• Justin (7/5): 2 night stay prior to travelling to Panglao - The location of the hotel was connected to the mall so it was very convenient.The staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms are a bit tired and require a little touch up. The breakfast was ok but not much to my taste.

La habitación nos decepcionó bastante. - Esta bien situado, pegado a un centro comercial donde puedes cenar o comer si vas de paso como nosotros. El hotel tiene buena apariencia, habitación amplia. La habitación nos decepcionó mucho. Solo tenía de buena la amplitud. Por lo demás era vieja y no tenía agua caliente, lo cual es imperdonable para este hotel. Habitación con estupendas vistas a los aires acondicionados del centro comercial, por lo que entraba ruido. No regresaría si volviese a Cebú.
• Carlen (8/5): The hotel being attached to the mall was a huge bonus. We could get items we needed very easily! - Booking, check in and check out was easy! Staff was courteous and professional. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The bonus was being connected to the mall that contained a Starbucks, a market, and currency exchange! We got the twin beds for our room which was on the 11th floor. The hallway carpet was dated and could use an upgrade. Our bathroom shower drained very slowly, and the water went into the main bathroom floor. The molding on the shower door needed replacement as you could visibly see stains. Both the shower door and the tile in the shower could've used more cleaning and sanitizing. I wasn't sure how clean the tile floor was so I always showered with slippers.

• Michael (2/5): A terrible experience with the kitchen left a very sour taste in our mouths. - I thought Sam who works in the restaurant for breakfast was great a real asset. Room was clean and a good size The food was not good, we had 7 breakfasts and had 1 good experience and 6 bad ones. From serving a Thai massaman curry with the driest crunchiest disgusting naan bread I have seen or tasted. At breakfast on the first day I said to a staff member if they had bacon and he said yes but it’s made to order and brought to your table. I had my suspicions as to why it was like that instead of in a bayne maree ot was confirmed as people would eat more so costing the hotel more. Confirmed by the general manager. I ordered on 1 day 2 poached eggs and that was a very difficult experience and couldn’t have gone through it again. The other 6 days I ordered 2 fried eggs over easy and they were not ever cooked as I ordered but I put up with it until day 6. I ordered 2 fried eggs over easy to be served together with crispy bacon. I waited for a while and they gave me the bacon and I asked where were my eggs. They’ll be 6 minutes which I thought was strange. As I stood there waiting I was looking into the open kitchen and I saw a chef stirring some food in a saucepan then he took a taste of the food from the spoon he was stirring with and then he used the same spoon to stir the food again. I couldn’t believe it and then my fried eggs over easy were given to me. They were actually hard boiled eggs hence the 6 minutes. I said i ordered 2 fried eggs over easy with the same guy every day. Apologies and then the supervisor brings the eggs out and they were cooked hard. I’d really had enough so I went into the admin office and found the general manager. She was apologetic and blah blah blah. She agreed that chef shouldn’t have used the spoon after tasting and was embarrassed about the eggs and said that she would have the supervisor speak with and retrain the staff. I asked who the supervisor was and I said he was the person who delivered the eggs to me saying that they were over easy. On the last day you would have thought that they would have picked up their game but no 2 eggs cooked

• drew (4/5): Think twice - Location to the Port and Airport. The hotel was probably fine when it was newly built but appears poorly maintained. A long list of issues I could list but the main concern was a dangerously slippy bathroom floor - the staff are well aware of this problem. My wife slipped and hit her head against the bathroom wall. The area around the hotel is fine during the day but we were warned by two taxi's drivers not to walk at night due to a few squatter camps on land nearby, it felt safe and no issues during the day.

• Jennifer (8/5): Preis-Leistung Top und Lage ebenfalls - Das gute Frühstück wo auch Europäer etwas leckeres finden. Der nette Service allgemein. Stets freundlich. Und im Gegensatz zu einem anderen teuren Hotels sauber, sogar in den Ecken und Armaturen waren ebenfalls blank. Teppich ist auf den Fluren manchmal störend weil der Koffer so schwer schiebbar ist. Aber ansonsten kann ich nichts negatives sagen.

• Fiona (8/5): - Was a quick stay after our flight before getting the ferry to Bohol. Clean rooms and comfy bed. 5-10 min drive to Ferry Port. Buffet breakfast had a good selection and dinner was also great. They don’t provide milk in the room for tea or coffee but this seemed common in the Phillipines. There was a 7-eleven or similar across the road where we were able to get some milk so it was easily sorted.
• Verity (9/5): Nice - Good location for what we needed! We liked that it was attached to the mall. Swimming pool was nice and refreshing. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff were great. Responsive before our stay, but had trouble getting back in touch after our stay when we forgot something in our room.

• Carmen (9/5): - Das Hotel war nur 5 Minuten von Pier1 entfernt und somit perfekt für uns. Das Hotel ist in eine Mall integriert die leider schon geschlossen hatte, da wir spät angereist sind. Rund um das Hotel gibt es abends nicht viel aber bei 1 Überraschung war es egal. Vielleicht gibt es bei Tag auch mehr zu entdecken

The room is spacious, and the view is decent. The equipment is quite rusty, the doorbell doesn’t work, and the water pressure is low and unstable, making it difficult to maintain hot water.

Bathroom shower floor wasn’t even and water went everywhere when u used it. Check-in was terribly undermanned and waited for ages to get a key. Restaurant service and food was substandard for a professional hotel.

• Jordan (9/5): Great Hotel Cebu - We had a good stay at Summit Galleria Cebu. The rooms are starting to show a bit of age, and we did have an issue with the shower drain not draining properly. That said, the beds were very comfortable and the room itself was spacious, which made for a relaxing stay overall. The staff were a standout, super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our time there. Despite a couple of minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would still recommend the hotel to others visiting Cebu. Shower didn’t drain and would flood the bathroom, staff said it would not be a fix they could complete during our stay. But everything else was great.

The hotel itself is very good: large and clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds and friendly staff. You can access a mall with restaurants and a supermarket directly from the hotel, and the hotel itself has a restaurant (good pizza!).Also in front of a 7/11 Although we asked for a quiet room, it was next to an extractor hood but anyway it didn't disturb our sleep

• Marineth (8/5): Would like to stay again here. Very convenient. - Pros: convenient location, staff were very welcoming--always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast menu change every day, and they have "taho" on Fridays. Cons: Shower's water pressure is weak. There should be a trashbox under the sink and clothes spray for disinfectant or room spray. AC function doesn't work quite well--the room will always be cold regardless if the setting is set up to fan or AC. I hope they offer more fruits like banana or dragon fruit.

L'hôtel est accolé à un mall, pratique en cas d'éventuels 'achats pour continuer le voyage. La localisation est proche des terminaux de ferry mais un peu éloignée du centre de Cebu. Pour nous c'était parfait mais peut être moins pratique pour les voyageurs désirant visiter Cebu.

• Leo (9/5): Excellent location. Reasonable value for a room for three, with breakfast included. - Excellent location. Connected to shopping centre. Close to the ferry terminal. Shower drain almost completely blocked. No privacy in the suite. Toilet and shower have doors, but the bathroom area doesn't have a door. Extra bedroom doesn't have a door. Really only sited to a couple.
