• Ana Clara (9/5): Muito bom !! - A localização foi o máximo. A um quarteirão da barulhenta main street, mas estávamos perto de tudo e nossa rua era bem tranquila. Chuveiro de água quente e cama confortável. Bom custo-beneficio.

• olivier (1/5): Fuyez - L’emplacement C’est honteux ! Les lits étaient très inconfortables, les draps tachés, les serviettes étaient trouées et sales également. Chambre avec de la moisissure absolument partout, de l’eau coulait du plafond et sortait même du sol. Sous l’étagère sur laquelle était posée la télé il y avait des toiles d’araignées et des bêtes mortes. La porte fenêtre ne se fermait pas complètement et extrêmement bruyant, impossible de dormir.

Great amenities however a kettle would always be good! location is perfect and breakfast was delish. it was very loud in the rooms with outside noise from other guests, dogs and cars/bikes - nothing against the property but just to bring earplugs when you stay
• Gregory James (6/5): Not sure if I would stay again - Reasonable location. Decently comfortable room. Wi-Fi in our room was intermittent at best. With my newer Samsung tablet and iPhone 15 Pro, I was not able to use the Internet in our room at all. There were two Wi-Fi channels that I could see clearly with my phone at essentially all times, but they did not have the password for them as they were had forgotten them, and were uninterested in trying to resolve the problem, which would've been quite simple for a Computer guy. Furthermore, it really rubbed us the wrong way and got the entire stay off with a bad feeling, when we asked if we could get into the room about an hour early, noting that the room was empty and ready, and were told we needed to pay 400 pesos per hour for that. I've never had such a memorable payment request before, and certainly not with such an exorbitant price relative to the 2500 pesos that we were paying per night to stay there (so about 100 pesos per hour); it got us going with a bad feeling. Also, we had no hot water. Lastly, I am allergic to small plastic bottles, a chemical in the plastic, and so I can only drink service water from the big solid plastic bottles. I had asked them when we first checked in if they had any such water and was told No and that I needed to buy small bottles from them, but there was actually such a water dispenser in the very next room that we accessed commonly during meal hours, etc.
• Massimo Gambini (1/5): Terrificante - Posizione ottima Nei tre giorni di soggiorno non abbiamo mAi avuto l' acqua calda, io e la mia compagna abbiamo preso il raffreddore, sotto l'albergo bruciavano la spazzatura tutte le sere per tutta la notte, lo staff faceva finta di non capire l' inglese, non hanno mai rifatto la stanza, la carta igienica bisogna prenderla in reception, un rotolo alla volta, la colazione era un uovo fritto, due fette di Pan carrè, quattro pezzetti di frutta, un cucchiaino di marmellata, struttura molto fatiscente, queste strutture non dovrebbero essere proprio proposte da booking.

• April (8/5): Worth The Stay - Accommodating, helpful and pleasant staff(especially when we wanted to rent a motorbike), close to the restaurants/beach and bakery :), free water refill and tea and coffee, comfortable pillow and bed.

Good Aircon Lucky to have been there when the food festival was on with fantastic options for fresh seafood. Breakfast only okay not great. Not friendly staff only interested when selling tours then rude. Expensive not good value for money.

• Louise (2/5): Poor behaviour good location. - Location was the only good feature No room clean at all, aircon made me sick (suspect mould) and the staff failed to book us on our transfer to the airport (5 hour bus) which resulted in us nearly missing our flight. No apology and exceedingly poor behaviour from staff when the error was realised (aka went to hide in a side room rather than communicate) eventually 1.5 hour after original pick up time they just sent us off in a tuktuk to the bus… actually it was just wait on the roadside with no bus.
• Lars (1/5): Bad - I dont recommend this guesthouse, no cleaning services for 4days I stayed .they never change towels and etc. like soap and toilet paper and breakfast says 7am but it’s 1hour late, they never ask what I want to eat but they served with dried fish instead. Nobody pick up emails or calls. Bad services!

