They helped us with travel arrangements, local knowledge & with suitcase storage so we could make the most of the last day before the flight home. Rooms were spotlessly clean & had tea/coffee facilities. Outdoor pool area was lovely, lifeguard there was very helpful. Hotel is across the road from the beach area. Would definitely stay again. Nothing!

• Andrei (9/5): Chambre très confortable à côté du centre de conférences. - Hôtel très bien situé par rapport au centre de conférences, et aussi près de la plage de Palma et du petit port de Portixol. La rue est très circulée, mais les vitres sont bien isolées. Chambres spacieuses, très confortables et bien équipées. Excellent buffet de petit-déjeuner, varié et de bonne qualité. Assez loin du centre de Palma, au bord d'une route circulée. L'accueil est professionnel mais pas très chaleureux.
• Sigrún Helga (1/5): - I am writing this to warn other travelers about a serious double-charging issue and a lack of accountability from this hotel. I fully paid for my room through Booking.com at the time of booking. However, when completing the hotel's mandatory online self-check-in, I was charged the full amount a second time. It has now been 10 days since the double charge occurred. When I contacted the hotel, they initially promised to refund my credit card. Ten days later, with no money returned, I followed up to ask for an update. Instead of providing a transaction receipt or any proof that they had actually initiated the refund, they simply told me to "contact my bank." The hotel has provided zero evidence that they have even attempted to reverse the charge, and I am still short my money. If you book here through Booking.com, be extremely careful during the online self-check-in process, as you risk being charged twice and left to fight for your money back.
• Lubomir (9/5): Convenient, comfortable, safe, and welcoming. - Convenient location (especially if attending a conference or an event at the Convention center), short walk to everything, clean rooms, great staff, attention to details. My biggest complaint is that there is no bathroom door. Whoever thought this was a good idea?? The windows in our room need a cleaning, too. The hotel is somewhat minimalistic - no frills but nothing is lacking either.

• Leanne Sabrina (9/5): - Overall we had a good stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and it was nice that toiletries and basic amenities were all provided. Breakfast was decent, and the free cava in the morning was a fun touch. The rooftop pool and bar area was also really nice, with reasonable prices and a good atmosphere. The only downside was that the rooms could have been cleaner, and the rooftop closes quite early at 18:00.

• Carmen (8/5): Tolles komfortables Hotel mit Weiterempfehlung! - Schönes Hotel stadtnah und hafennah. Die Dachterrasse ist mega toll. Leider konnten wir sie nicht nutzen da das Wetter nicht wirklich mitgespielt hat. Frühstück optional, lässt aber keine Wünsche offen. Unser Zimmer war ruhig. Wir haben weder von anderen Hotelgästen, noch von der Straße vor dem Hotel allzu viel mitbekommen. Bett bequem. Es gibt wenig zu beanstanden. Im Toilettenbereich gab es keine Klobürste. Das fand ich etwas störend.
• Carmen (7/5): Prima, für einen kurzen City Aufenthalt oder verlängertes Wochenende. - Die Lage ist gut: 16 € vom Flughafen bis zum Hotel . Man kann super ein paar Minuten zu Fuß nach Portixol laufen. Der Bus nach Palma fährt vor der Tür ab. Tolles großes weißes Marmorbad mit einer herrlichen Rituals-Produktrange, großes Zimmer mit viel Platz und allem, was man braucht. Leider keine bodentiefen Fenster, sondern „Schießscharten“. Sehr viel Holzvertäfelung.

