Guest Reviews
Hartelijke groet verder. - Kirsty (10/5): Authentic unique and amazing - This was my favourite accommodation on our trip and we stayed at 10 different places. This accomodation is in the home of local people. The home is inside the walls of the historic medina. It was very small so very personal. We had a room with ensuite facilities there was also a communial ibside/outside sitting area and a roof terrace with amazing views. Our host was amazing treated us like her peronal house guests she was very attentive and nothing was too much bother. She also acted as a translator for us and organised transport. It was a very authentic experience and very unique. I was definitely recommend this experience to anyone who wants an authentic and unique experience.
- Tania (4/5): Riad close to the center - This Riad was beautiful but too dirty. The room was small and dirty. They provided sheets and towels but not very clean.the bathroom had a dirty and smelly carpet which we where afraid to step on it. The shower was broken and some days we didn't have hot water. Old and broken mirror and they say that they provide toilet utilities but we had to ask every time we needed something as they never asked if we were fine, at the end we decided to get our own toilet paper. No hands towel nor hands soap. They have pictures of a nice terrace but once we were there, there was no terrace, just a place full of dirty and broken stuff where you had views of the city. We also had a issue with the staff of the hotel, we came back from an excursion, both very tired and hungry and they kept us out of the room for 30 min as they don't have a control of the bookings. They said that we went for a excursion leaving the room locked. We paid for the room from the first day in marrakech until the last one, that's why we left our room locked.
Very bad experience, we would never recommend this riad to anyone.
