• Taungahihifo (10/5): Better experience - I like the car garage. It is really safe to place car away with your own key access to it. Plus I like all the experience of the apartment and reception. Worth my money and I will definitely recommend it to anyone else and will be booking it again if I have to come back to Rockhampton Nothing

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The reception staff accommodated an additional request I had and were very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay there again. Nothing.

Car scraped on driveway and road is elevated which required extreme caution to exit and enter with our low profile car. We think the fridge may not be cooling down enough, drinks didn't get cold.

We were a group of 4 so the two bedroom with living room and dining table was perfect for us. I can't actually fault the service or the facility.

They have updated power points that have usb connections perfect for when you have forgotten your charger!! The laundry area was dusty and the pillows were nice but felt like they were full of air and they wouldnt deflate! (Hard to explain) I had a sore neck from them.

The staff was such beautiful people who made our stay comfortable ya don’t get that often especially being of colour. Thank you whole heartedly for making my family feel welcome 😊 The kids couldn’t connect to the wifi so I had to connect my phone also would’ve liked to have Netflix in main bedroom other than that there’s nothing else I could think of!!
• Danny (9/5): My stay was marked by attentive service, clear communication about prices and services, but there was a need for improve - The initial highlight of our stay was the positive and attentive service from the staff, along with transparent communication regarding prices and services. On a note of improvement, the kitchen light requires replacement as it is currently not functional. Please bring this to the attention of the management for prompt resolution. Consider rearranging the furniture in the lounge to create a more spacious and organized layout. Start by identifying key pieces and their optimal placements for a balanced and clutter-free environment.
