- Gabor (8/5): In general, a fost bine, Ieftin si aproape de statia de autobuz. - Mi-a placut ca e aproape de statia de autobuz. Ar fi fost bine ca, geamul sa se deschida un pic mai usor.

- Paul (5/5): Cheap and easy to find - Cheap Rooms was apparently the best, cold at night, secondary glazing missing, nothing to drink tea out of, provided glasses were disgusting
- frederic (9/5): -

- Aminul (1/5): I booked it because it was cheap. But cheap stays shouldn’t come with filthy environments - If you like dust then this place would be perfect. The room wasn’t hoovered. Probably for months. There was thick layers of dust on the iron board. Shows the room probably hadn’t been used in months. The skirting board has thick layers dust. Cleanliness was 0-10
- Mario^22 (7/5): - Great Restaurant, with a wide selection. Best butter chicken I've had in a while. Noise. In-between rooms due to narrow hallways
- Asad (7/5): Decent for a quick night stopover - Location and parking I don’t think the room had been cleaned properly as there was quite abit of dust on the floor on the carpet corner when i accidentally dropped a tshirt after ironing… the shower had sufficient water (not hot hot) however was tricky configuring from the tap as the pressure kept differing
- David (9/5): -
- Richard (6/5): worth the money - location was great and the food in the bar downstairs was lovely room was basic and could do with a refurb
- Matthew (5/5): - No much Everything
- Sean (1/5): - Nothing read below We arrived went to bar to check in ask for a ground floor ended up on top floor no lift im 59 partner is 72 so struggled with the stairs. When we got to room it was disgusting first thing partner said to me we need to find somewhere else which cost another £55 I have pictures will be easier than trying to explain.
- Melanie (6/5): - Very friendly staff and nice restaurant Location was to close to town. Very noisy upstairs noise at 1 in the morning
- John (9/5): -
- Ben (1/5): - Rooms where disgusting and up 32 steps to climb a health hazard
- Mark (8/5): Parfait - Location Rien

- Martin (8/5): It was perfect for me - Very comfortable bed and nice room Quite tatty entrance to your room
- Stephen (8/5): Staff were exceptionally helpful the hotel was lovely would definitely recommend - Suited our needs and location Bathroom needs updating
- anjaneekrishna (4/5): Will not book again unless really desperate - The bathroom was no cleaned. Heaters were not working. Parking was limited.
- Manuel (10/5): - Lleguaba fuera de la hora de check-in. no me pusieron ningún problema y me trataron muy bien. Lo recomendaria
- Kenneth (9/5): - I was staying overnight. They allowed a late check-in 11pm. Hostess was very courteous and helpful even at that late hour
Excellent return for the price.
- George (9/5): Great value hotel - The hotel is clean and tidy with good facilities hot shower. Clean comfortable bed. Good room size ( single person room).
Staff could not do enough for you. Explained all about the room and location of the hotel. The food in the pub was excellent and not a bad price.
The price was excellent for a hotel in the middle of Luton with parking. I would definitely stay again You cannot complain on anything for the price I paid for a comfortable room and bed
- Clare (2/5): Lovely bar/restaurant but needs investing on bedrooms - The actual bar and restaurant is lovely and I know the food is there too there alot focus been put into there and cannot fault this The accommodation really let it down, I had to ask to be moved as room was overlooking work man building and way too small and noisy, I had mentioned it was my birthday I had hoped for a better room. With more than one plug socket too- the next room was a lot bigger and bed was comfy but I had to ask 5 times for pillows which were torn or no cover, toilet was full of brown stains, the alarms went off at 1am and someone must been smoking weed as our room
Smelt of it all night which affected us sleeping so I ended up leaving at 7am not at 11 when I had hoped to take advantage of that check out, didn’t even attempt a shower - the rooms def need to be updated redecorated and focused on to bring in line to the bar and restaurant- it’s a shame as I have stayed a long time ago and so time and money needs to be invested in this- I guess for £40 we got a bed for the night but disappointing- staff weee lovely though and tried their best
- Celina (10/5): -
- Matthew (4/5): - Nothing Not much
- Marie (8/5): Stayed for a family funeral with several relatives from Ireland. The hotel has recently changed hands and are fighting a - The location and the memories. That they lock up the main section after closing and don’t open till 11am (good you want a late breakfast, not if you have an early start)
- Shaun (9/5): -
- Nicolae (6/5): -
- Francesco (9/5): - Posizione centrale della struttura
- Francis (5/5): - I liked that it was centre of town. My father phoned up and was told there would be lifts which was not there.
Had to go through a car park at the side of hotel to get in to accommodation.
Very bad smell of WEED.
Radiator wouldn't turn off so member of staff said open window it be okay, between the noise and the smell of Weed that was impossible.
Windows need washed and painted.
Stain on the quilt itself.
Dirt down side of bed and Radiator in bathroom nothing that a good hoovering wouldn't cure.
The side light was broke.

