- Stephen (8/5): Not far from Phuket Town Downtown Market. - Location was good, right in the heart of the City. 6 bed dormitory was air conditioned, 2 toilets and showers, privacy curtains, big locker, electric socket, light and free Wi-Fi. Room cleaned daily and water replenished. Bed was comfortable. Soap and toilet paper replaced daily. Refrigerator use for the 6 guests. Slept well for the past week I stayed. Would definitely stay here again. All good at a reasonable cost.

- Jakob (7/5): Good - Good location and quite cheap. Scooter rental, good and cheap food, Seven Eleven, gym, and night markets, all within a few minutes by scooter, but also easy to reach by foot. Furthermore very friendly staff. Our pillows smelled bad. Otherwise it was clean. The walls are very thin. You can't understand anything, but you can hear when someone is talking in the next room or walking down the hall.

There is a lovely little cafe across from the hotel that sells breakfast/lunch for very good price and tastes delicious. We experienced a lot of noise during our stay. Our room was located right at the reception so it was very noisy especially in the morning, there was also kids running in and out. The shower was very poor, the water pressure was so low it made it very difficult to shower. The AC didn’t work great and on the last night it started dripping all over the floor. The only window we had in the room looked out to the hallway.

- Tahsin (9/5): Very Good in budget - Their room and toilet is very clean. The person who in charge of recieption is very helpful, friendly and can speak good english which is rare in thailand. They provide towel,shampoo and soap which pretty good. Location is good to not too far from tourism places. Even you can get public transport to go karon, kata and patong beach just by waiting outside of hotel for a while. 7eleven is also 3min walk from the hotel. Overall everything is good. They won't allow you to check-in before 2pm. There was some mosquito inside the room, they might spray in night time.

I liked the long shelf, which was convenient for laying out things. The room didn't look its best after cleaning, the hotel was very audible (you could hear people walking and talking in the corridor and in the adjoining room)

- Morgan (5/5): Fine - Overall it was a good location walking distance to the old town. The room was nice and comfortable. AC was good. Room is spacious and lots of amenities. The shower did not have an adjusting temperature, it was pretty hot. I confirmed my arrival time and was told there was a 24 hr desk, when I arrived at 1am there was no one there, i called, texted and rang the door bell, i waited an hour and got nothing. I had to stay at a different hotel my first not and got no compensation. There is no elevator so if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage you need to carry it up the stairs.

- Jakob (7/5): A good 7/10 - We loved the location and the staff at the hotel / hostel. The location was near old town, 7/11 and pharmacy which was great. The staff was very very kind and very helpful as well. I only had 2 small issues with that place. 1. My mini fridge was not functioning. It was important for me that it was functioning because of my medicine. But the staff took care of it and I could use theirs downstairs. 2. The sink and shower had very low pressure. So it took a while before I could get myself clean.

I slept in many hotel all over Thailand and this was the worst experience ever!!!

It is very noise, even throughout the night you can hear everything from cars in the car park to people talking outside. This woke us up a view times.

The man at the front desk did help us find another hotel which charged to use their pool. There was no compensation for this.

First from the credit card they charged the full amount once we reserved through booking.com. Second time they charged again upon arrival by cash saying that the credit card deduction was just to verify the booking and it would get reversed shortly. but it didn't happen until we checkout. So had to call booking.com customer service to open a case for the scenario and we have provided all the evidence related to the case. Staff was not supportive to resolve the case. So had to call almost every 2 days to booking.com customer service for almost two months to resolve the case. Finally booking.com customer service had to refund me since the property did not reply to anything related to the case. Disgusting experience with the property.

Staff were great, especially the lady who processed my check in and the guy who called a taxi for me. Female employee even gave me instructions on how to go to the bus stop and tourist area. Clean room . TV had English movies. They gave 3 bottles of water, instead of two There was a short water interruption on my second night, like about less than 1 hour. Pool wasn't available

Having to ring the bell for staff - would sometimes have to ring a few times to alert someone. However this did not affect my stay, I thought it was brilliant and would stay here again.

- Lori (8/5): Super comfy stay for a short stopover - We really enjoyed our stay, the beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed in the room. The staff were exceptional and so kind. We had a leak in our room and after reporting it we immediately got moved to another room with the help of the staff moving all of our stuff. The building itself needs some TLC and repairs to ensure the leaks don’t happen again during bad weather.

The woman at the hotel's reception attempted to sell us a day trip ticket to Phi Phi Island at twice the usual price. Although she appeared pleasant and helpful, it seemed she wouldn't hesitate to overcharge if given the opportunity. As seasoned travellers, we did not fall for this and did not purchase the ticket.
