• Stijn (6/5): Ok - Dicht bij winkels en station. Wij hadden een vermoeden dat er gerookt werd in de kamer wat natuurlijk niet echt leuk is. Het stoffen kapje van het nachtlampje naast het bed zat vol met vlekken. Niet kunnen achterhalen wat deze vlekken zouden kunnen zijn maar echt hygiënisch is het niet.

• Anthony (4/5): Run down, out dated, unkempt - Staff was helpful and nice Stains everywhere. Lamp shade, floors, walls. The common space furniture was unclean and worn out. WiFi doesn’t reach the rooms. Moldy smell is our room. Wall paper was coming off the walls. Was not very comfortable. Walls were thin and could hear every commotion happening in the building.

• Takayuki (6/5): そうは言ってもロケーションが良いので助かりました。 - とにかく江ノ島に近い！ 電気が暗い。夜、空調のスイッチが見えないレベル。部屋の調光ができたらとてもありがたいです。Wi-Fiがないのも今時珍しい。一階ロビーのソファーがボロボロなのも驚きました。

• Linh (10/5): - Beautiful old charming hotel. The room is clean and spacious and the bed is super comfortable. The girl at reception was kind enough to hold our luggage and our friend's luggage who stayed at a different hotel. No wifi in room

• Alysée (9/5): Superb - The staff was very kind and helpful. We got lost in car close to the hotel and the receptionist came to show us the way. The room is big and full of useful amenities. The hotel location is very convenient as it is close to enoshima and the aquarium, there are restaurant and konbini close by. The parking free of charge is also a big plus, we were able to leave the car all day while visiting Enoshima. I had a really nice stay and would definitely go back there. It's just minor points but the shower curtain was a bit old. I also used the table to study but the chair is over-sized compared to the table so I sat on the tatami and it was a little bit uncomfortable so it'd be good to have a cushion to sit on. There are also no black out curtains / shutter, just a rolling shutter (that goes up and down?) so it doesn't really block the sun on the morning. And finally, as it is the overall preference in Japan, the mattress is (as expected) a little bit hard. However, these are really minus points that would make the hotel better, I would definitely go back there.

• Joseph (10/5): Exceptional - The location is a good, right near Eroshima Island and comfortable beaches. However by far the best part is the unexpectedly spacious room... which plenty of working spaces which was great for editing photos and videos at the end of a day. nothing to dislike at all for this listing... friendly staff (we were also able to drop off luggage before check in time)... the breakfast may not be for everyone's taste (on the drier side), but it's free so not particularly a down side.

• Roman (8/5): Good choice to stay in Kamakura - I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Saika. The hotel location is great (near Katase-Enoshima and Enoshima stations), the personnel are polite, and all the amenities have been provided. I din't book breakfast, but there turned out to be one (a simple one, but still quite a surprise). None! Everything met my expectations.
• Thanapon (9/5): Everything was perfect! very recommend - Everything was perfect, good location, spacious and tidy room. WiFi only available at lobby, cannot use in room. So, it's quite not conveniece for traveler who need to use the internet.

Imagine living in 2024, the wifi connection only available at the lobby, it caused inconvenience for those foreigners. The hairdryer is not in good working condition as well. Booking.com showing 8+ score, hence I only can give 1 score.

• David (7/5): Overall a good stay, staff were great, location was great, so good value. - Room was spacious. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was provided for free. TV had 11 channels. The room is cleaned and the towels are replaced every day. Great location. Wifi is only in the lobby. The shower curtains had small amounts of mold growing on them and while they said they couldn't replace them, they did clean it for us. The bed frames were made of wood and had hard sharp corners that were really painful to walk into by accident. The furniture in the hotel also looked very old. And there was no laundry machine available in the hotel. Only one elevator and it had no ac.
• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms were very nice and comfortable. There is a free breakfast of bakery goods and the staff are very friendly. The location is also very convenient for sightseeing. I would recommend booking this hotel to anyone looking at this review. Very good.
