• Berengere (9/5): - Le cadre et l'ambiance chaleureuse du salon avec la cheminée et plusieurs espaces où s'installer était très agréables. Un petit déjeuner de très grande qualité et copieux. Le restaurant sert une cuisine raffinée. La navette de l'hôtel pour se rendre sur les pistes est très pratique. L'acoustique et la lumière qui passait sous la porte seraient à améliorer. Patères supplémentaires et bureau dans la chambre seraient appréciables.

• Jean-Pierre (6/5): Hotel joli de dehors, proche de la station de ski mais un mauvais rapport qualité prix. - Le petit déjeuner est très bon, beaucoup de choix et des produits globalement de bonne qualité (pas grand chose fait maison cependant à mon avis). Le salon est agréable et vaste. L'hotel est bruyant. Les parquets craquent, le bruit des autres chambres, les portes sont très fines et laissent passer le bruit du couloir. La chambre est confortable mais le chauffage n'est pas réglable (nous avons dormi la fenêtre ouverte car il faisait très chaud). Les finitions de la chambre (globalement c'est vieillot) ne sont pas du tout digne d'un hotel 4 étoiles. L'accueil est impersonnel, pas du tout du niveau du standing revendiqué par le bâtiment.

Personal Inmejorable. - Llevo unos treinta años pasando unos dias para esquiar en el valle cada temporada, y conozco muchos de los hoteles de la zona. El hotel Tredos ha sido mi elegido en numerosas ocasiones a pesar de haber perdido parte de su encanto al haber pasado a ser un Melia hace pocos años, pero la situación y el personal son inmejorables, no así las habitaciones que depende mucho de en cual te alojes, por poner un ejemplo mi habitación del 2026 no tenia escritorio, y la bañera del baño era pequeña y con cortina de ducha. La habitación de este año era manifiestamente mejorable. Hay demasiados cambios de personal que le quitan familiaridad.

Poder comer algo en el snack bar o tener la posibilidad de cenar en el hotel, ayuda a que no te tienes que desplazar si no quieres. El personal muy muy amable. Superatentos en todo y muy agradables con nuestro hijo. Todo bien

• javier (2/5): No pudimos dormir por el calor en la habitación - La ubicación Es un hotel viejo con instalaciones muy viejas. La calefacción no se puede regular en la habitación. Es centralizada. El calor era absolutamente insoportable en la habitación. Para evitarlo tenían que quitar la calefacción en todo el hotel. A este hotel se le ha hecho un pequeño lavado de cara pero como mucho es un hotel de tres estrellas

Удобный трансфер прямо к подъемнику, камеры хранения оборудования в отеле. В лобби уютный камин, живая музыка. Очень красивое место. При возможности, вернемся еще раз. Очень тепло в номере) но можно спать с открытыми окнами, и поставить на минимум батареи.

Всем рекомендую брать завтрак и ужин в отеле. Отлично! Удобная парковка для авто. Идеальная постель. Халаты , тапки. Кофеварка, чайник, минибар- всё необходимое есть. Душно и жарко. Выключаем батареи и открываем балкон.

• Sanz (8/5): Muy caro para lo que encuentras. - El personal increíble. Todos super amables y atentos. La limpieza un poquito regular, movimos una mesilla y detrás había pelusas. Para el precio que tiene las instalaciones deberían ser mejores. La bañera del baño era super vieja y con una mini cortina de baño. El baño en general muy flojo. La tele muy vieja también.

• ANGELA MARIA (8/5): Hotel per remullar-se i descansar després d'un dia d'activitat. - La piscina climatitzada i la zona del bar. Dos llits individuals, l'accés a l'hotel no és òptim per a les motos i el soroll a la nit de la caldera de l'exterior, si vols dormir amb la finestra oberta se sent molt. Cal renovar el mobiliari de les habitacions i posar-hi aire acpndicionat. Es veu antiquat per ser un Melià.

Ruime kamers, ook de familiekamer, met heerlijke badproducten. Vriendelijke receptioniste die met plezier in het Engels uitleg gaf over de omgeving. Ruim ontbijt, ook glutenvrije alternatieven. Vriendelijk zaalpersoneel. Ruime parking. Hadden er graag nog wat langer verbleven. Het diner viel iet of wat tegen. Het tempo lag ook hoog: op minder dan 50 minuten kregen we de 3 gangen geserveerd. Verder niets op aan te merken!

• gilles (9/5): Parfait ! - Excellente nuit pour un excellent séjour dans le Val d'Aran! Nous avons été surpris à l'arrivée par la situation de l'hôtel et l'étroitesse du parking. Cependant, il est parfaitement optimisé au vu du dénivelé. Par ailleurs, tout le reste était parfait, de la gentillesse et attention du personnel, de la chaleureuse décoration, de la qualité du petit déjeuner et repas. Nous reviendrons certainement pour un séjour plus long. Merci à toute l'équipe!

• Elena (7/5): Correcte per la categoria de l hotel - Habitació amplia. Esmorzar complert. Atenció recepció molt bona. Habitació al costat de la caixa de l ascensor. Durant el dia funcionava sovint i se sentia des de l habitació perfectament. A la nit va funcionar poc. Ens vam queixar i ens van oferir canviar d habitació cosa que finalment no vàrem fer. No tenia aire condicionat. El bany hauria de canviar-se la banyera per un plat de dutxa.

• Łukasz (10/5): A very pleasant stay - Very cozy, calm hotel in a charming small town of Tredos. I got spacious room with balcony, view of the town and the valley. The personnel was very kind and helpful. The continental breakfast was pretty standard, but of fresh ingredients and good quality. I liked it very much.

• 580isabelu (10/5): An example of excellent service; A home away from home! - My sister and I stayed here for 6 nights for our skiing holiday and couldn't recommend it more. Definitely the best thing about the hotel is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - you are made to feel so welcome and nothing is to much for them. We honestly felt like we were in a cozy home away from home! Xacobe the hotel manager is always around to check that everything is ok which definitely leads as an example for the rest of the staff. Special mention to Valentina in reception, so kind and helpful, the two guys doing the transfer up to the ski lifts who were always on time and ensuring we had a way back sorted. Also, all the restaurant staff 10/10! My sister is vegan and we had half board, but they sorted her out a special menu for the whole week on the first day. The normal menu has so many options, you never have to repeat, and lots of local dishes to try! Equally the breakfasts had so much choice, and after skiing the bar puts out complimentary hot chocolate and snacks which was a great energy boost after a long day! Would really recommend this hotel and it is perfect if you want to spend the time skiing as Baqueira ski station is just a 5 minute drive away in the complimentary hotel transfer service, and there is also a place to keep your ski equipment in the hotel. Hoping this won't be our last visit!!
