- Sorina F. (8/5): Good hotel, not exceptional - They have a very nice resort at the beach, pool, sunbeds. The morning buffet was very good and a lot of choices for vegetarians as well. No matter how I tried to book a room with 3 beds (1 double +1 single or 3 singles) was impossible. I think they don't have it. I even changed the age of my kid to 7-8 and still: I was given a double bed only. The bed itself is not a king's size bed is really small!!! I think 1.5 or 1.6m wide. It was the most uncomfortable night of our holiday. Travelling as 2 adults+ 1 kid, we had 2 bottles of water and 2 towels- they should have prepared 1 extra towel. The room was full of mosquitos when we checked in. The faucet was so small we couldn't wash our hands without half the water spilling out of the sink.

- Corinne (6/5): Ok mais pourrait être mieux avec un effort d’assainissement des installations - L’emplacement est top à deux pas de la mer et de la route principale avec beaucoup de restaurants et de spas. Gros plus pour l’orientation vers l’ouest donc vue sur le coucher du soleil. L’état général de l’hôtel est mal entretenu et mériterait un certain nombre de réparations et de remise en état en particulier la piscine. De plus, la plage est sale avec de nombreux déchets dans le sable er dans l’eau.

- Christalla (8/5): Nice resort with great facilities but the private pool villa is not private as such - Nice resort with beach access. We stayed in the villa with an exclusive pool. The room was spacious and clean. While the room was advertised as having a private pool, the villa was positioned directly next to a public pool and walkway from a neighbouring hotel. This meant the pool wasn’t truly private, but rather offered a more exclusive space that was still visible to others. Additionally, we had to request that staff avoid accessing our pool area during our stay, as they would enter for maintenance even when the Do Not Disturb sign was on. To their credit, the staff did their best to make our stay comfortable after we raised these concerns. However, for the price point of $500 AUD per night, we would have expected a genuinely private pool experience rather than one with limited privacy. They should really put a larger, taller gate up.

The rooms are spacious and it has an outer space to relax. The breakfast spread is good and has plenty of options to choose from. There are plenty of restaurants and massage parlours in walking distance. The hotel provides free shuttle transfer from the airport which is very convenient. Nothing to mention here.

- Ralf (8/5): Gut um eine Rundreise für 2-3 Nächte ausklingen zu lassen - Die Lage direkt am Meer und in wenigen Minuten ist man an der Hauptstraße auf der es einige Möglichkeiten zum Essen, Massieren usw. gibt. Der kleine Pool mit Blick aufs Meer ist schön. Unser Zimmer war direkt am Nachbarhotel und ein anderes Klimagerät war laut und ununterbrochen an. Ansonsten ist es jedoch sehr ruhig.

The hotel and beach area are very quiet and peaceful, so you may have a nice good rest. Good location to make tours on the South and North sides of the Island. We are a Western family of 4, so for us the breakfast was very good! Coffee, juices, fruits and eggs were amazing! The restaurant doesn't have too many options, but what they have is good. It's enough for you to spend easily a whole day at the swimming pool/beach. They also have a nice bar at the swimming pool area (which is right in front of the beach), so you may have your cocktails and juices at a reasonable price :) The beach area was clean and quiet and you couldn't see too many people around. Many nice restaurants at a walking distance from the hotel, with lots of good fish, seafood and Vietnamese dishes at reasonable prices also! This is a big plus!!! Some hotel facilities are a little bit outdated. Many mosquitos in the rooms. In the room, whenever taking a shower, the water would leak to the bathroom floor leaving everything wet. The swimming pool tiles were always falling off. My daughter was always picking the loose tiles from the swimming pool's floor. Some stones around the swimming pool were also loose and therefore one day my husband had his feet cut because of that. The swimming pool doesn't have those horizontal stairs or soft ramp for the kids to come in...only vertical stairs...so if you have small kids you should reconsider, since it does not have areas with proper water depth for babies/younger toddlers to play with their toys. It would also be great if the swimming pool was cleaned better, because some days there were lots of leaves and a white layer floating around. The pool deck also needs some improvement and there were some protruding bolts from the deck. Not too much sand on the beach, but for us it was still ok. Since there's a big level difference from the pool's deck to the beach they should add some safety guards for kids not to fall. I was always afraid for my 3 year old. The steps that go down to the beach were also very steep and irregular. They could fix that easily, since as it is now, is not convenient for kids and adults.