• Shoji (9/5): 快適 - 清潔感、スタッフの親近感、設備は素晴らしかった。 Sea view roomからの景色は昼も夜も絶景だった。 室内の空調が個別コントロール可能で、かつ、ハイパワーで好みに合わせることができた。 ３階の「LEVEL]ラウンジが便利だった。出かけた後ホテルに戻った時、そこで一息つけた。 ５泊したため朝食のバリエーションが乏しかった。 ベッドの広さや設置場所は良かったが、マットレスが柔らかすぎた点が気になった。 また、調光可能な暖色ライトが無く、基本的にはオンオフで、床置き電気スタンドが唯一調光可能だったが蛍光灯色だった。 総合的には、また泊まりたいと思います。
• Jason (7/5): Lovely hotel but falls short due to the the points i have mentioned. Particularly breakfast guys!! - The reception staff were very helpful and the room / hotel is spotless. The breakfast was below average, the food wasn't of good quality and the selection not great which is a shame as i'm pretty sure you're well aware that the vast majority of your guests enjoy hotel breakfast time and in my household it's one of the highlights of any hotel stay. The breakfast staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful. They all looked like they didn't want to be there. Miserable would be the best description to be honest. The bar / pool could also be improved to give it more of a holiday feel. It was soulless. The music was awful but thankfully i couldn't hear it too much as was very low volume.

• Art (8/5): Perfect congress hotel - Great breakfast buffet, spacious room (superior booking), good bed and pillows, quiet. Handy location if you need to be at the congress centre, otherwise a bit of a walk from the city centre. Perfect that the bus stop is in front of the building to get to/from the airport. No free water to use in the room for coffee or tea - tap water tastes of chlorine. Window on top level is locked, cannot open it to get fresh air. Several seats of chairs in the restaurant are wrecked in such a way that you can damage your clothes easily (a piece of wood even got stuck into my trouser leg when I slided onto one of the high chairs).
• Pringlator12 (10/5): Great hotel, definitely recommend! - We have just stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. We cannot fault a single part of our stay, everything was perfect. Every member of staff we met was polite helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool and bar was perfect, there were always loungers and the lifeguard was great. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and varied each day. Our room was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We used the spa which was also lovely. The hotel was clean and looked brand new, none of the walls were scuffed or furniture worn. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again.

• Andreas (5/5): Hotel in bester Lage mit schönem Zimmern mit Beigeschmack. - Die Lage ist top! Ab 18.00 Uhr hat nur noch die Bar unten auf. Kein Pool oben und die Rooftopbar hatte auch geschlossen. Als Zwischenstopp-Hotel nicht geeignet. Lüftung im Zimmer ist auch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Auch das „Lunchpaket“ für Nicht-Frühstücker ist nicht zu empfehlen!!! Tiefgaragenstellplätze zu wenig.

• Kim Niwy (8/5): Super Lage - mit guten Spa-Bereich - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und im Zimmer war es angenehm ruhig, sodass kaum Geräusche wahrnehmbar waren. Zudem ist der Spa-Bereich sehr erholsam. Die Instruktionen zu Beginn waren nicht ganz klar, sodass ich zunächst nachfragen musste. Anschliessend hat jedoch alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher klein gehalten. Zudem war unser Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber.

• ZKOG (10/5): - "Level" je posebno doživetje. Ponuja odličen zajtrk v lepem ambientu in s super storitvijo. Razgled na morje in marino je bil iz sobe čudovit. Lokacija je odlično izhodišče za oglede, ker je blizu centra ampak ni prav v centru.

• Helen (9/5): - Insgesamt war es ein super toller Aufenthalt, gute Lage, freundliches Personal, tolle Zimmer und insgesamt super modern. Auch das Frühstück war super. Leider wird sehr instransparent mit den Öffnungszeiten des Pools, der Terrasse und des Spas umgegangen. Pool und Terrasse sind in der Nebensaison geschlossen und trotzdem wird damit geworben. Das sollte geändert werden. Spa kostet 25 Euro, was fair ist aber nirgends wird erwähnt, dass der letzte Eintritt um 16 Uhr ist und die Nutzung auf 120 min begrenzt ist.
• K572JMlynnk (8/5): Good location, clean and comfortable hotel - Nice hotel in good location if you like walking. 20 minute walk along prom into old town for shops and restaurants. Hotel pool was closed for maintenance during out stay though it looked nice enough. Well worth booking or upgrading to The Level our room was spacious with a nice terrace with sea view. Access to Level lounge for drinks and snacks a great bonus. Hotel room spotless with nice comfy bed, good size bathroom and liked the Rituals products. Dominique was particularly helpful during check in.
