- Cherie (10/5): - Excellent
- Robert (10/5): - Wonderful staff
- Mark (10/5): - It was quite different without seeing anyone. But we did enjoy and will be back
- susan (10/5): Pleasant Experience - A comfortable room. It felt like being a guest in a friends house.
The staff was accessible and helpful.
The locatiopleasant experiencen was perfect for a nearby concert.
- MONICA (8/5): - Parking was good, staff was excellent. We were in room 2 so quite a bit of road noise (especially motorcycle leaving property after 11pm) and shower super tiny especially after seeing ours friends bathroom in room #1
- Carolyn (10/5): - Cute small room, clean and cozy, breakfast nook across the hall
- Thomas (10/5): - A great room , quite luxurious, wonderful bed , got free upgrade because I was the only guest. Got checked in nicely when I arrived on early side on Sunday , no staff on later in day and evening , which was fine because entrance to inn has key code . I was completely alone in inn the first night which was kind of cool, talk about privacy and peace and quiet . On weekdays more guests / activity . I just loved the Creekside Inn. Beautiful exterior , classy !
- David (10/5): - I celebrated my 65th with the best meal I’ve had in years.
- Diane (10/5): - I truly enjoyed the yard and all the beautiful flowers on the property. It made it feel like a true vacation away from home.
The area is quiet and close to a store with gas station walking distance that made it great for all our needs.
Staff was great and checked up on us to see if we needed anything which was fantastic.
- Davide (10/5): - Love it
- Peggy (10/5): - Amazing place, Very clean, Loved the Restaurant and Bar, The grounds are beautiful and will stay again.
- Jennifer (10/5): - The bed in our room was extremely comfortable and the staff were helpful and beyond kind. We had an excellent stay and will definitely be back again next year!
- ricardo (10/5): - Nice property. A little loud until 9pm because of the restaurant downstairs.
- Brian P (8/5): Cute but small room and bathroom - We let the front desk know that we would be checking in after 8 pm and they would be gone. They gave us directions how to get in using the key pad lock. This is a home that is sort of like a B&B since there were only 4 rooms upstairs with a restaurant downstairs opened on certain days / night. There is a common kitchen area upstairs where you can help yourself with coffee, tea, water, bagels, muffins, granola bar, yogurt, and fruits. This is great to have available to guests. The room was small and tight. We barely could fit in the bathroom and you wouldn't be able to close the barn door that we had in room #3 - butterfly room. The shower was very small too and could barely move around in it. The bed was fine to sleep in. We wished we were able to try the restaurant but they were closed when we were there. The place is cute overall, but just know that the rooms may be too small for some.
- Barbara (10/5): - Excellent restaurant, comfortable accommodations. Very pleasant staff
- Darryl (10/5): - It felt like we were at home
- Dr Douglas (10/5): The black crows concert - The Creekside Inn is a very quaint and comfortable place to stay. The restaurant is absolutely phenomenal. Superb food and service. We would suggest the veal scaloppini piccata and the lobster linguine. The Mediterranean salad was fabulous enough for two. The rooms were very elegant. Would highly recommend this establishment.
- Jorge (10/5): - Everything was wonderful
Would highly recommend
Plan on staying there again 🌞
- Monika (10/5): Beautiful Place to Stay - Beautiful place, clean, inviting and wonderful hospitality. I highly recommend that you make a reservation for dinner as well if you plan to stay here. We didn't realize they had dining otherwise we would have planned it better on our end. I will definitely stay here again if we plan to visit the area.
- Denise (4/5): - It was very nice property, but I did not feel that they took care of the people that were staying there
We got there on Friday evening and we were so hungry and I said can we get something to go or can we get room service and they said no we’re not allowed why would you not take care of the people that are staying there? It was very disappointing. We never got an opportunity to eat in the restaurant and it smelled amazing.
- Ethel (10/5): - It was like a bed and breakfast. Quaint and quiet
- Scott (10/5): - Beautiful small Inn. We attended a rehearsal dinner there too and the food and outside area was perfect.
