The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that linen and towels are at a fee and upon reservation. A EUR 1000 deposit will be requested on arrival for each stay and each villa. Please contact the property at least 5 days before your arrival in order to organise the key handover. Access to the heated swimming pool is possible with a EUR 60 extra cost. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: 25 euro per person per stay. Pool heating supplement €60 per week from May 1, 2024. Cleaning supplement from 100€ to 150€. Animal supplement €30 per animal and per stay.
