank you note and an appreciation tip. Totally recommend this property whether you stay long or a short periods of time. Food and Bar on site are very good. Staff all around deserve huge gratitude as they all went above and beyond to make sure our experience was positive.

• Melissa (4/5): - The room was decent to an extent but the couch in the room needs to be replace the arm rest material is torn. The staff was not as friendly and accommodating. There were a few announcements I believe should have been told to me as I checked in: complimentary snacks and beverages ( I missed it due to not knowing this was provided). There was a water shut-off the next day, which I never received a notice in-person, through a note, or via phone text. When I call to inquire on not being able to receive water. No staff ever suggested to accommodate the inconvenience on not being able to use the shower or bath tub. I decided to asked front desk when I was checking out and I was offered snacks, which is not equivalent to not being able to shower or bath. Very disappointed with my over all experience.

This is a very safe, friendly, clean property with good "extras" (parking, breakfast) that their competitors sometimes charge you for. The only complaint - the wear and tear on some parts of the room furniture is not what you should endure when you are paying market prices. We will stay here again. Marco and his team will get it together.

Carpet was dingy, hallways had an odor and furniture in the room appeared old. The couch in our room had faux leather trim that was peeling terribly. Overall made us feel gross.

The bed was comfy. They had a nice spread for their wine and snacks in the evening. Breakfast was included and nicely done.

• 504ci (6/5): Nice staff - Staff is very nice. Amir at happy hour and Natalie at the restaurant made our stay very welcoming. Was disappointed the steam room was still out of order. It was out of order on our last stay 2 weeks prior. The people who stayed above us had very heavy feet and paced for quite some time and sounded like they were moving/dragging things around. Because of that, we did not get a good night’s sleep.
• Paige (2/5): - The check-in staff were not helpful. We had a real need to get our biking clothes washed from a 75 mile MS charity ride that we done earlier in the day. We had no cash with us to pay for the washing and drying and they would not let us use our credit card. So we suggested simply to add the washing charges to our bill. They refused. So we ended up having to to had wash our biking clothes in the hotel room bath tub.

• 250kazuek (10/5): Good and wonderful time to visit the USA from Japan - I lived in Rohnert Park for 18 years but I sold the house and stayed in your hotel. Because my friend stayed there when they lost their house in the wild fire before. They recommended this hotel and I got it. I stayed for 2 weeks and had a comfortable time...good location, clean, friendly people, but ....only the price of staying for 2 weeks is so expensive. I love to stay this hotel but I need to think about the price again.

• Karen (10/5): Very happy with our stay. - Really friendly staff, nice property, the rooms were comfortable and nice amenities, and a really nice breakfast buffet. They also have a happy hour although we did not partake. Overall it's a great value and a quality space.

Includes happy hour drink ticket, nice breakfast, parking and even shuttle service to Graton. Room was really nice and modern. Only thing hubby complained about was the pillows which gave him a sore neck. Highly recommend this hotel.

• victoriabL3859GW (4/5): The price changes and keeps changing - The rate at the hotel and their website don’t match. I was overcharged by their site staff for night one. I booked on a third party site for my second night and received a better rate, better options experience, had late checkout out. They wouldn’t link my room reservations for the different nights so I had to check out and check back in. Because they oversold they “upgraded my room” to a handicap room. So it took away my ability to have a bath in my room. I tried to speak with staff after the fact and not only could they not explain their pricing issues, the could not offer an apology, nor offer a fix.
• Victoria (4/5): - Price transparency issues after check in. Rooms are decent but need to be cleaned better. Food options are cafeteria bulk food. Not vegan friendly at all. Managers reception is not a real reception there are not light appetizers, it’s cheap bowl chilli, and an overly limited well list in the bar. If the complimentary food is similar to the food you purchase, I’d spend my money off location for more high quality options.

• noelleh796 (10/5): Great place, great staff, cat friendly - Recently stayed at the Oxford with my husband and two cats during construction at our home. It’s weirdly hard to find places that accept cats! So I was very pleasantly surprised when I called and they said absolutely we would love to have your family join us! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and professional. We ended up extending what was originally a 4 day trip to 2 weeks and Margaret at the front desk made that process super easy. They serve hot breakfast every morning along with yogurt, bagels, bread and juice. The kitchen staff is really nice. I feel like I got to meet all of them and they always had everything ready and waiting so early in the morning. Coincidentally they served my husband’s favorite coffee (shoutout Bella Rosa) at the coffee station so it was nice to have that around! The hotel mini store was full of local products which was very cool. Always love seeing places feature local goods. The housekeeping team was super on top of the facility and the trash cans were almost always empty in the halls. The maintenance team was awesome and helped me get my cat out of the sleeper sofa when I was scared I’d crush her trying to get her out. They had to run a fire alarm test with SRFD during our stay and alerted me via text. I was worried it would freak my animals out but the maintenance team walked each floor beforehand and alerted everyone and gave me a minute to secure them so they didn’t run. It was as painless as possible and I really appreciated it. They have a happy hour every night including snacks and the happy hour bar host was so kind and personable. We’d stop by to chat with him about work and hang out for a bit if there wasn’t a line. The bartenders were great and they have a full menu if you’re hungry for dinner or night time snacks. Saw a lot of people enjoying the pool and hot tub during the hot days and the fireplace outside at night. The place was great! Front desk was incredibly helpful and answered all my silly questions with a lot of grace. Would absolutely stay here again and would book family if they were coming in from out of town.

• jonathanbX9830JZ (10/5): Wonderful and so many perks - Excellent hotel and wonderful staff. everyone is very friendly and welcoming. My room was on second floor facing the pool and was flawless. Estephanie took my reservation and checked me in and she was wonderful the entire time I stayed there. The manager in the suit gave me very sincere and great restaurant ideas. And the female bartender sorry can’t remember her name was very sweet and attentive. Loved the pool and the hot tub. Very clean, and the tall maintenance guy was very friendly and keeping that place in great shape. Breakfast buffet was awesome too! And last I have to mention the awesome shuttle rides to and from graton make staying at the Oxford a smart move.
• Sightsee732052 (10/5): Wonderful - Flew up for a family wedding in Napa and reception the next night in Petaluma. They were very accommodating to all of us.. I like the breakfast daily n the happy hour complimentary drinks at 5:30.. nice Motell..

The breakfast was great, the only issue is the room is too small and the tables are not cleaned fast enough during the rush hour.

• Kim (10/5): - The lobby and eating areas were very nice and a restaurant in the hotel was very convenient. Free drink and chili offered for social hour and free breakfast is included. Rooms are spacious and bathroom offers a separate tub and shower. Will definitely stay here again!
