• Carfreaks93 (2/5): SECURITY AND VALET SERVICE - I was staying in Yello Hotel Manggarai Jakarta, couple times i have stays . If i come to hotel , security team assist me to park my car and give me the ticket for valet service by them. Couple times i get back to car , they use my car for personal , during i leave my car i already remind myself to turn the AC off , but when i get my car back the AC was turn on during i try to turn the ignition of my car . It was not 1 or 2 times. I have managed my complain to the hotel but seems like they ignore it. I dont know what should i do to keep your staff to aware and not to missed this case anymore, but i believe if you can not manage the people then you need to change them.
• RRIAAP (2/5): MEMORABLE STAY : YOUR HOSPITALITY SERVICE IS VERY POOR! - I done my check in to room 715 around 10pm. Your housekeeping left towel origami on the bed, sweet gesture, thank you. After around 2 hours I can't feel any cool air from the aircon, I call your frontdesk and he said he will send engineering team. They came and check the remote and said will inform us back soon. We wait with no news, then we call back to your fd team, we request for room moved, they said they only have twins! Is that even our problem?! We booked for double bed and without any solution your fd just easily said no double just twin left! We gave them a solution just make your twin bed to hollywood! One of the team came and gave us the key to the room. He didn't even offer any assistance to bring our luggages, just key and gone! With no spare hands, we went to the new room 511 with the fact that the key was not working! NICE! We went down to fd, they gave us new key and one of your team assist us to 511 and we found out that your team only push the twin bed without making it hollywood. I believe your experienced team should know what hollywood type of bed means, right?! We came down for the second time to fd with all our luggages just to be asked to wait for another 30 minutes..UNBELIEVABLE! 00.30 they gave us the key to 511 with the hollywood bed inside. Is this what service in one of Tauzia Groups looks like?

In the midst of i busy schedule if im so tired I massage this hotel facilities. The staff is very good When I know his name She is name Hanny she very Friendly and good. Very uncomfortable to breathe in. - Declining amenities - Not so clean especially the mould in the bathroom.

• Widhi (6/5): It was okay but it can be better! - Location is very strategic in the heart of Jakarta and easy to get a taxi. The cleanliness is one of many things they need to improve. I found bed bugs at first night I stayed. The shower can’t keep in a certain position. The floor is slippery. And the noise from the air conditioner is so loud. I stayed in the room facing main road, although I appreciate the views but the noise from vehicles on the street are just crazy.

• aprtm4 (2/5): The Staff and Manager is Too Bad Attitude - The staff and the manager are misscom each other. And the attitude is soooo bad. The wifi connection is also not good... The availability of food when breakfast time is also not good its bcs the stock is empty and i dont get what i want , for instance mi ayam. I ordered to the staff and then when i want to take it, it sold out! What a poor services!
• Daydream35277172880 (4/5): Not this hotel if you are on a business trip - Staying here for a business trip since Nov 25 and leaving on the Dec 6. While I am happy with the room and the food so far, the iron availability is a total disaster. I have requested for iron for 5 times since Nov 25, of this, 2 times request in the evening were turned down as all were occupied, and would be only available after the next day 12 noon, and another 3 times I could have the iron with me for about 1-2 hours before passing to other guests. It seems that this is a regular issue with this hotel as shared by the staff. My advice is that if you are going on a business trip and would need iron on quite regular basis, you might want to avoid this hotel.

• Adityo (8/5): Very good - Strategic location, Manggarai train station is in walking distance, then can use train from Jakarta Airport to reach this hotel. Delicious breakfast, Quiet room (my room on 8th floor). my bed sheet was not white anymore, the hotel need to change bed sheet with the new one. I stayed for two nights but no housekeeping in the morning come to my room to clean the room.
• Putu (7/5): Good - The hotel's location is not far from well-known malls such as Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, and Kota Kasablanka. I hope the duvet cover/sheet will be much cleaner.

Quite comfortable. - Front desk staff very attentive and accommodating when I asked for early check-in at 13.00 (via Booking.com) and late check-out at 12.30. It's not that I didn't like, just a pity that Shower room only provided with Shower gel but no Shampoo. Would be great if the hand shower set have an additinal faucet so for us Moslem be able to take Wudhu conveniently.

• Rogier.ww (4/5): Better go somewhere else - The location was good and a Alphamart was nearby and it was really cheap to get a taxi to go anywhere, leaving would be the best thing to do at this ''hotel'' The bed was a bit hard and when you got used to that you had to get used to the AC blowing in your face all night at a freezing temperature, since the remote did not work at all. I did not get any breakfast for what i payed and a bottle of water would have been nice. Perhaps the most shocking was the growing mold on the ceiling and the red and white stains on the bed. Maybe the most shocking was the dirty bathroom that should not be used without flipflops. Needless to say it would be better to go somewhere else or only if you can get a big discount.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice Budget Hotel. Clean and modern. Room has no fridge. WiFi was down for one day during my stay. Close to a very busy street with heavy traffic. Sometimes it can take 2 hours on that street. From airport to the hotel I paid about 160,000 IDR. Close to grand Indonesia mall. No mini mart or 7-11 close by. The price was the most attractive value