- Sahar (1/5): - Totel close to everything, town, shopping mall, train station. Been waiting half an hour after 4.30pm and room not ready.
Smell weed in the room.
No TV remote control.
Toilet broken
Not clean
Next day No room service.
Everything remail dirty.
- Kotryna (7/5): - Located in the city centre , comfortable The kettle was out of order and the radiator made running water noises that could be quite annoying at times

- Martyna (2/5): Not a good experience at all - The staff was very helpful and the food was very nice the room we stayed in was filthy and the the only plug that was there was faulty which means we couldn’t charge our devices.
The toilet needs proper scrubbing and the toilet seat looked like has never been wiped. The room was dirty

- Matthew (8/5): excellent value and comfortable - really great hotel run by some great people, always stay here when I'm in Luton, it's a really solid stay for the price, is it perfect? no - so don't come with unrealistic expectations - but the value for money is unparalleled anywhere in the area. If you're looking for a solid deal, decent comfortable room, and proprietors that are easy to work with this is your place. Also there's a pub that has really good European/British and South Asian style food for the money, you can't fault it - great hotel
- Jotangia (6/5): Thumbs up! - Staff and owner are very welcoming and friendly. Check in process was pretty strait forward. Decent sized room. Bed was pretty comfortable, drinks are quality 👌🏾 This is not negative feedback only constructive. Room could do with AC or even the option to open the window as it can get a little stuffy, even with the fan which was kindly provided switched on. The room's could do with a little refurb as it has great potential to be a lovely establishment. Apart from that was a good stay and probably would come back if offered the same genius discount again 👍🏾
- Angela (2/5): Nice food but poor accommodation - The food There was a mouse in the bar area, the room was dusty and unclean and the shower did not work. The tv didn’t work either.
- Naomi (5/5): - The hotel was good for what we needed. if you need to stay in the area. Bin men arrive at 3.30am and are noisy
- Darren (3/5): - Nothing The whole hotel was dirty and not well maimtained
- Sarah (1/5): - What a filthy hell hole this place is . Stank of cigarettes. Toilet absolutely filthy and not attached to floor correctly. Electrics in room hardly worked. No working bath or shower . Furniture filthy . How is this place allowed to accept guests . I want my money back . Its disgusting place Everything poor
- Sylwia (6/5): -
- Ivor (9/5): Excellent - Excellent stay ,staff very helpful and friendly.
- Jeroen (5/5): Mwoah. Prima locatie, maar kamer was echt vies. - De locatie Het was echt gedateerd, muf, viezig en de kamer rook naar zweet.
- Ann (1/5): Poor state and poor sleep - The staff were friendly and helpful Dusty, dirty, old and unsafe. Condensation was so bad and couldn't open a window. Toothpaste smeared on mirror.. bathroom was very unclean and couldn't take a shower as it only spat water. Overall a very poor stay resulting in a poor sleep. The door handle was hanging off from the inside which made us feel unsafe. Bedside cabinets were broken and the kettle didn't work. Very unfortunate as staff were friendly and helpful, carrying our case up the stairs. A lot of improvements needed, even for a budget stay (£62) not good value for money.
- Kim (1/5): Absolutely disgusting - Nothing The room, toilet roll holder towel rail both falling off the wall. Stains on the wall near the bed, dirty skirting boards, no handles on bedside table screws sticking out, dirty toilet bowl, had to stand on a chair to switch tv on and off. Botched up patches on bathroom wall, plus large scratches.
- Sean (7/5): -
- Marilena (8/5): -
- Raymond (10/5): - Very friendly staff & made me feel welcome 👍
- Tabashnikov (1/5): АДСКОЕ МЕСТО - Ничего Они просто забрали мои деньги! А когда я приехал - закрыли двери. Никто не отвечал на телефон!
- Matthew (8/5): great value !!! - its a good hotel at the price the rooms are at, i think its the best option in Luton at that lower price range, I've stayed at the Stuart as well which is just down from the town centre too and usually a similar price and TRUST ME YOU WANT TO STAY HERE even if its a few quid more. Staff and ownership here are really great as well; helpful and nice. for the price you cant really complain about anything
