Margo Cherepakha (8/5): - The place is great, quite close to city center, though is located in quiet district. The room is big and clean. Karen and the hotel manager were great and very nice. The night manager was total disaster. He didn't speak English well enough, was rude and unable to explain the final receipt. The water isn't served every night as it must be at 5* hotel, so when you ask one, be careful, it costs 4 euro, BUT the night manager doesn't say a word about it.

The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Particularly, Karen at the front desk was amazing in helping us in any way she could. People at the restaurant also were very nice and friendly. We really liked the hotel and will definitely try to come back. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese with lots of things to do and places to see. The area is very safe and relatively quiet given its location. we stayed 4 nights and only on the second day the breakfast was a bit not as great as other days. It might be because of some issues in the kitchen but in any case, we were very happy with the breakfast overall.

The room was spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of room for everything, which made it feel even more relaxing and comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious, with a big shower and lots of room, something we really appreciated. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable, so we slept really well during our stay. The room and all the common areas were spotless, and that made a great first impression from day one. Everything was very well kept, clean, and pleasant, which made the whole stay feel even more enjoyable. One of the biggest highlights was the staff, who were genuinely attentive and helpful every day. They adapted very nicely to our schedule and took our needs into account when it came to housekeeping, noise, and overall comfort, which we really appreciated. It felt like they truly cared about making sure guests had a smooth and pleasant experience. They also arranged our private airport transfer both on arrival and departure, and everything was organized perfectly. It made things so much easier for us, and the driver was smooth, punctual, and pleasant, which made both journeys relaxed and stress-free. Breakfast was ordered in advance, but it was really good every day. It offered a nice mix of savory and sweet options, fresh products, and cooked dishes, so it felt varied and well balanced. While we have stayed in numerous luxury hotels over the years, the level of hospitality we experienced here was genuinely unparalleled. From the moment we arrived, the attentiveness was remarkable. We were personally greeted by the Hotel Manager, Darius, and his team, who made us feel instantly at home. A special mention must go to Fatima, whose professionalism and kindness over the phone before we even arrived were outstanding; she went the extra mile to ensure every one of our family’s needs was met before we had even confirmed the booking. The property itself is beautiful. Our double rooms were wonderfully spacious, elegant, and provided a level of comfort that made it hard to leave. Despite our late request, the team effortlessly accommodated us with side-by-side rooms, ensuring we were close to our children - a thoughtful touch that made our stay so much more relaxed. DORA (9/5): Personale squisito e posizione eccellente - Preferisco di gran lunga l'atmosfera dei boutique hotel rispetto alle grandi strutture, e l'Haven ne è l'esempio perfetto. Il vero punto di forza è il personale: persone gentili e sempre disponibili, capaci di trasformare un semplice soggiorno in un'esperienza davvero piacevole e curata. La posizione è perfetta: pur essendo in una zona estremamente tranquilla (e silenziosa di notte), si trova a due passi da Piazza del Popolo e dalla metro Flaminio. Un equilibrio raro tra pace e centralità. Lo consiglio a chi cerca un’accoglienza autentica e non il solito hotel standardizzato.

The hotel proved to be a genuine gem — elegant, welcoming, and impeccably managed. The staff’s service was simply exceptional. In particular, Fátima, Karen, and the director stood out for their diligence, attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care. Every interaction reflected the highest level of professionalism, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay. We would also like to make special mention of Salah, who handled our luggage with remarkable care and attention. His courtesy and professionalism were evident from the very first moment and added meaningfully to our overall experience. The breakfast deserves special recognition. It was outstanding — beautifully presented and prepared with a level of quality and refinement comparable to that of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Without hesitation, this was one of the finest hospitality experiences we have had in Rome.

Casliz (8/5): Good place but not ideal for families - Good location, good room size and very nice breakfast. The hotel needs a bit of care. The room distribution did not provide enough privacy (we were 4 in a 2 bedroom accommodation) and the shower was not practical at all!

Zelfs als je de junior suite boekt, is er tot na middernacht lawaai aan he raam. Personeel die vuilbakken vult, staat te roken aan je raam.

Rojas (10/5): A beautiful place with an incredible team that made me feel welcomed, cared for, and honestly spoile - Honestly, everything. From the first moment, I felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very well taken care of, but what really makes the difference are the people. The front desk team was way above expectations — kind, present, helpful, and truly human. Fatima was my main point of contact and she was amazing. Always attentive, calm, and on point. She made everything easy. And the rest of the front desk team — five wonderful humans — were just as incredible. Every single interaction felt warm and sincere, not forced. The food was really good, consistently. You can tell care is put into it. And the room… wow. I got upgraded (still smiling about that 😄) and it honestly felt like staying like royalty. Spacious, elegant, super comfortable — the kind of room you don’t want to leave. Every thing was amazing

Hans-Ueli (9/5): Ein genüsslicher Aufenthalt in einem stilvollen und geschmackvoll dekorierten Haus! - Ausgesprochene Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeitenden. Persönliche Anwesenheit des Direktors. Zuvorkommeheit und Flexibilität bei der Reservation und beim Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer. Alle Zimmer sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das ganze Haus ist bestückt mit Werken von lokalen Künsterln. Uns hat der "Bohème-Stil" sehr gefallen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende auch im Frühstücks-Service. Nach drei Tagen fühlten wir uns rundum "wie Zuhause". Unser erstes Zimmer war an der Strasse, die zwar über Nacht etwas ruhiger wird, aber im Haus gegenüber fand an einem Abend eine private Party statt, die uns bis Mitternacht wach hielt. In Rom ist es offenbar so, dass bis Mitternacht jeder machen darf, was er will, erst ab Mitternacht kann man die Polizei aufbieten, um für Ruhe zu sorgen. Wir erhielten für die folgenden Nächte diskussionslos und ohne Aufpreis ein ruhigeres Zimmer.
