Not all the facilities were functional, the jacuzzi did’t work and the pool was cold. The restaurant is in renovation but this thing was never mentioned to us.

- DENIS (6/5): - Service on the roof terrace almost doesn’t exist. The guys shows up once in 20 minutes. And prices for drinks are exorbitant. Looks nice in the pictures, but not worth at all. It’s easier to go to a nearby Sheraton for the same money or less, and get much more attentive service and better drinks selection.

- Tatjana (7/5): - Чисто, ежедневная уборка, смена полотенец, постельного белья, тепло, уютно и персонал на ресепшене, который всегда готов помочь даже при языковом барьере. Отличная сауна, всегда горячая, и турецкая баня хорошая. Бесплатная парковка в подвале отеля, паркует персонал. Для Стамбула парковка очень важна, хорошее расположение близко автобусные остановки, торговые центры, и в пешей доступности метро, до центра добраться очень удобно. Скудный и невкусный завтрак, ветчина и колбаса нарезана толщиной тоньше пленки- видна тарелка, сыра 3-4 кусочка разложены по большой тарелке, сосиски малиновые и очень низкого качества, кофемашина из прошлого века, персонал раскладывает еду в верхней одежде- куртке с меховым воротником и распущенными болтающимися длинными волосами. В бассейне вода очень холодная 18-20 градусов, джакузи не работает.

Колата Ви се паркира на тясна улица, където й намерят място. Често това рязстояние е доста голямо от хотела и трябва да чакате докато Ви я намерят и доставят. Стаите са малки, а закуската е доста оскъдна от към разнообразие.

Deci nici măcar nu ai unde parca mașina să dai bagajul jos din mașină! Incredibil!!! Foarte Prost așezat hotelul!

- Andreea (8/5): Elegant, great location and view. Rich breakfast. - The room was very clean, tidy and spacious. Breakfast was very rich, generous and tasty. The roof terrace with the sea view is a very nice location to spend some time. The location is close to metro/train/bus stops. The are no mosquito nets so if you stay with window open is a risk. Sauna/spa times are not the most accessible if during the day you have other things to do.

Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made my stay more enjoyable. Overall, I was satisfied with the cleanliness, room quality, and service. Honestly, I was satisfied with my stay and there was nothing major I didn’t like.

- Ahlam (10/5): One of the best hotels in Istanbul - This is my second stay here and I love the place. Everyone is so professional and do their best to make the guests happy. The hotel is super clean. Breakfast buffet is fresh and has good options with coffee machine. Loved their bakery and fresh fruits. Ms Sibel in the reception is true professional and speaks excellent English. The cleaning staff are very nice especially Ms Adina who made sure we had everything we needed. The location for us was good as we’re visiting relatives in the area. There are 2 shopping malls nearby and a busy Bakirkoy square. Beds are comfortable and sea view from room 303 was amazing. The place is quite at night.

The breakfast buffet is fresh with good variety. I loved the fresh turkish bakery. There are 2 malls a walking distance and also Bakirkoy square with lots of shops and restaurants. Also the marina is nearby across the road and Bakirkoy sahil park. The place is quite and you can get a good night sleep.

- Fahrudin (10/5): - We had such a great stay and The Time Hotel Marina. The hotel itself was beautifully designed with very nice rooms and facilities. Everything was very clean and breakfast was very nice. Hotel surroundings were great: lots of shops, caffès, restaurants. Valet parking was very convenient. Staff very helpful and nice. Easy access to public transportation to SultanAhmet-Fatih area.
