• Funda (6/5): Goede locatie, verouderd hotel - De locatie. Het is erg dichtbij de metro en andere leuke plekjes waar ik graag kom. Verouderde meubels, veel herrie in de receptie. Niet van buiten, maar echt binnen door het personeel. Als je op de 1ste verdieping slaapt, is dit erg irritant.

• Abdulaziz (8/5): - موقع الفندق مميز موظف الاستقبال الرجل لا اعرف اسمه للاسف لطيف وتعامله جيد وكذلك عماله نظافه. 1- عند خروجي تم تسليم الحقائب إلى الاستقبال بعد ساعة 12 ظهرآ و وذهبت للتسوق وعند عوده طلبت استخدام الحمام الاستقبال موظفه الاستقبال قالت لي الحمام فقط للنساء وكان هناك حمام واحد يخدم الموظفين والموظفات ولكن كانت عامل الموظفه تغيير لائق جدا مع زبون جلسها عندهم ثمان ليالي ولم يبدروا مني اي مشكله الرجاء من اداره التحقيق في هذا الامر لماذا موظفه الاستقبال منعتني من استخدام دوره المياه رغم ان دوره المياه لم يكتب عليها للنساء دوره المياه لم يكتب عليها للنساء او للرجال كانت عامه للجنسين 2- عند الساعه 10:00 صباحا يقلق الطرق الماديه الى الفندق في الرجاء الحذر اذا كان عندك حقائب ثقيله.
• AFNAN (10/5): فندق صغير بوتيكي رائع وهادئ وكل موظفو الاستقبال كانو رائعين سوف اعاود الحجز هنا مرة اخرى - تعاون الموظفين معي وبشاشتهم وتفهمهم لكل طلباتي ومساعدتي في حمل الشنط وسحبها ،، وايضاً السماح لنا في الصلاة في مكانهم الخاص بعدما سلمنا الغرفه ووضعنا الشنط عندهم انه ليس على الشارع مباشرة لمن يحمل شنط كثيره

J'ai eu la chance d'avoir une chambre plus grande que celle réservée. Le personnel était parfait. C'était très bien, mais je peux signaler une odeur un peu désagréable dans la chambre (qui remontait des conduites dans la salle de bain).

• Rade (5/5): Not bed - The room is right next to the street, reception and elevator, so the noise is constant. It is impossible to fall asleep until late and in the morning you are woken up very early by the noise from the street, reception and elevator.

• Hasan (10/5): Nice Hotel - I liked the hotel and the staff, so I extended my stay, thanks to Destansı, Ali, and the other 2 guys in the night shift, very friendly and helpful. The first time I booked the Economy room, now I moved to the standard room, both are cosy, comfortable, clean and spacious, but the standard room in the upper floor is more quieter. Complementary 2 bottles of water, kattel, tea and coffee are offered daily. Hotel is located near Osmanbey Metro station, bus stop, Lokus Center with cafes and restaurant. I recommend it. Nothing.
• Hasan (8/5): Great hotel with nice staff - Very friendly and helpful staff, they speak very good English (thanks to Destans and Ali) , the hotel is well located next to Lotus complex where there are lots of cafes, also Osmanbey Metro station is connected to the Lotus, nearby there is Rumeli street with many shops, and bus station nearby. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and everything was nice and tight. You will have 2 small bottles of water daily, with kettle, coffee and tea, enjoy! The economy room is located on the ground floor near to the elevator, so you should expect an amount of noise in case you decided to book it. I stayed in it for a couple of days then moved to a standard room, because I liked the hotel, staff and location.

• Ghada (9/5): A truly comfortable and Welcoming stay at a perfectly located Hotel - Perfect location walking distance to nice shopping area , restaurants and cafe’s Staff are very welcoming , decent , helpful The only obstacle that faced us is that they close the small street where the hotel is located from 10 am and they restrict cars . So the taxi has to drop us off a little bit away from the hotel

Around 20minutes of waiting she came and playing on her phone. I guess she was playing on the toilet as well. When she came on a desk she didn’t check me in. She said system is not working. But down on her lab she was hiding her phone and still playing🤣.

It's centrally located, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops, and just a 5-7 minute walk to the nearest train station, making it easy to explore all the fantastic sights and shopping the city offers. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, available 24/7 to assist with any request. They even helped me find a taxi to the airport and more. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Istanbul.

• Seda (8/5): - Das Zimmer war im EG. Es war laut vor dem Fenster. Der Fernseher hatte eine so schlechte Bildqualität, dass ich nicht schauen konnte. Und die Toilette war nicht ganz sauber. Ich liebe die Umgebung. Der Check-In sowie Check-Out waren sehr einfach. Es gibt eine Minibar, Safe und Wasserkocher, Wasser und Tee,Kaffee im Zimmer.

• Ahmed (10/5): Very strategic location. - The hotel was quite good. It fits what a traveler or roommate needs. Clean and neat. The staff were very friendly, always smiling and trying to help, and the most important thing was that they respected your privacy and never crossed boundaries. The hotel location is very strategic in the heart of the Turkish Beverly Hills, Nisantasi, where the luxury shops are. A total occidental lifestyle reigns and fulfills your trip goals. There are many restaurant options, a lot of beauty salons and hairdressers around, shops, designer brands, Turkish designer brands, wedding dress designers, high-end restaurants, nice pubs, a bunch of very nice coffee shops with terrace bookstores, parks, etc. The area is very safe, but you may need a food delivery app if you want to eat something after 1 a.m. Also, the hotel is situated 5 minutes walking distance from Osmanbey Metro Station and 10 minutes from the Sisli/Bomonti area.
