Elly (8/5): Lounge hotel - Het hotel ligt zo ongeveer aan het eind van de boulevard en daardoor rustiger dan richting Pattaya. Voor een kleine meerprijs hebben we wel een upgrade genomen naar een grotere kamer want de standaard kamer heeft totaal geen bewegingsruimte. Leuke loungeplekken rond het zwembad. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Ontbijt is zeker uitgebreid maar erg weinig opties voor Europesen. Elke dag exact hetzelfde net als de playlist muziek.

Deli (8/5): Byli jsme spokojeni - Obchody a restaurace v okolí, pláž hned přes cestu, na recepci moc milí a vstřícní. Ve sprše nejde nastavit teplota vody, ta byla dost chladná. Na balkonu není žádné posezení ani stoleček. Sušák na balkoně je rezavý. U bazénu nejsou lehátka na opalování, jen místa k sezení a místa k ležení jsou schované pod plachtou.

Nirmal (9/5): Clean Rooms with Comfortable Bed - Clean rooms. The location was right across the beach. The food at the restaurant was really good. There was no parking available at the hotel. Had to drive till the end of the street for parking which was not very convenient. To their credit, the hotel vehicle will pick you up from the parking area. Also, there was no hot water in the toilet. I checked in late and was tired, so I didn't want to change the room just for a hot shower.

Chambre confortable avec une grande salle de bain avec baignoire. Climatisation très bien. Accès parking voitures en sous-sol très bien. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon. Zone avec des commerces de restauration à 50 mètres. Accès à la plage à 50 mètres. Pas de vue mer de la chambre. Après réservation et paiement, j'ai reçu un message de l'hôtel mentionnant que la piscine était en travaux et inaccessible. Heureusement une option gratuite par navette à été mise en place pour utiliser la piscine d'un autre hôtel à 3 min par la navette gratuite.

I wish there had been more variety, like different cheeses, ham, breads, pancakes, etc., instead of mostly rice and beef stews. I also wish they had informed us about the pool renovation beforehand. There was no information about it on the website, which was disappointing.

Cheryl (8/5): Quiet location away from downtown Pattaya - Overall a nice quiet place with restaurant on the outskirts of Jomtien Beach A bit away from shopping and nightlife as we had to get a 20mins tuk tuk 🛺 truck to anything other than a quiet bar or restaurant. The beach across the road, unable to swim as it is not clean.
Geronimo (9/5): Superb - Location, facilities, rooms are spacious, cleanliness is good, everything is as it should be There may be a lot of air conditioning noise, but I'm sleeping because I'm tired, so I don't hear it.
DiscardA (6/5): OK ~ SOME SERIOUS ROOM CARE IS REQUIRED - EXTREMELY NOISY AT NIGHT TIME - Room 3404 ~ 2 x Nights ~ Booked via Agoda We would NOT BOOK HERE AGAIN !!! We had a Seaview room over looking the Hotel pool to the Beach and Sea. We found out they start Karaoke around the pool and bar around 6pm We could not sleep at all - finally the music stopped around 10:30pm All staff are Excellent - warm and welcoming.... We got to meet the famous 'Johnny' at Check In - he is good as his reputation..... Buffet Breakfast was Awesome, great choices and very clean and staff care. Our room had some major issues in around the Bathroom. The Bathroom is very very tired and old and in need up an URGENT UPGRADE. See the photos attached..... Car parking is minimal, the ground floor car park was full on arrival at 1:30pm. We had to park on the side road on the hotel entrance. All in all with everything considered we would NOT BOOK & STAY HERE AGAIN..... Why?? Not good Value for Money overall.......
James (8/5): All of the staff were great, friendly and attentive. Nice hotel but do not stay in the rear tower - All of the staff were great, friendly and attentive. Room was clean and comfy bed. Little space between the bed and the walls. Poor building design. Also, we were in the rear tower and we got lost 3 times trying to find the correct lift. Plus there was only one lift which is not adequate.

Small (8/5): Good - The main floor of the facility is modern, clean, and very spacious, with lots of sitting areas. Nice pool and average breakfast buffet. Staff is courteous and respectful. The location is good and close to everything you will need. The facility is divided into two sections, one facing beach/pool and the other at the back where the main floor is sterile and looks more like an office space. The front section got all the love! Due to poor drainage, the shower in our room overflowed every time after running for a few minutes. Brought the issue to the reception, but nothing got done, so I assumed this was normal. Nonetheless, our experience was positive.

Really comfortable spacious rooms and nice beds.The buffet breakfast was nice as was the poolside food when ordered. The service and staff were great and friendly. Very nice pool area which overlooks the beach and catches the sun all day. Walking distance to plenty of places to eat . We liked the hotel so much we stayed an extra week. Nothing

Antony (3/5): Poor - It was clean & staff where friendly The bedroom was so tiny there was no room for a bedside table. Getting out of bed meant you had to shuffle down to the end of the bed as there side of the bed touched the wall both sides. Although it was advertised with a balcony thee was not table or chairs on it so you could not use the balcony. Staff in the bar where unobservant. On all occasions they did not clear my table until I left of dirty cups & glass's etc, even when I had sat there for 4 hrs. They charged me 2000 Bhat for a dirty towel that they could have washed! I only wiped some dirt of a shoe with it so I felt ripped of & for that we will never return.

Verified traveler (4/5): Ihan ok kaupunkihotelli - Siisteys thaimaalaiseen tasoon ihan ok, mutta suomalaiseen tasoon aika heikkoa. Isot propsit silti henkilökunnalle, jotka jaksoivat huolehtia tarpeistamme, kun niistä ”valitimme”. Ystävällistä toimintaa, mutta englanninkielen taito heikkoa, taisi vain pari kolme työntekijä koko hotellilla osata englantia, aasialaisille suunnattu hotelli, joka näkyi myös aamupalalla. Meillä oli merinäkymä (ja allas), mutta fiiliksen pilasi paikallisten kokoontumine Jomtienille joka ilta soittamaan täysillä musiikkia ja pommittamaan ilotulituksia (ei saatu nukuttua ennen klo 02)

Joanne (3/5): Poor - Second Room was lovely and spacious. Room Porters were great and really helpful. Table clearing was poor in the bar sat for 4 hrs with used coffee cup and service slow. Charged 800 baht for dirtying a small hand towel. Hadn’t even washed it to see if marks came out as only from off the beach which was I think extreme.

Luman (4/5): The hotel is nice but the experience is ruined by the restaurant staff!!! - The facility is really good, exceeding my expectation. The room is clean and spacious. One annoying thing is the conditioning engine at the balcony that is simply too loud. It makes sounds the whole day and through the night, disturbing our sleep. The 3 staffs at the bar and restaurant did not take my order seriously simply due to my Asian root and look. I asked for menu and one guy gave it to another "white guest" next to me. He has never apologized to me. Then another guy received my order, and he even confirmed that what I ordered is available. They never came, and when it came, it was different than what I ordered. Again, there is no apology and he did not even dare to show his face again. Third guy finally came with the right thing, after I finally snapped and commented on his and his colleagues behavior, he decided to insincerely apologize. That is really annoying!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡 To top it off, still the same day, I ordered pizza, and used their tabasco. I had diarrhea and vomitted the whole night. I could not even smell anny food for the next few days 😡😡😡😡😡 In the last 10 years I was never sick and I was never a picky eater, and now somehow I fall prey to a tabasco. For those who is unaware, be careful with their foods and sauces they prepared. Who knows what you will get after. On a side note, their cocktail is also horrible.
