• Magdalena (9/5): - I highly recommend it. The flat is in the city centre, not far from the main station. It’s modern, clean and comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Communication with the owner was very smooth. Parking is available. There’s some construction work going on in the area, but with the windows closed, you couldn’t hear a thing.

• Alanazi (10/5): - المكان نظيف وخيالي كل شيء فيه ، غساله تكييف والاهم النظافه كانت 10 على 10 ، حتى صاحب المكان يعطيك رقمه يقول اذا بغيت اي شيء علمني ، تنفع للعوائل الاماكن قريبه 10 دقايق مشيء مع الاجواء الجميله اذا ما ناسبك المشيء اوبر ، بس انصح فيها وبقوه جربها وانا المسؤول على ضمانتي (انا انسان انتقائي وبراغ انزلها بالسنه 2 الى 3 مرات ) بسبب الحفريات ممكن المكان للمشيء للعرايس ما ينفع لهم نوعا ما

• Galina (10/5): - Апартаменты расположены в очень удобном месте-за национальным музеем,рядом с метро в самом начале Вацлавской площади,на которой множество кафе,ресторанов,магазинов и обменных пунктов.На станции метро есть довольно большой супермаркет Альберт. Апартаменты находятся в новом современном здании,квартира просторная с полностью оборудованной кухней,коасиво оформленная в едином стиле.Раздельные ванная комната и туалет с новой сантехникой,есть еще комната со стиральной и сушильной машинами,утюг и гладильная доска.Достаточно места для хранения,кровать удобная,белье и полотенца белоснежные.Немного неудобный диван в салоне. На кухне есть все для комфортной жизни-новая техника,посуда,необходимые мелочи,которых часто не хватает в апартаментах(чай,капсулы для кофемашины,соль,кофе,средство для мытья посуды и губки). В квартире очень чисто,тепло. Очень хорошая связь с менеджментом и по переписке и в личном общении,нас даже встретили поздно ночью на улице. Нам очень понравилось проживание в апартаментах,чувствовали себя как дома. Рядом с гостиницей работает стройка,если открыть окно на ночь,то утром будет шумно. Но в номере есть кондиционер,поэтому нет необходимости держать окно открытым(мы сделали ошибку в первую ночь).Закрытые окна не пропускают шум и тогда в квартире тихо.

• Dima (10/5): מאוד מומלץ - מאוד נהנינו מהדירה והמיקום , המארח היה נורא נחמד וקשוב, הבניין חדש עם מעלית והדירה מודרנית ונקיה עם מיזוג אוויר ומצויידת מעל ומעבר בכל מה שצריכים לשהות החל מסכום ועד מכונת כביסה ומייבש, בהחלט אמליץ על הדירה.
• Ghazi (10/5): - The owner (Mr. Dema) was one of the best people I ever did business with. There was a parking for regular size vehicles, but not my rented 7.4m long, 3.1m high motorhome. Mr. Dema helped me by driving in front of my 7.4m motorhome to guide me to the public parking. He even negotiated with the parking staff in Czech language and explained to me in English, and gave me a ride back to the apartment with his own car. The apartment had everything we needed. A dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer, an iron and ironing table, a TV, a large size fridge, an electric kettle, and a coffee machine with tea, sugar, and coffee capsules. It had two bedrooms, a living room c9nnected to the kitchen, a washer and dryer room, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The apartment was airconditioned. The building had secure access. It is located behind the national museum and short walk to the train station. The whole family enjoyed the stay. I wish I knew about earlier during my stay in Prague. Even though the city rules require filling and signing papers for all occupants, he allowed me to fill them later and leave them in the kitchen before leaving. Absolutely nothing, except the need for a prior half-hour notification of the owner to meet you at the door as he does not live on the property.
• Rita (9/5): - המקום נגיש מבחינה תחבורתית, סמוך למוזאון הלאומי. לרוב הלכנו ברגל. דירה מרווחת מאוד, נהיה ונעימה. יש פסיליטיס במטבח. דימטרי המארח היה מושלם ועמד לרשותנו בכל עניין ודבר. בדירה יש מזגן שחשוב בימים חמים. ממליצה מאוד על המקום. בטוח שנחזור אליו.

