Colleen (7/5): Quick stop in Lacrosse - Easy to get to and is near downtown and restaurants. It is downtown but there was a lot of noise outside at night. There is a note outside of the shower to call the desk if a shower mat is needed but I didn't see it until I was out of the shower and the shower floor was slippery. No tea available in the room, just coffee.

Kim (8/5): All and all hotel was very nice, clean - It was very clean and updated, breakfast was just ok. Hot food was not that great, eggs runny and the bacon was in a big clump and over cooked. However the other choices were ok. Pool was nice a little cool but it was great to get into the water. watery eggs and burnt clumped together bacon. Mattress in our family suite were not very comfortable and pull out sofa was not sleepable

Wade (9/5): My Go-To Hotel in La Crosse - I’ve stayed here multiple times and plan to continue booking this hotel when I’m in town. It’s conveniently located near the La Crosse Center, which makes it a great option. The hotel is starting to show its age a bit, but it’s not bad overall. It’s hard to complain about the included breakfast, though it wasn’t quite as strong as in my previous stays.
Mark (10/5): The staff are always great and again a lovely place to stay - Always a great place to stay. Although a challenge with colder weather setting in w/ parked cars present during a storm, it would’ve been nice for the parking lot to have been thoroughly plowed for all clients to stay there.
Kori (10/5): We do enjoy staying here - reasonably priced and a very nice place! - Lots of breakfast options! (But the “orange juice” was REALLY watered down.) Room was very clean and spacious. I will say the dining room benches/couches need a good cleaning - there was food stains all over them. Likely from small children. Bathroom and room - more hooks!! Especially in the bathrooms. We stay in a lot of hotels and there are never enough hooks to hand towels or toiletry bags.

Dogs44 (8/5): Helpful , safe, clean hotel by medical area. - Very nice lobby, but close to traffic. If you stay, I’d ask for a room facing parking lot. Breakfast was pretty decent. Lobby was very large and had lots of seating. We stayed because of a medical situation. I was thrilled to find out there is a lower level walk to clinic and hospital area. It’s pretty long, but we did not have to go outdoors- where it was below zero! That was so very helpful and important! Just be aware that you are just a sidewalk away from a busy street on one side.

Hot breakfast, fountain pop machine available 24/7 which I've never seen before, dog friendly, the double queen rooms are very spacious with a fridge and microwave, a table and chair, and the one we were in had a chair and foot stool as well, the pool is small but good enough for my 8 year old, there's a gym but we didn't use it It's right across the street from the hospital and not far from downtown The only issue I have is how hot the pool room is 🥵

Katie (5/5): Great food great staff the room we were in needed some TLC. - The breakfast was amazing the staff were also wonderful! We were traveling with family and booked the family suite. The online photos and descriptions never said where the bunk beds were. After we checked in and got to our room we found out the bunk beds and the full size bed were in the same room. Wish this would have been communicated better online I never will book that room again. Also the room we were in has stains all over the couch and the chairs at the table were we could sit were very worn out, the covering in the seat was peeling off and there was no cushion left in the chair you could feel the bar supports under the seat when you sat down. I’ve stayed here before and have had wonderful experiences but this room we had was a bit of a disaster.

Curtains in the room were ripped and being across from the pool was extremely noisy. Our room was not clean and its mirrors and bathroom were dirty. Traffic from the road was very noisy and the pillows and beds were not comfortable. No one came to change our garbage or pick up our room during the stay

Katie (5/5): Yuck not this time - I have stayed here before and it has always been nice but the last time I had stayed was 3 years ago. It has gone down hill. Both the pool deck and our room had what appear to be baby cockroaches.I have photos.Our room smelled very strong of wet dog and our carpet was damp.I called to book the room many times and nobody answered or returned call so I had to book 3rd party and could not use my AAA discount. The pool had chewed up gum wads in the bottom and hunts off someone's weave floating in it.Needs to be netted.

I didn't check to see how new the property was but everything looked immaculate. Felt safe in the location. Wish they would've had a hot tub. Mattress was a little too firm for my taste.
