- Martina (10/5): Un posto delizioso!! - La Casa delle Acciughe è un gioiellino, la nostra camera era molto spaziosa, ben fornita e comodissima. La posizione è perfetta, su una strada sempre trafficata, piena di ristoranti e negozi, che tiene compagnia mentre ti stai rilassando sul balcone, ma appena la finestra viene chiusa, qualsiasi rumore scompare! Tutto lo staff è stato incredibilmente gentile e professionale, assecondando tutte le nostre richieste. Ci siamo trovate davvero benissimo e se dovessimo tornare a La Spezia, soggiorneremo sicuramente di nuovo qui.

- Victor (9/5): Très bonne expérience, je recommande - Chambre qui correspond parfaitement à la description du lieu. La chambre est propre, les équipements neufs/récents. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans la Spezia ce qui a favorisé nos déplacements. On ne nous a pas communiqué les horaires de la femme de ménage, qui semblaient différents de jour en jour, ce qui a légèrement compliqué notre organisation, quand on voulait traîner le matin.

Le samedi soir beaucoup de bruits des restaurants, des passants dans la rue. Cela a continué très tard après minuit. C'était plus calme le dimanche soir.

Purtroppo ho trovato il letto scomodo e i cuscini un po' troppo molli e bassi, ho scelto un letto matrimoniale ma erano due singoli che di notte di separano lasciando il buco. Inoltre per quanto la camera fosse stata pulita abbiamo riscontrato in alcuni punti della polvere (es. le tazze)

La ubicación era inmejorable, con buenísimos restaurantes italianos a pie de calle, a pocos metros de la estación de tren y del puerto. Quedamos encantados con la atención y disposición de su anfitrión. Altamente recomendable.
- Amy (7/5): The room and location were great, but service and maintenance issues made the stay less enjoyable. - The room was spacious and convenient overlooking the vibrant street. It was a short walk from the train station making it easily accessible without a vehicle. Housekeeping did a lovely job. The check-in process was disappointing and set an unfortunate tone for what could have been a wonderful stay. Our booking requested two beds, and the selected room included the option of two twin beds plus a convertible couch. Upon arrival, only one bed was prepared. The bedding request was disputed until staff reviewed the reservation details, which clearly showed the advance request. The second bed was reluctantly prepared, though it would have been more welcoming if staff had handled the request with more understanding. In addition, the bathroom light did not work, and this issue was reported upon arrival. Throughout our four-night stay, the lighting was not fixed. While the room itself was fine, the poor service and lack of maintenance significantly impacted our experience.

- Deborah (8/5): Large, sunny, spacious room with good facilities and friendly staff. Central. - Very easy location - in the centre of everything. Large spacious room with afternoon sun which we appreciated after lots of dark hotel rooms in other parts of Italy! Super friendly and helpful staff. A kettle in the room (yay) plus access to a kitchen area and outdoor seating (which we didn't use), making it easy to self cater if needed. We loved the big room and nice bathroom/shower. It's not a criticism, just know that the room is on the main street of La Spezia's tourist area so it's busy and noisy outside. The double glazing works well tho :)

- Camilla (8/5): Ottima soluzione per visitare le Cinque Terre - Ho soggiornato qui insieme al mio fidanzato per visitare le Cinque Terre, consiglio per vicinanza alla stazione di La Spezia e anche perché è un ottimo punto di riferimento per visitare tutto il territorio circostante. La camera completa di tutto, sul corso principale della città, la struttura mette a disposizione una piccola cucina con terrazza ad uso comune di tutti gli ospiti.

- David (10/5): Beautiful La Spezia - 20 steps from the front door you can go left or right for blocks and there are restaurants, bars, clothin,,shops shoe stores, pharmacies, corner stores everywhere. Its a 10min mostly flat walk from the train station. Another 10 min walk the other way again flat is the harbour and its busy, tour boats, sailboats, mega yachts, cruise ships, freighters, navy ships. And its the gateway to Cinque Terre a beautiful National Park

C’était au dessus de mes attentes, j’avais même peur que ça soit une arnaque pour être honnête 😅 Concernant l’emplacement, on peut croire que la nuisance sonore est importante mais à partir de 00h il n’y a plus aucun bruit et dans tous les cas, les fenêtres isolent bien du bruit.

Despite being close to the action the room was surprisingly quiet once you close the storm curtains and fully close the windows. However, the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. My wife tried to use the hand shower to wash her hair and the hose was full of black mold. All the black mold got into her hair! To be fair we mentioned it and the next day they tried to clean it as best as they could. The shower drain was also clogged and despite we mentioned it never got fixed :(
