- YUUICHI (10/5): エレベーターがなかなか来ない - 1階がエントランスで3階がフロント、2階には飲食店が入っています。1階から2階へはエスカレーターがありますが3階へはエスカレーターが無く、階段かエレベーターのみ。そのためフロントへのアクセスは必然的にエレベーターとなるが、エレベーターが2基しかなく、とにかく待たされる。導線が悪い。

- noriko (10/5): 温泉が朝から入れる - とても良いホテルでした。朝、夜行バスで到着したのですが、7時から一般客として温泉に入れたのですごく助かりました。スタッフの皆さんもとても明るく親切で気持ちの良い滞在が出来ました。また徳島に来る時は泊まりたいです。

- 186guillaumea (8/5): Great location - Centrally located just across the Tokushima station and highway bus terminal. If you come by car, they parking available a few minutes walk away. Be aware, the reception is located on the third floor. Restaurants are located on the second floor. On the first floor, there are a convenient store ( family mart), coffee shop ( Tully's), omiyage/souvenir store. In the lobby area ( third floor), there's the reception, with automated check out terminals If you are in a hurry. Also there's a lounge, with a Play area for the little ones. You can enjoy the view the Tokushima station square. Amenities are available for the bathroom, as well as information about the area. A fridge with complementary water, pocari sweat and sometimes local delicacies is there for guests, to help you survive the heat especially if you come in the summer, for the Awa Odori festival. Rooms are located in the east and west towers. They have an onden on the roof, it seems to be pretty popular. You can check the occupancy of the onsen on the tv in your bedroom. They also have a gym on the top floor, but it's not free. Over a 1000¥ for a day use. Pretty expensive. The hotel, overall, is very clean. Friendly service . They have vending machine and ice machines on the floors. Location wise, in my opinion, you can't beat it. You are at walking distance of most landmarks/activities, especially if you come for the Awa Odori festival.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 概ね快適な滞在 - 客室は普通のビジネスホテルで、概ね問題なし。温泉は露天風呂が故障の為使えなかったのと、水風呂があまりに小さく(スーパー銭湯の壺湯くらいのサイズ)入るのが躊躇われる。 ジムの清掃がイマイチで、前日の夜のゴミが翌日の14時過ぎでもゴミ箱に残っていた。 またスタッフがトレッドミルを使って、その後入り口付近だけ掃除機を掛けて帰っていったが、もっと全体に掃除機を掛けてゴミ箱の袋の交換くらいした方が良いのでは？と感じた。 朝食のスタッフの対応は良かった。メニューにフルーツがあると良かった。

- YASUYA (6/5): 僕には余り合わないホテルでした - いつもは近くの別ホテルに泊まるが、今回初めて利用。最上階の温泉に嫌な客がいて、2泊したが1回だけの利用に留めたのが残念。枕が好みでなく中々眠れなかった。まぁ駅近だし便利なホテルには違いない。
- Shana (10/5): - Spacious room, incredibly convenient with a convenience store on the ground floor and a direct passageway to the Amico shopping centre next door. Very accessible, literal steps from Tokushima station and the bus bay. Breakfast is not included, but lots of dining options nearby. Highly recommend the basement floor of Amico for their fresh and affordable sushi and sashimi. Would definitely stay again for future trips to Tokushima.
- Maurice (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent stay for my time in Tokushima. Great location with the hotel across the bus plaza from the station. The public bath/onsen was the highlight. Perfect for relaxing after long stays outside. Breakfast buffet had a good variety.
- AlpanaK (10/5): Excellent Location, Blissful Onsen and very good Value for Money - Pros - It ticks all boxes for value for money hotel. Reasonably priced, excellent location, all basic amenities available either in room or at lobby except coffee, clean. I was in a single room and the size just right for me as I had minimal luggage. Family mart, Tully’s coffee and some restos in the premises. Best of all the onsen on top of hotel. I had gone for pilgrimage and soaking in onsen every night was a bliss. It is right opposite train station and next to bus central so travelling anywhere is a breeze. Lots of food choices nearby. As a solo female traveller, I felt extremely safe in the area and hotel. Cons - Not really anything significant but would have liked to have coffee in room, which for some strange reason not provided and was not available at lobby or with reception. Only tea sachets were given. The staff was possibly the least helpful of all the hotels I gave stayed in Japan. Not rude or anything but not really willing to help. Neither of these are deal breakers. I would stay there again if in Tokushima.

- Atsushi (10/5): - 家族3名でファミリータイプのお部屋に宿泊させて頂きました。ベッドはセミダブル2台とソファーベッド1台でした。ソファーベッドで就寝しましたがシングルベッドの広さがあり熟睡できました。設備も綺麗で清潔でした。wifiも快適に使用できました。注意点としては立体駐車場は高さが低い為、boxタイプの車は提携の屋外平面コインパーキングになることくらいかと思います。また利用させていただきたいです。

- Kato (8/5): - 快適に過ごせました。 浴場の混雑具合がテレビで見られるのはよかったのですが、混雑がずっと続いていました。
- naoya (6/5): - ホテル内へのアクセスが分かりづらいかな？ 駐車場からホテルのフロントまで向かうのに路地裏から入ったら居酒屋通りを通ったりコンビニやお土産屋も全て敷地内に隣接？しているから利用はしやすいが子供達や女性は迷子になるレベル。
- KEIKO (10/5): こうあって欲しいシティホテル - こうあって欲しいシティホテル 色々なホテルに泊まりましたが、かゆい所に手が届くというか、こうあって欲しいと願っていたシティホテルのスタイルがここにありました。 温泉があること。同じ階にコインランドリーと製氷機がある。エレベーターが２機ある。温泉入り口で新しいタオルを手渡ししてくれる。レストランが年末年始開いていた。 タオルの手渡しは何度も温泉に入りたい人にとっては大変いいサービスです。乾いているし部屋から濡れているタオルを持参しなくていいからです。 要望は、同じ階に電子レンジがあるといいですね。

- Tomiko (6/5): - The location is wonderful-- a few minutes walk from Tokushima JR Station. The 11F onsen is quite small and crowded. Could not relax. BF is also very busy.

- SHINICHI (10/5): 環境はGOOD。 - 交通の便、飲食の便、申し分ない環境でした ただ今時、暴走族が駅前を走るなんて驚きでした。
