• Morocco Tours (2/5): - The room we were given was very small, with almost no space, and the lighting was very poor, making it quite dark. The service also did not meet our expectations. Considering the high price we were charged, this was a very disappointing experience with the riad.

The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well prepared for guests. Our clients often tell us that they are happy with their stay. The riad staff are also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They are always ready to assist guests and make sure everything is comfortable during the stay. Because of the good service and the cleanliness of the rooms, we feel confident recommending this hotel to our clients.

• Nwadiuto (8/5): Home away from home - I loved the safety. First time in a Riad and my top most priority was safety because I am a solo traveller. This ticked my box and I was at ease the whole time at the Raid. The internet was not working fine. As an international, internet is important to me and having an internet that is weak isn’t fun. It would be great if the owner improves on the internet experience for this building
• David (2/5): - Good Riad with excellent massages! I highly recommend Amina's massages: Relaxing Oriental Ritual & Energizing Ritual are perfect for unwinding. A few points for improvement: when we arrived, there was no hot water (only available the next morning). In the evening, I waited quite a while for someone to open the door, despite the number provided not answering. The service is slightly below that other Riads in Rabat I recommend other Riads.

The bathroom was unclean, with hair in the sink and dirty toilet at check-in. The bedsheets had a strong chemical smell and something kept beeping constantly at night. Overall, very poor hygiene and unprofessional service

• carlo (4/5): Le quotazioni Booking non rispondenti alla realtà. - Posizione nella Medina. Coolazione scarsa, luce nella camera bassissima e senza aperture verso l’esterno. Chiusura della Porta della camera difettosa, scarsa connessione Wi-Fi.
• Eloy (10/5): - Personal hospitalario, la zona está en pleno casco antiguo y el desayuno. A partir de cierta hora por la noche no hay agua caliente. Lo único que podría ponerle pega, pero entiendo que es por ahorro de energía y agua.
• KHADIJA (5/5): - Du jamais vu dans nos voyages. Très dessévant Pas d'eau chaude la nuit. On n'a pas pu prendre notre douche le soir. Après la fin de notre match de foot , impossible de rentrer dans les lieux après minuit. On est resté dehors plus de 40mn à sonner, à téléphoner mais en vain. Heureusement que les voisins nous en donner un coup de main pour contacter le gérant d'un autre Riad qui a pu se déplacer. Du jamais vu dans nos voyages. Très dessévant

Маленькая батарейка, которую мы включили при заезде, не обогревала помещение, не было горячей воды, не было даже чайника, чтобы согреться.

• Chris (8/5): - The BEST breakfast. Such lovely staff. Always a smile. Accommodating for our needs when we had a tour booked and needed breakfast as a take away or early. Amazing air con, great showers, perfect location once you knew where it was! But that is what you get when you stay in a medina. Great rooftop seating. Cleaners cleaned glasses, replaced water and fruit every day. Pool was not as expected, not at all clean and not able to be used. Such a shame as we booked all of our stays with a pool. We were lucky Rabat was slightly chilly.

• Simon (10/5): - Pour ceux qui cherchent un endroit authentique au coeur de la Médina de Rabat. Nous avons adoré le service et la beauté des lieux. Prendre note que le Riad n'est pas accessible en véhicule, car il est au coeur de la Médina. Vous devrez donc vous stationner a l'extérieur et marcher quelques minutes pour vous y rendre. N'hésitez pas a contacter le personnel, qui nous a été d'une grande aide pour trouver notre chemin.

• Francesca (8/5): Elegante e staff professionale - Lo staff è sempre gentile e ospitale. Grazie mille Ayoub per il tuo aiuto e la tua professionalità!!! :) La stanza è molto grande e ben arredata. Mi è piaciuto molto il loro stile! La colazione potrebbe essere più abbondante, per esempio non credo sia giusto che il caffè espresso sia a pagamento in un riad da 4 stelle. Le stanze hanno un'illuminazione artificiale debole quando la luce del giorno svanisce.

• Silvia (9/5): Struttura incantevole! Da migliorare la comunicazione tra lo staff - La struttura è un incanto, la colazione buonissima, posizione ottima e lo staff è stato molto gentile! Pulizia della piscina e il problema di comunicazione tra il personale (avevamo specificato per due giorni che dovevamo fare il chekout molto presto per non perdere il treno), il giorno effettivo di partenza ci siamo trovati chiusi dentro (con il taxi che ci aspettava all’ingresso della medina) senza nessuno che rispondesse al telefono costringendoci probabilmente a svegliare tutto l’hotel per farci uscire.

• Marcin (10/5): Very friendly place - Extremely welcoming stuff. They welcomed us with Moroccan mint tea and bisquits. The rooms were really nice and breakfast really tasty. The location is also good in the old medina. Overal really great experience.