• Filippo (1/5): Bad - The location The room did not have appropriate bed sheets, the ones we had were kinda dirty. The room was moldy and the smell of mold and dirt was very strong. The ac is old, therefore noisy and dusty and it was leaking. The bathroom was dirty as the room. We asked the staff to change room or do something about the dirt and smell but nothing changed.

• Ron (9/5): Highly Recommended! Great location, Comfortable Stay and Value for Money! - Breakfast was delicious and the location was great because its within the town proper. Walking Distance to most restaurants and coffee shops. The Bed was comfortable. The toilet and bathroom is big with hot shower. The Door Key Card is a plus. :) The bed has stain when the bed cover was accidentally removed. Just need to clean it. :)

But upon our arrival we were given a room with a French double bed. when we disagreed we were told that it is not their problem, but Booking's and they have not resolved it in any way.

• Popka (5/5): Passable - I booked the only room they had (2 double beds) and as I booked quite last minute it was very expensive. Not at all value for the price as it's very basic accommodation.. What made it annoying is that upon arrival they asked me to take deluxe room, which they had already empty and ready, which was totally fine for be but I asked for a discount as it's way cheaper than a double two beds room. They mumbled something, went away, and let me wait for another 15min and gave me the room I booked. I asked to get deluxe they said they don't have it anymore.

• Ziv (1/5): The worst hostel we have ever stayed in. Not clean. Bad service. - מיקום מרכזי. The worst hostel we have ever stayed in! The rooms are disgusting, we had cockroaches in the room! The sheets were dirty and hadn't been changed from the previous guests! There was sand everywhere in the room and the toilet stank the whole room with the smell of sewage. During the 4 days we were there, they didn't clean the room, they didn't change the trash cans, and they didn't bring us toilet paper!! (Even though we asked twice for the room to be cleaned). The owner of the place is a greedy and rude woman. We have never been treated so disrespectfully in a hotel. She tried to cheat us out of paying and wanted to steal money from us!! The place's wifi doesn't work either... There are much better and cheaper hotels down the street! Like Vencejos Inn for example.
• De (1/5): The service. Me and my partner planned to spend our New Year there at El Nido. We booked the room and it was confirmed a - It was accessible. The service. We booked the room and it was confirmed and I even had a conversation with one of their FO re what time we will be arriving from the airport which is 11pm, just an hour before new year. Our booking was paid ahead. We were surprised upon arriving that our reservation was being cancelled last minute wherein we are already there at 10:50PM. We were even lied that it was because the room had trouble with its water supply. Considering the time being I said it’s fine they can just have it fixed tomorrow since we are catching up to attend a reservation which is a new year midnight dinner. That’s when they started to offer that they’ll just find other hotel for us. I informed them that we already don’t have anytime for that and why didn’t they informed ahead they even tried to reason out that they was not able to inform because they were too busy that day. They have learned about the situation quite earlier. If they have just informed us ahead then at least we were able to book las minute to other hotels prior our arrival. To sum up things, they admit that actually they have given the room to another guest and sadly I was the one to booked it first than that other guest. We were not able to attend the new year dinner we supposed to have since it’s already passed midnight that we had settled to another hotel. We are very much disappointed. A not so HAPPY New Year for us.
• Theresa (3/5): Not Satisfied. Our booking was for a Deluxe Room but we were put in Standard Room. I requested for ground floor in advan - Looks decent outside, but not well kept inside. The room esthetics is not good- the wall paint is not updated: looks gross, no table/chair (but we requested), no TV, no internet in the room, no hot shower, no toilet paper holder (broken), room lighting is poor.

• Scott (5/5): I enjoyed the stay, but next time I go to El Nido I'd like to save up enough money to try an expensi - This location is perfect. You will be right across the street from a 24/7 bakery. There was a really good restaurant for breakfast close by. I think it was called Pong's Pares El Nido. We were close to enough to the beach, but not so close that we heard all the road noise from that area. The first room we were in had some issues with the Air conditioner, but management switched us to another room that had a better A/C. Like most places, the wifi signal has a hard time getting through the thick cement walls.

