- Lee (1/5): Bad customer service. Not recommended. - Customer service very bad. Receptionist not very good in entertain us as a customer. Asking them to clean again the bed sheet because the bedsheets got some hair. Like they were not making the room service @cleaning before we Check in.the bedsheet also very dirty and got hole. The receptionist also not very polite seem like not a Malaysian citizen. The sound of how she speak not Malaysian slang.

- Ummizah (1/5): Bad customer service - nothing i was called by a girl (probably not a Malaysian as her malay sound weird) that the room already fulled. she claimed that booking.com will released payment late to them so mereka ada hak untuk tak ambik my booking. i was told to do refund in booking.com but the refund money never goes back to me. very bad service from them! i highly don't recommend anyone to stay there as they can easily replace your booking as they want and then never give you back the money! give me back my money!!!

- TAN (6/5): - First thing at all, the staff was friendly and nice. However, the room condition was not satisfy. When I step into the room, whole room fill with heavy massage oil like smell, I found cigarette bud in room, and a wet bath towel hanging on wal, obviously was not perform proper cleaning. Door look and latch might need to have some maintenance check. TV only have 2 channel, TV1 & Astro Ria.

- Tasneem (10/5): A must book hotel! - Its is cheap Easy to get to Good costumer service Clean Hot water available Shared ironinh board with iron TV only had 3 channels,,I am not complaining Plugs to charge your phone No lift though, have to use stairs,,again not complaining here Easily accesible restaurants around Open counter 24hours I have to attend my business deals until late evening but I didnt want to book a room for all my bags, so they allowed me to leave it at the countet which was really helpful :)