- Michael (7/5): Jede Menge Luft nach oben - Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Am Strand und Pool genügend Liegen (leider mit Reservierung) Strand und Wasser auch sehr sauber 80% der Gäste sind Russen. Dadurch kein 'good morning', kein Lächeln. Und die Angestellten haben dieses Verhalten leider übernommen. Sehr unpersönlich. Im Hotel selbst wird keinerlei Unterhaltung geboten. Bei 2 Wochen Aufenthalt wird das Frühstück sehr langweilig und eintönig. Obwohl es auf den Märkten jede Menge verschiedenes Obst gibt, im Hotel Bananen, Drachenfrucht, Maracuja und Wassermelone, 2 Wochen lang Ausserdem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Und ab 7 Uhr morgens knattern die Wäglchen der Putztruppe und Gärtner vorbei. Kein Ausschlafen möglich

- Glen (6/5): Very average and over priced - The beach was clean, the rooms were clean and staff were helpful. The breakfast was poor for a $320 / night hotel in Asia. The king bed was simply 2 single beds pushed together which is annoying and uncomfortable. In general the hotel was very run down.

- Cozana Alina (9/5): A very pleasant experience and excellent staff - A beautiful location with its own beach. The architectural style and design of the accommodation units preserve the local authenticity. Very friendly and helpful staff, willing to assist with anything needed. In my opinion, the restaurant and spa areas could use some improvements. The restaurant could improve its recipes, especially when it comes to local cuisine.

- anneli (9/5): Mysigt och familjärt hotell precis vid havet och med pool. - Mycket god och bra frukostbuffé med eggststion och olika dagens soppor. Det fanns asiatiska rätter, ostar, Croissanter, ägg, grönsaker och goda frukter. Ja, allt gott man kan önska sig på en frukostbuffé. Hotellet ligger precis vid stranden och solstolar ingår. Stranden är fin och bra vatten. Mycket trevlig och serviceminded personal som fanns så fort man ville beställa eller ha något. Kan varmt rekommendera detta lugna och mysiga hotell. Allt var bra.

Staff accommodated and booked/prepared birthday celebration for additional pay. Airport pick-up wasn’t there when we arrived. Had to call, ask, said it will be in 10 min, but gad to stand 30 min waiting…. Never had such bad experience anywhere. Breakfast very poor, little to eat for vegetarians. Room every day had mosquitos, they sprayed not very attentively, and problem persisted. We wanted to just move to some other property, but unfortunately no money returns possible, so decided to stay.

- Alex (8/5): Overall a lovely place to stay and I would return - Loved the private bungalow. Staff at reception, Daisy, were great. Bar and pool staff also super nice. The complimentary yoga classes and cocktail evenings fantastic. Beach access perfect. Breakfast not great, coffee and food often cold. Mattresses on the sunloungers need replacing.

- Ramona (7/5): Viel zu teuer für die ungepflegten Bungalows - Die Lage und der Strand sind sehr gut. Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Vorallem das Badezimmer müsste dringend renoviert werden. Dusche sehr klein, undicht und die Duschbrausenhalterung und die Regendusche fallen auseinander (Zimmer 222). Auch die Aussendusche war nicht gepflegt. Viel zu wenig Ablagefläche. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht… Frühstücksbuffet sehr klein. Für unser Empfinden eher ein 2 Stern Resort.

- Ming (8/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar! - De ligging aan de zee. De dames achter de receptie die prima Engels praten, de man daarentegen zou er nog een lesje tegenaan moeten gooien. De bediening in restaurant/bar met name de dame met de lippenstift. Bij mijn 2e laundry kwam 1 polo niet volledig schoon terug, dus hebben ze die rekening volledig in mindering gebracht, dat is klasse. Housekeeping heeft verbetering nodig, voordat ik weg ga kijk ik altijd even onder het bed. Gedweild wordt er, echter niet onder het bed, daar lag stof.