- Robert (10/5): - Wonderful experience! Will return!
- Susan (10/5): - V
- Christine (10/5): !st time staying at an inn. - Very close proximity to the Turning Stone Casino. Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Facilities were very clean. Loved the family feel of the inn. Only 5 rooms so was very quiet. More comfortable than a hotel or motel.
- Paul (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay. Very clean & accommodating. The few staff we saw were very friendly. The only thing we didn’t like was the sky lights in the room very bright in the morning & we didn’t have enough hot water for our shower, did leave a note to let them know to fix. We would recommend this place to others.
- Jenna (10/5): - It felt very homey!! Loved the bohemian/nature vibes that are incorporated in the rooms. Included free items for breakfast in the kitchen area (muffins/bagels/yogurt) and coffee. The owners are sweet and very helpful if there are any questions!
- Paul (10/5): - This is my second time staying here, i was excited to return. I arrived and had a key issue and Mike showed up in 5 minutes as check in was after hours. He was great and rectified the situation quickly. The place is quiet, location is easy access, parking it plentiful! The rooms are on the second floor, but 2 staircases indoors to access. The breakfast nook had plenty of options. The restaurant is higher end but the food is too. I had dinner 2 nights and look forward to me return. The only way i hear anything from the resturaunt,is if i was in the hall way or on the stairs. There is a secondary entrance for after hours entry.
It is close to the casino if that is of interest.
I wish i had taken pics of the Moon room which i stayed. It is the basic room and had all i needed!
- Diane (10/5): - It was clear that much love and care went into the design and So q
- Nicholas (10/5): - Property was nice. My room size was small but perfect for what we needed.
- Vincent (10/5): - Very nice property with spotless rooms. Very well appointed and the common kitchenette was a great amenity. The value for your dollar is very high. It delivers on every level. We will be returning for another stay to visit the local wineries.
- Jim (10/5): - very nice stay, would do it again
- Bob (10/5): - Flexible staff
- Jill (8/5): - Had a nice stay
- Frederick (10/5): - We've eaten here each year as part of a golf outing and the food has always impressed us. It's a cozy setting with wonderful staff that always do their best to accommodate. Staying at the Inn is also a great experience to get away from the casino noise.
- Melody (8/5): - The room is very nice and had a sea theme. The bed was great and comfortable.
Things to look at;;
The fire alarm kept going off and one session it was like 5 mins. We didn’t know if we should leave.
Also, extra pillows and blankets for when guest are cold.
- Jan (10/5): - Everything was perfect! The property, staff and food were exceptional! We loved it!
- Judith (10/5): - Very quaint and clean. The restaurant was great. Good food friendly service.
- Robert (10/5): - Very quiet ,clean, overall a great stay
- Travis (10/5): Cozy quint hotel - It was so magical for our wedding night !!! Highly recommend staying here !!!
- Caralee (10/5): - Great place to stay, so cozy!
- Ann (10/5): - this property has a nice restaurant downstairs and only like five or six rooms upstairs. The rooms are very nice and well appointed, recently updated.
- Abadur (10/5): - The hosts (who presume were the owners) were incredibly warm and welcoming. The property is amazing, conveniently located and quiet.
- Jennifer (6/5): - It took forever for the water to get hot. The shower was so small. No wash clothes provided. Could not turn the fireplace on.
- Jillian (8/5): - Very convenient to eat an amazing meal and walk right upstairs to the room.
- HASTAS (10/5): - Easy access, quiet, excellent restaurant
- Robert (8/5): Homely charm in NY state hotel - Easy late check in. Comfortable and clean room. Nicely equipped and decorated room.
- Chiara (10/5): - Staff is extremely friendly. Restaurant food was amazing. Great stay would definitely recommend
- David (6/5): Once is more than enough. - It took a while for them to get my paperwork together at the desk. The room is very small and the bathroom bordes on ridiculous. It has a barn style door that has to be left open to use the sink or toilet. The shower is 3'x3'. If you want to take a shower you had better be quick on your feet as the temperature will suddenly go from hot to cold or hot to extremely hot. The room also can't be made dark enough even at night.