- Shaun (8/5): Ideal place to stop over before/after flying from Luton airport. - Central location, excellent value for money, comfortable, clean and lovely staff Nothing
- Ivor (9/5): Excellent - Good location .value for money Staff very friendly and helpful . Nothing
- Cosmin Radu (4/5): Not for me. Not going back - Great location. Nice people. Very dirty toilet. Musty smell in the room.
- Magali (7/5): - Personnel Nice
- Joseph (1/5): Worst UK hotel I’ve stayed in - There was nothing to like about this property Staff for uncommunicative, black mould in the room. Whole place felt really damp and uncomfortable. Heating was on 1,000,000° when we entered
- Mujeyi (1/5): Horrible : Disclaimer on pictures - Nothing Would strongly not recommend to anyone . Filthy dirty . Rusty/yellowish stains in the toilets , no ventilation , cigar and weed smells, dusty, no air con, bathroom and bathtub with blood stains . Staff didn’t understand our concerns, he just brushed us off . I bet that place has not been cleaned for ages . No water on shower
- Jason (5/5): Disapointing and could be better - Pub downstairs was ok for a beer ,didnt eat there ,staff were fine Disappointed when arrived at 1830 as there was no where to park yet my main filter through booking.com was parking at the premises .therefore had to temperary park at the ncp car park up the road before being able to fetch then park at the property later that evening after paying £6 for 2 hrs ..the room itself was very dirty to be honest ,tv didnt work ,shower didnt work so couldnt freshen up before leaving for the airport early the next morning and didnt wish to have a bath .room was very hot and couldnt turn the radiators down but lucky enough managed to prop the broken sash windows open with a towel as the ropes and weights were broken ,toilet did have limescale in the bottom .toilet roll holder hanging off .bedside doors fallen off and very dirty carpets .sorry but it was like this .
- Sarah (10/5): The Dancing Couple - The location is very central
Staff are fantastic, helpful and friendly
Good food - really good vegetarian options on menu too
Great value for money - both in terms of accommodation and food & drink
Great place for a dance Rooms are dated, need some upgrading - especially bathrooms. However the owners agree and mentioned they are planning on doing this ASAP.
- Matthew (8/5): thanks again for the great stay - for the price, you can't get any better, and the staff are all amazing and helpful, if you come here with realistic expectations you will be very happy. I didnt try the food in the pub this time but did notice some being served when i was downstairs having a drink and it looks and smells really good. will def eat lunch here next time. honestly when you compare with the price you're paying, there's nothing you should expect to be better. it's a great value, is it objectively perfect? no but for the price its PERFECT
- Frankie (1/5): Overall it was awful - Not much the food was okay and so where the staff The room was awful the toilet was dirty, the window would not stay open and the heating was on full blast but we couldn’t turn the radiator down as it was broken and to top it off the shower also didn’t work in our room.
- Monika (6/5): -
- Stanley (1/5): Very inconsiderate management. - Nothing Everything.
- Manohar (10/5): -
- Dashamir (1/5): All night long, prostitutes and drug addicts were moving through the corridor — a disgusting hotel. - This hotel doesn't have breakfast
- Christopher J (9/5): Good stay in a great area. - Staff were all very professional and helpful - very much appreciated.
Meals were good. I did not have any breakfast at the hotel, but lunches and dinners were good. The only issues were that there was no soap of any kind in the room and the shower cubicle could have done with a good cleaning.
- George (10/5): - Excellent location 5 minutes from Luton airport and the food is unbelievable. Rooms a bit dated but still nice. And the staff bend over backwards for you
- Christopher J (8/5): -
- G robinson contracting (2/5): Was not great - The location was spot on for what we needed, and staff behind the bar was really friendly Dirty rooms, bedding smelt, shower dripping fast constantly. Beds was like sleeping on a brick, windows was locked shut so couldn’t let in any air.