• David (7/5): Convenient for El Nido town - Spacious clean room. Good location without being too noisy. Complimentary breakfast. Trikes available just outside. The plumbing was not the best; we had to switch rooms as the toilet stopped flushing. Communication was difficult at times as the receptionist had little English and we don’t speak Filipino. The WiFi was only good on the lobby.

• Francesca (7/5): You get what you pay - The property is in the center of El Nido but in a more quite area. The aircon was very loud and there were many mosquitos.
• Hayden (7/5): Decent stay - Liked the location. Quick stroll and in the main streets with bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly always saying hi and helped us when needed. Also they provided breakfast which was really yummy and I wished we had it more but had a tour and missed it one morning. Water container in the main area which was great to fill up before bed and heading out No hot water, was told it was solar but no matter when we tried to shower it was always cold. No wifi in the room. Which when traveling and trying to look up things was annoying. There was wifi downstairs so there was some.

• Fatima (8/5): Very good - the bathroom was all new and the bed was super comfy it took us a long time to check in. the lady in the front desk didn’t speak very good english and she didn’t really seem to find our reservation. the first room we were given wasn’t done and in the second one the air con wasn’t working.

We stayed at time of El Nido celebration. street came alive for all wèek. its 300mtrs from the main center. would stay there again.👍 for thoes who dont like climing the stairs then this is not a place for u. Hot water was a issue, but i never really cared. i enjoyed my stay.
• Rochelle (7/5): Good - The lady on reception was very bubbly and helpful with booking tours, scooters and ferry tickets There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms at all, we were on the 4th floor and it was very hot even with the air con on and unfortunately they fail to let you know before you arrive that they rely on solar panels for the heat for the showers

In the evening the water was warmer for showers otherwise cool in the morning. WiFi not to good and TV reception poor. You have to go to the lobby for WiFi. Local Restaurant next door has good food. Staff very friendly. I was quite comfortable here. Free hot water and cold in lobby.

Continental frukost men var bra, hjälpsam personal. Tråkigt med enbart kallt vatten. Toaletten fungerade dåligt. Vi tyckte priset var alldeles för högt för detta boende.
• Haru (6/5): メイン通りにアクセスがよいホテル - ２回目のエルニド、こちらのホテルは初めてでした。 お部屋はすごく清潔で快適、1日目以外はホットシャワーも出ましたし、エアコンもあり、過ごしやすかったです！ 夜になるとホテルの周りは暗いので、１人歩きは気をつけたほうがいいなという感じ。 いつも現地のお友達が送り迎えしてくれました。 ホテル自体は、夜は鍵をかけていて、常にスタッフがフロントにいてくれたので、安心でした！ スタッフもみんな気さくでしたが、、 姉妹のおねーちゃん？に、ツアー代をぼったくられました。 ※恐らく家族で経営しているホテル。 エルニドでは、アイランドホッピングの料金は一律です。※お店によって、少しディスカウントしてくれるくらい。 200ペソ多く取られていたということを、あとで街に出てから知ったから、もうめんどくさいし、揉めるのも嫌だしと思い、言いませんでしたが。 支払いの際に、お釣りが今ないから後から渡すね！と言われたけれど、その後何回も顔を合わせていたけど、こちらから言わなければ一向に出さなかった。 確信犯ですね。 日本人で、女１人旅だったから、なめられてたんだろうなと思います。 すごくフレンドリーに話しかけてくれるけど、彼女に対しては不信感しかないです。 私的にはいいホテルだっただけに、残念。 もう行かないし、友達にも勧めない。 しっかりその場でつっこめる人なら、問題ないと思います！ でも、いつも夜から朝までフロントに居るスタッフちゃんは、とても可愛く親切でした！ お話したり、明け方まで帰るのを待っててくれたり。 名前聞いておけばよかった、、。 ありがとう！
