- 秝汝 (10/5): 房間內不知怎麼關閉暖氣穿短袖睡還是熱 - 跑錯棟老闆發現趕快過來找我們！所以設備非常充足！沒有油跟調味料！看之前評價所以自己自備隨時小瓶調味品！（大創在附近也可以補貨）在旁邊的燒肉店用餐把小嬰兒奶瓶可裝拋棄式遺留在店內！麻煩房東幫我們打電話詢問！老闆貼心的幫我們取回吊門口！真的非常感謝！ 對老闆非常不好意思的是我們自煮很多垃圾！麻煩清理。

- Leslie (4/5): Would not recommend if having wifi is important to you. The location is a remote - The "western" breakfast restaurant had very good food. I had to laugh because there were no eggs, but pizza, and lasagna, grilled brussel sprouts, wine. If you get the picture. Good food but not breakfast food The internet only worked about 50% of the time. I had to use my US Hot Spot.

- Chaleearmy (10/5): ประทับใจมาก - เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีมากๆในทริปนี้ มีโอกาศกลับมาเที่ยวอีกจะจองที่นี่แน่นอน เกินคุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่ายมากๆๆ ห้องพักกว้างขวาง ที่นอนหลับสบาย ห้องอาบน้ำ ห้องสุขาแยกกัน พัก 4 คนไม่อึดอัดมีพื้นที่ส่วนกลางให้นั่งทานอาหารร่วมกัน ที่สำคัญอาหารเช้าเลิศมาก ไปเสียเงินจ่ายค่าบุฟเฟต์บางร้านยังมีอาหารน้อยกว่ามื้อเช้าของโรงแรมแห่งนี้ อยากอยู่สัก 1 อาทิตย์ ที่จอดรถมีหลายแห่งสะดวกมากถึงแม้จะเสียค่าบริการแต่ก็ยังคุ้มค่าเมื่อคิดถึงภาพรวม โรงแรมใหญ่คนเยอะ เวลาอาหารเช้าต้องจองเวลา แขกที่เข้าพักจะเพลิดเพลินกับอาหารเช้าที่หลากหลายและมีให้เลือกจนทานไม่ครบ จนเลยเวลากันส่วนใหญ่

- Dorothy (10/5): Lovely large hotel with terrific breakfast options - Nice big hotel with an onsen (which we, as Westerners didn't use - not comfortable going in naked). Sleepwear in room, slippers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was fantastic. You could have Japanese breakfast or a Western breakfast. Both fantastic and plenty of variety. Was approx a 20 minute walk to the train station. Overall very pleased with the hotel. Nothing

- SAEKO (9/5): トータル的にはまた泊まりたいと思う程には良かったです。 - 洋食の朝食を選びましたが、とてもおしゃれでどれも美味しかったです。常にスタッフの方が小まめにパン等補充の指示を出していたので、お料理周りは綺麗だし品切れなことがありませんでした。 ウェルカムドリンクや大福もあってとてもよかったです。 目立って良くないとこはないですが、アメニティが他のホテルは部屋になくても必要数持っていく方式がほとんどですが、タオルと歯ブラシ以外は有料で、タオルも追加分が有料。洗面台とトイレが分かれてるお部屋でよかったですが、タオルが一枚しかなく、トイレと洗面台両方に置くことが出来なくて不便でした。また子供用のアメニティも置いてほしかったな思います。

They separate the Western-style breakfast and Japanese-style breakfast, which is nice. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, so we could only choose one of them. The room is a bit small.The amenities provided in the public bath area were a bit lacking, which was different from my experience traveling in Kyoto.

- 齋藤 (7/5): 函館、一人旅 - 部屋に2ドアの冷蔵庫、電子レンジも有り夕食を買いだして部屋でゆったり食べれてのは良かった。 大浴場は、ジャグジーま有りゆっくり出来た。 朝食は、洋食ブッフェにしたが昨今は、騒がしいがここは、ゆっくり食せて外国のホテルを思い出しすごく良かった。 ベッドのシーツは、好みじゃないのでない方がいい。 観光地にあるいていくにほ、少し遠かった。でも、函館市民の生活を少しだけ垣間見れた感じてそれは、良かったかな？

- 陽一 (10/5): ホテルの人に感謝です。 - 部屋が1443で、最上階の角部屋であり、同じ値段の部屋の中で、1番良いロケーションを準備してもらい、ホテルの人には、感謝しかありません。 部屋の明かりが、少しくらい感じでしたが、それが、ムードがあるといえばそれまで。

- Dang (8/5): We enjoy the hotel clean, the afternoon tea, onsen. But the wifi is really bad. - Very clean. On sen clean is great. Location is great : 15 minute walking to Hakodate station, 5 minute walking to Jiyuichiba market, 10 minute walking to Aeon. Convenient store is less then 5 minute walking. The wifi is very very bad. The wifi is very very slow. Even we made claim to hotel and they sent the staff to try to fix it at our room, but it is not working well. The hotel need to upgrade their wifi system urgent to meet customers demand in the hotel.
- Igor (9/5): - Room was spacios, breakfast was good enough for a 5 days stay. Every day we had something to eat and didn't feel like eating same stuff. Room was clean and they kept giving us clean robes/towels/water etc. every day. Everything was great. Only thing that we didn't like was not because of hotel - one night at around 2 am fire alarm went on and I had to go to reception to understand what is going on. But that's not hotel fault, one of guests accidentally triggered alarm.
- Rumiko (9/5): 総合的には素晴らしかったです。フロントはホテルの顔です。教育を徹底されることをお勧めします。 - お部屋の広さ、景観、清潔感、朝食、温泉ととても満足度が高かったです。 女風呂へ行くのに必ず階段を使わなければならない事。足の悪い母にはかなりキツかったです。 あと、たった1人のフロントのスタッフがとても感じが悪かったです。この方だけのせいでホテルの印象が悪くなります。非常に残念です。
