和明 (6/5): 朝食もあまり良くなくコスパ的には不満足。 - 特になし。部屋の壁紙（クロス）が剥がれていた。ユニットバス内の匂いが臭かった。常に換気しておいたほうが良いと思います。

Berfu (2/5): The building is not insulated at all so it is like staying with 10 other people in the same room - The staff was kind and helpful. They provided phone charger and also an iron. The shuttle service was nice. The building's insulation is close to nothing. I was staying on the 4th and with closed window, I could hear the passing cars on the street loudly. What is worse, I could hear everyone on the same floor as if they were inside my room. I couldn't sleep well because of the coughing/throwing up sounds of the man next door. When someone closed their door my room shook with the sound of it. And the A/C is a central one so it only provided hot air. But the weather was super hot so I need come cool air because the windows are not opening.

Muhammad (10/5): It was great. Bus stop is just outside the hotel. Plus Kusatsu train station is at walking distance. - The hotel staff speaks English and is very friendly. There was no halal food option. One can only eat buns.
