- Andrzej (1/5): Stay Away - The hotel will charge you for missing towels after you leave, even if you didn't take any. Stay away. I found out I was charged an additional $15.00, and when I called the hotel, I was told I stole the hand towel and wash towel!!! I am amazed, as I usually stay at up to 100 hotels across the USA every year, and I have never taken a towel or any other items from a hotel. There is no explanation, no emails, and no other communication; they will charge your card.

We had a well behaved Chihuahua and they charged us $25 and forced us to stay in a more expensive suite. When I didn't want to pay the additional charges, they refused to refund me.

Overall, it’s a very lovely hotel, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and enjoyable stay. It would really stand out with a Pool/Hot tub

- Jean (10/5): An exceptional value for travelers on I-80 - The Microtel Inn & Suites in Clarion was spotlessly clean. The staff was very efficient and I also appreciate that they still provide hand sanitizer and disposable coverings for customers wearing boots so as to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms. My room was also surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was so-so, but there were enough options that no one should have gone hungry.
