• Ramanamurthy (10/5): - This is a really nice hotel in Granada, Nicaragua (NOT IN SPAIN!) with a distinctive colonial feel to it. Staff are very friendly, helpful and work with you on any specific needs. Within a 10 to 15 minute walk there are local bazaars, a park, and many dining options not to mention local sights. The rooms too are fabulous - spacious, airy and nicely airconditioned. The bed and pillows were high end and very nice. All in all a very nice hotel to stay in. While the hotel will do evwrything they can ro make tour stay pleasant, when it comes to coping with the 90+ deg heat and high humidity (this was inay) you are on your own!

• Jessica (10/5): Low key luxury in Grenada. - Massive room was excellent with comfortable King bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, and guest toilet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast of coffee, orange juice, scrambled eggs, toast, and gallo pinto. Very quiet and private property. Loved having the pool to jump into as the sun was setting to cool off after a hot day. Visited at the end of April, so not in busy season.

• Carolina (4/5): - This property needs a lot of maintenance. I satyed in suite 22-23 The lights did not work in the master bedroom. We were 4 people, only 3 towels in the room, when I asked for one more one of the ladies from housekeeping insisted, she put 4 towels not 3. And wanted to argue about it. Only 2 blankets instead of 3 and when asked for that one they told me that they did not have access to get an extra blanket that was missing. People is nice but also with an ugly attitude. I would never stay here again.

• Vicky (10/5): Very impressive property. Massive room - Very friendly staff. The property is beautiful . Close to shopping and dining. The center square is about five minute walk. The room was massive. Didn’t use the entire suite. It had a guest toilet as well. Fridge and kitchen were nice.

• Daniel (6/5): OK - I would stay here again in all honesty but there are way better value for your money elsewhere. Having stayed in a few places similarly priced in Granada this was by far the worst maintained - none of the lights had bulbs other than the ceiling light, my bathroom was unclean (even the toilet clearly hadn’t been sanitized). All in all it was a totally fine experience and I felt safe and cared for, but definitely the facilities are not up to par with comparable properties even just a few blocks away. I’d also say depending on who you are it’s either better or worse to be in a bit quieter more residential zone than right by all the hostels, but it’s a short walk right to the middle of town. Staff was lovely even with my non-existent Spanish.

• Julio (6/5): - The staff is excellent. The property is a bit dirty. The towels are not cleaned. There is only one choice of breakfast every morning. No variety. This is a 2 star hotel at best.

• Justin (10/5): Beautiful hotel close to city center - This was an excellent value hotel very close to the Granada center plaza. Our room was tidy and the staff very friendly. Our only minor issue was that we felt breakfast ended a bit early (9:30am) which can be hard to get to after a late night out! But that's just a personal preference and overall a great stay.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The property is amazing it’s very clean, very beautiful, very quiet, a very relaxing place to stay and get your mind together and just take a minute to reflect. My favorite part of staying their was the pool. The office staff as well as the housekeeping and the security guard were wonderful they all get excellent excellent excellent. I highly recommend folks stay at this hotel it’s my favorite hotel in Granada Nicaragua. I’ve stayed at this hotel four different times and I love it and I will continue to stay here when I visit my family in Nicaragua. I will be back in December of this year 2021 and I will stay at this hotel.

The housekeeping was amazing and very professional did a great job cleaning my room. I highly recommend travelers to stay there as a matter of fact I will be going back in June with my family along with some brothers and sisters which are also going to stay there. I believe will be staying there for about 10 nights so approximately 5 to 6 rooms we will be renting out in June Everything about my stay was wonderful, I have nothing to say

• Patrice (10/5): Terrific hotel conveniently located - This was a wonderful hotel. The room we had for a family of four had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a huge family room area. The staff was great, and we had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was also really good. Also, a medical emergency arose during our stay and the staff was great in taking care of us, making sure we got transport to a medical facility with a person who could also translate. They were absolutely wonderful in this situation, constantly asking about how we were doing after the accident. I can't say enough about this hotel. And it's also only a few blocks from the center of Granada. So it was very conveniently located, as well. Can't think of anything negative to say.