- Penny (10/5): - I asked for an early check-in, because I wanted to get to the turning stone in time for Bingo
The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally helpful.
- Jana (10/5): - Wonderful stay, we will definitely be back! Thank you!
- Patrick (10/5): - The staff was friendly and welcoming the room was nice and clean after our stay we went for brunch and the food was amazing hands down a great place to stay and eat we will be back again
- John (10/5): - What a hidden gem! Super clean and beautiful. Excellent friendly staff with great food and atmosphere.
- James (10/5): - Great place
- Heather (8/5): - The room was very nicely decorated. The hot water was an issue....took forever to heat up. You could hear noise from the restaurant below when they were open, would've preferred a private mini fridge to the shared kitchenette but it was nice.
- Tracy (10/5): - was a lovely stay… very clean and comfortable. It was warm cozy the restaurant was excellent. Bedroom was decorated very nice. The price was right.
- Virginia (8/5): - I give the Inn a 4 but our room a 3.
Pros- restaurant downstairs is excellent, service ditto, all staff friendly and helpful and premises extremely clean and fresh. Comfortable bed. Self serve breakfast station well stocked with yogurt as well as bagels and muffins.
Cons- the restaurant is popular and therefore noisy when open in the evenings. We had their smallest room and it was a tight fit for us - both slender folk well under 6 foot. I think all the other rooms are larger and would advise them for anyone taller or larger. Lastly, on our second night the restaurant was closed and we were the only guests and therefore the only folk in the building. Again, fine for us as a couple but I would have found it a bit spooky if I had been traveling alone.
- marcus (10/5): - the place looked great staff was friendly and helpful i had a pretty redhead check me in still wish i got her name..
- Waunetta (10/5): - This was an amazing find. The property is very unique and beautiful. Look forward to staying again.
- David (10/5): - Our stay at the Creekside Inn was great. The Inn is beautiful and the restaurant was terrific. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay!
- Christine (10/5): - Creekside is so quaint. The basic room was perfect for my needs, very cozy and welcoming. The restaurant was packed which tells me it's good. I wasn't going to be able to go to the restaurant but the allowed me to order to go and would deliver to my room at specified time. Excellent service.
- David (10/5): A nice place - I stayed in the moon room (#5) and it was very comfortable. The food smells amazing all night so prepare yourself for being hungry the whole time. It was a Friday night, so it did get a bit noisy even later in the evening. Traffic was also a bit noisy, so light sleepers would have a problem here.
Staff was nice and the 24/7 breakfast nook was a great touch. Didn't have to run out for bottles of water etc.
- Christine (10/5): - Cute and cozy B&B!
- Myra (10/5): - Beautiful place
- Lisa (10/5): - Lovely inn
- Logan (10/5): - Very nice room, bed was very comfortable and easy check in and out process. Would recommend to anyway looking to stay in the area.
- James (10/5): - The shower is super small but everything else was very nice.
- Randy (10/5): - Nice spacious room.
- Brianna (10/5): - Beautiful building. We stood on a Monday so there was no staff on sight and the restaurant was closed but none the less we had a lovely stay! The room was big, and the bathroom was just as big! The bathtub was huge and very nice. The room was cozy and nicely decorated. Everything was great, and the communal coffee nook and kitchen was fully stocked. We definitely recommend!
- Jintana (10/5): - Very nice room, nice bed and clean.
- christine (8/5): - Had a nice stay, cute property
- Mark (8/5): - This was a beautiful inn. We needed a stopover on our way to Cooperstown. Only problem was that we were staying Monday and Tuesday. The inn and their 5 star restaurant are unmanned on those nights. We loved it because we had the run of the inn. Beautiful patio and yard. They did leave us continental breakfast though. I’d love to come back when the restaurant was open
- Jeffrey (6/5): Meal was too noisy and not flavorful - I was thrilled to have secured an inexpensive room reservation and a meal reservation at this highly rated facility.