• Steve (9/5): Beautiful place to stay - Beautiful little haven in the charming streets of Rabat - big room, well decorated, lovely breakfast, friendly staff - loved the area. Room looks onto an internal courtyard so it's not great if you want an early night in total darkness as the light from the lobby leaks into the bedroom.

If you want to sleep later than 7 am, change place - there is no sound isolation The breakfast was ok, it was almost the same both days and it was only sweet The jacuzzi is small and not so clean
• Pierre (2/5): Hotelier indélicat À fuir. - Mon premier grief principal est la taille de la chambre. La resa mentionne 25 m². La réalité est 10 m² sans coin salon contrairement aux photos. Mon second grief principal est l'absence de fenêtres. L'architecture traditionnelle des riads de medina distribue des chambres avec fenêtres sur un patio intérieur. Là s'agissant de chambre rajoutée se sont deux soupirails comme dans une cave (voir photo). Avec le probleme que la chambre dépassant du dernier étage devient une etuve car chauffée toute la journée par le soleil. Et que la climatisation hors d'âge fait un bruit infernal Les autres griefs ont trait au service : - accueil à l'arrivée déplorable - porte salle de bain grinçante - volets laissent passer la lumière - absence de brosse à WC - ménage baclé (serviettes non remplacées, poubelle non vidée, gel douche oublié) - pas d'eau chaude un des 2 soirs. Et il est à remarquer qu'un avis négatif sur l'accueil a immédiatement entrainé une véritable leçon empreinte de mauvaise foi de "l'hôtelier" v "Bonjour, Nous sommes désolés que l'établissement ne vous convienne pas. Il semblerait que le choix d'un Dar marocain - en médina piétionnière - ne corresponde pas à vos besoins. en effet, les fenêtres donnent toutes sur une galerie intérieure. Quant au check-in nous n'avons normalement que des félicitations sur l'efficacité de notre personnel de réception." Cela preterait à rire puisque justement nous n'avons pas de fenetres, mais es soupirails qui les remplacent !

Located in the medina it was perfect for the time we were there. Breakfast and evening meals were nicely presented and delicious. I had requested a twin room and got a conformation that they could do however we did not get it.

• Kim Seng (8/5): Nice homely riad in Rabat medina - Nice Riad tucked in the middle of the medina. Need to walk through a maze of buildings to get to it. Directions not clearest to find it. Need to ask around a few times. If you have heavy or huge luggage consider elsewhere as the taxi will leave you on the edge of the medina and you have a rather long distance to walk with your heavy luggage. The riad itself is nice, small and homely. The service team friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided is basic but serves the purpose of getting you going.

• Shumeez (7/5): Good but not clean - Great location, nice rooms and big king sized beds. The staff were very nice and helpful. There were 3 big cockroaches in our room. The room was not very clean.
• Verena (10/5): 10/10 - We had a lovely time in the Riad dar dar. From the stressfull and scentfull markets there is an oasis of quiet in this small Riadl. The hosts and staff were very helpful and we're flexible to get us one more night as there are 4 more riads in the near which have the same administration. The rooms were extremely comfortable and welcoming to our needs of a nice shower and incredible soft bed and working tv. The breakfast was perfect and the coffee tasteful. We would recommend it because of the modern and elegant atmosphere but also the Hamam which at a reasonable price let's you relax even more. Additionally there is a small jacuzzi with cold water which let's you enjoy the Terrasse view of Rabat. Everything was perfect

Pulizia top e colazione ottima servita al tavolo con cibo locale e frutta. Cordiali nell'offrire all'arrivo tè e biscotti e nel fare trovare in camera acqua e frutta.
• ALAN (10/5): A great spot in a lovely city - A simple, but very smart Riad in the quieter part of the Medina. Part of a small group (I think about 5 Riad in total) which all appeared to very well managed. We went to their larger Riad Kalaa for dinner both nights - great food, lovely atmosphere and very pleasant service.

We were told to use the ones from our bathroom/room which is not ideal - staff quite cold in comparison to other riads we had on the trip and no information (e.g. breakfast times, etc) was given upon check in - too expensive overall for the given service - we had the room on the ground floor where breakfast was also served which woke us up way earlier than we planned due to the noise. Not a pleasant start!

• Wayne (8/5): One problem - Lovely room and friendly, helpful staff. One issue: they collect city tax upon departure but refuse credit cards as they have a minimum charge. I did not have the cash. Travel constraints made timing tight. I ran to the nearest ATM for cash. Bright it back but they had change. Never heard of a hotel that cannot take credit cards no hasn’t change. Made for anxious morning.
