- Madduma Patabandige Ravindu (6/5): - We stayed at this apartment in Milan for a short trip and overall had a decent experience. The location is definitely one of the highlights — it's in a quiet, safe neighborhood with good public transportation links to the city center. Supermarkets and other essentials are also nearby, which made our stay convenient. The apartment itself had a few issues. On the first day, the shower had very poor water flow, but thankfully the manager, Dinesh, was extremely helpful and proactive in resolving it quickly. However, we did encounter some cleanliness issues — there were insects in the apartment during our stay, and there was noticeable dust on the kitchen appliances. Despite these drawbacks, the combination of a calm neighborhood, safety, and easy access to central Milan makes this place a convenient option. With some improvements in cleanliness, it could be a much better experience.
- Margaret (6/5): - It was as described and clean. Communication though wasn't great, with online checkin and WhatsApp messages from 2 different people requesting the same information. Felt like dealing with a call centre. Slow to respond and access details were only received the day before, though were very good when they did arrive. Asked to check out at 11.00 rather than 10.00 and told no, as it was booked out - though had only just received an invitation to extend our stay, so the two don't fit.
