Easy walk into Old Town for stores and restaurants. Uber/Tax/Bus stop just down the street for ease of transport. Apartment is stunning, all seems to be brand new. Washer in unit and drying rack, super helpful when traveling abroad. Very comfortable. Great communication from the host with arrival instructions. Felt the price was fair for such a great location/apartment. Nothing, it was perfect.

• Chee (8/5): Ragusina is excellent but not the many stairs - Great for everything especially the view and service. The biggest negative is the many steps up to get to the apartment and it is not good for old people, weak people and people with knee or lower limb problems.

• Majda (10/5): Pogled od milijun dolara - Apartman je na izvrsnoj lokaciji s divnim pogledom na stari grad, luku i otok Lokrum. Svega nekoliko minuta hoda vam treba do Straduna, a u neposrednoj blizini nalaze se autobusne stanice, trgovine, restorani, plaža Banje, žičara koja vozi na Srđ... Apartman je uređen s toliko ukusa, prostran i izvrsno opremljen, a domaćin izuzetno ljubazan. Svaka preporuka! Ujutro na ulici zna biti dosta bučno, ali stolarija i zvučna izolacija su dobri pa se kad zatvorite prozore više gotovo ništa ne čuje.

The apartment was spacious and well appointed. We loved sitting on the balcony too watching the boats in and out of the harbour. Actually we loved everything about this apartment . Close to shops cafes and a two minute walk into the old town. Bonus was washing machine!! Nothing

Maid service everyday which was not usual for an apartment. So comfy king size bed. Awesome balcony we sat on each morning and evening . So worth it. Entrance to old town right across street. Focaccia sandwich shop right there ( for a more affordable meal). Bakery and small supermarket right across the street too. Has small kitchen with frig and coffee/tea. Loved it

• Sophie (10/5): Great stay in Dubrovnik! - We loved our stay here and first few days in Croatia. Very clean, spacious property and friendly staff who met us to show us in and help answer questions. It's also in a perfect location - just outside the old town city walls. Close to dining, beaches - everything. Note - many of these smaller places prefer cash - try to have ready. I would highly recommend this place and return!

• Lesley (9/5): Fantastic location and spacious, clean apartment - Fantastic location. Right by the Ploce Gate and the bus stop, easy to find and walking distance to everywhere in the Old Town. Lovely view from the balcony, just sit and relax with a drink. The apartment was very clean and cleaning was provided daily. We also appreciate the convenience of having a washing machine. Good coffee shop below. Note that there are some steps and a flight of stairs to get up there. Our host was great and responsive. Bozo met us and provided us with a list of restaurant recommendations. Finally, we were able to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout. It can be quite noisy if the windows are opened as it is located right above a busy road and right across a parking lot with motorcycles.
• Gary (10/5): - Fabulous stay in this excellent apartment, spacious very clean and well fitted. The highlight is balcony which has a tremendous view over the old town and harbour. You can just sit there and watch the world go by or walk the short distance into the town with a huge number of, places to eat and drink. We were welcomed by Bozo who is friendly and really helpful. Highly recommend.

• Louise (10/5): We highly recommend Ragusina Apartments for anyone visiting Dubrovnik. It’s a wonderful place to stay! - We had an amazing stay at Ragusina Apartments in Dubrovnik! The apartment was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and exuded luxury. It was just minutes away from the old town gate, making it a perfect location for exploring the historic area. The views from the apartment were fantastic, and we were delighted to find an abundance of cafes and restaurants right at our doorstep. Additionally, there was a taxi rank and shuttle bus service at the doorstop, making transportation a breeze. A special mention goes to Marija, who was exceptionally helpful. We encountered a minor issue with the washing machine, but Marija promptly assisted us by opening the door and taking care of the washing. Her attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay even more enjoyable. Do note that there are many stairs to navigate, which was challenging with our suitcases, but that’s something you encounter everywhere in Dubrovnik!

The apartment was kept very clean all the time. The balcony was a bit noicy due to the A/C machines and the resting restaurant personnel in the basement. We could even though use it.

The bedroom is spacious as is the bathroom and kitchen-living area for a 1 bedroomed apartment. Views over the city walls are great and everything in walking distance. Nothing. Building would/could benefit from a lift but that isn't the apartments issue

• STUART (10/5): - This property was the best. Very large with great balcony. So close to old town. Also had a washing machine which after a couple of weeks travelling was needed. Bozo was a really good communicator. All in all a wonderful apartment.

• Hector (10/5): - I did not get the nice front view that some people talk about in this propertt, I had a view to the back which was not nice at all and noise at times because of the neighbors talking loudly, but still had a balcony. The apartament is extremely well located, had everything close, restaurants , the entrance to the old town, supermarket, really maybe the best location in the old town. The access to the apartment had some stairs, the person in charge of the apartament was extremely nice and helped us carrying up one suitcase , the other one we had to carry up. Be prepared to some stairs, like to a third floor, but let them know in advance if you need some help. The whole area is full of apartments with steep steps due to Dubrovnik topography. Inside the old town could be even worst, so if you have a lot of baggage consider staying in another area . You could stay in the new area of the town and take a bus to the old town. The apartment has a washing machine and a small kitchen which were very useful.

• Jayb319 (10/5): Can't wait to come back to Dubrovnik and this apartment - The apartment was exactly as described and in an absolutely location. If you are coming to Dubrovnik you want to stay near to the old and this ticks all the boxes. It most definitely is a luxury apartment with beautiful views to the city walls and harbour/old port. The apartment is modern and well equipped with everything you need, and the fixtures and fittings are of a superb quality. A Nescafe DolceGusto capsule coffee machine is a lovely addition. The old town Ploce Gate was right outside the apartment, together with a taxi rank, bakery and small supermarket. I can't speak highly enough of Dubrovnik or the apartment. The host Marija was super helpful from the very start. We were greeted at the apartment as promised on arrival. To help locate the apartment, we were even sent a very useful video of where to walk, so we couldn't get lost (so helpful in a new location). She managed to accommodated our slightly early checking. Finally, we had a 50th cake on arrival to celebrate my Husbands birthday. Thank you so much Marija for a truly memorable stay. We honestly cannot wait to go back to Dubrovnik and when we do, I know where we'll be staying. From Joanne and Matthew PS my only comment would be that the steps to the apartment could be a problem for the less able. But that being said, Dubrovnik is full of steps everywhere Only leaving to go home......

The manager sent me detailed directions and the owner met me. She takes pride in her beautifully renovated and extremely clean unit and also provides soap and beach towels. And the location near Ploce Gate was absolutely perfect. a little tricky to get used to keyed doors but was not a dealbreaker at all.