• Gülden (10/5): temiz ve modern bir ev - çok temiz, düzenli ve oldukça modern bir evdi. konumu da yürüyerek ana caddeye on dakika uzaklıkta. havaalanından taksiyle geldik. mutfak kullanacaklar için çok temiz ve kullanışlı bir mutfağı var. ev sahibi ilgili ve nazik. şampuan, duş jeli, su ve soda, kahve makinesi vardı odada. eşyalar çok bakımlı ve yeniydi.

Die Kommunikation war klasse, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, traumhafte Lage (noch besser wenn die Umbauten rund um das Museum bald abgeschlossen sind) und alles sauber. 2 Badezimmer, Waschmaschine Trockner und Spülmaschine haben alles abgerundet. For us, to have proper air conditioning was very important and unfortunately we did have some issues with the AC automatically going off at night and not turning back on at times. The host responded very promptly, including at late hours at night, and tried to fix it multiple times.

• Goran (10/5): Spacious, modern and comfortable apartment - This is a spacious, modern and clean two-bedroom apartment, conveniently located in a quiet area behind the Národní Muzeum. It is less than 15 minutes walk to the Old Town Square and just 1 minute to the Muzeum metro station. The owner is very kind, responsive and helpful. I highly recommended this apartment.

• Stephen (9/5): The place is real nice and close to the square and main train stations abd puble transportaion. - The was an ideal place to get around as it was real close to the train station (which we arrived from Munich). The area is quite quiet and walking to the square and supermarkets were short (except the for the hills). The apartment has everything we need and the host responded quickly when we needed something. It was unexpected from us that Prague stores closed real early for Christmas Eve and the next 2 days. It was a little struggle to get groceries. But we should have planned better to get thing before hand but most of the resturants were open.

• Mladen (9/5): Superb - Location is excellent, since apartment building is located just behind National Museum, it's a short and pleasant walk to city center and main square. Also, 2 metro lines and multiple tram lines are nearby so it's really easy to get around the city. Apartment is very spacious, fully equipped and impeccably clean. Just one minor issue that could be improved, sofa bed in living room is not very comfortable, but it's OK for a few days.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - The apartment is in a great location. The main train station is within walking distance and there is a subway station very close by that brings you to the old town. The apartment is very large, clean, and packed with all the kitchen tools needed. There was also a washing machine but we did not need it. The bathroom had a couple Drogerie items and a travel sized blow dryer (which was not very powerful). The bedroom has a large bed but was much to hard. The living offered a pullout bed in the couch (which was more comfortable than the bedroom bed) and an ottoman had another single guest bed to fold out. The building is secure and the parking garage is below ground which you get to by car elevator. Be aware that parking costs €24 per night, which you are expected to pay along with a €40 cleaning fee upon signing the rental lease. The apartment has air conditioning but unfortunately turns off on its own which cause my guests and I not to sleep so well in the heat.
• Verified traveler (8/5): A nice apartment to stay at Praha - It's a good location, close to a metro station lift and not too close to the crowded plaza. The building and furniture are new. There are a few good restaurants nearby and a small Tesco to get daily supplies. Though the low noise caused by the tram in silent night was a little bit disturbing, the stay at the apartment was a really enjoyable experience.
• Ron (10/5): - It's new, only two years old, conveniently located next to the National Museum, well equipped in the kitchen, comfortable furniture, and Dmitry is a very accommodating manager, to include providing transportation to the train station when we left. Also, when we checked in, we found a bottle of organic wine, some bottles of water, and a basket of fruit. Nice touch. I can't say anything negative about the apartment. As a matter of fact, we were so comfortable there, that we extended our stay twice.
• Stuart (10/5): Clean, spacious, modern, apartment - Lovely apartment, well managed, on a quiet side street. Close enough to the old town centre to walk in, without it being too close to be noisy and busy. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby, though only a few very small supermarkets nearby for self-catering. Owners were very helpful and went out of their way to meet our needs. Would happily recommend. Only thing is, is not easy to reach on foot from the main city rail station, so watch out for that. You either have to get a taxi, the metro for one stop, or walk a long loop around via the top of Wenceslas square if on foot - there is no quick, easy way on foot despite being only a short distance.