I should not have been.
Let's start with the meal. Overlooking my preferences, I was seated near a cacophonic bar. Any thoughts that a place that calls itself an "inn" would be restful were dissatisfied by a high decibel setting. So far as the meal service and food, the wait staff and the Caesar salad were excellent. The filet, however, lacked flavor. The accompanying mashed potatoes and green beans were ordinary.
The room I stayed in was cute, a room with windows on each side. Alas, both windows overlooked the parking lot. The quality of the inspection of the room is questionable, because more than one light was not operating. That said, for the price I paid, the complaints about the room are not a big deal.
The complaints about the noise level for dining and the food quality is a big deal.
I noticed that the inn had two dining rooms that were placed away from the bar area. Why they would not offer to sit me there, I have no idea.
I will not return.
- Melissa (10/5): Quaint and Cozy - What a cute and comfy inn. The food was amazing and the room was perfect.
- Christopher (10/5): - Excellent place to stay. Convenient!
- Kerry (8/5): - The restaurant and staff and room were excellent. The hot water in shower was not good during the dinner hour but ok in the morning.
- April (10/5): - Gorgeous place with an amazing restaurant
- Mary (10/5): - I loved Creekside and will go back. The restaurant smelled wonderful but we had other plans. The people who run it are so nice and the room was cute and clean and cozy. There had a small nook with coffee and snacks for breakfast before we took off. It was just a one night stay to go to the Fair and Casino so it was perfect location also.
- Victor G (8/5): - This was our second time staying at the Creekside. We had the same room both times. It was very clean very nice looking. I think my only reservation is after you get done making your breakfast in the little kitchenette, which is very well stocked, there’s no place to sit and eat. We would definitely go back.
- Karen (8/5): Not your typical, but in a good way. - Not your typical, but in a good way. It's more like an Air BnB in that you let yourself in after hours. This is an inn with a restaurant/pub on the first floor and rooms upstairs (no elevator that I saw). The room was cute and comfortable, with in ensuite bathroom (albeit a converted closet). There was a small kitchenette set up in the hall with breakfast items for the taking. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Perfect for the night. If you need a lot of personal interaction, this might not be the place for you. We didn’t see any staff the day we were there. It's got everything that you need and that's enough for these anti-social people. Would come back again.
- Matthew (10/5): - We had an absolutely amazing stay. What a charming inn! This is a hidden treasure in an idyllic location.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Think twice - No one present for check in, flies in the room, too bright in room to sleep after sunrise, door to room didn’t close properly.
- Donald (10/5): - Very quaint well keep property, rooms werevery clean and the bed was great. Would definitely return
- Dorothy (10/5): - It's a beautiful place and very clean and nice
- Mickee (10/5): - My stay was wonderful; large room and bathroom exceptionally modern and clean! It was extremely peaceful and exactly what I needed, couldn’t have asked for a better place. A very homey feel and far better than what a hotel can provide!
- Mary (8/5): - Excellent restaurant
- connie (10/5): - Absolutely a wonderful place, 5 minute drive to Turning Stone, will definitely stay again!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Frank (10/5): - We enjoyed are stay immensely
- Patrick (10/5): - Charming place, friendly staff.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Always a great experience staying here. We had brunch for the first time. It was amazing. We'll definitely be returning!
- Deidre (10/5): Moon themed room - full moon night! - Arrived late so not a lot of interaction with staff but they supported me in the phone before I arrived. I walked into a beautiful Inn and a room full of blue (favorite color) and moon themed. It was lovely. I hope to go back for a longer stay:)
- Terry (10/5): Great small inn - Wonderful room. See pictures. Only disappointment was restaurant was closed during our Sunday night stay. It looked like it would be a great place
- Robert (10/5): - A nice Inn. No frills but all was exactly what I expected. The bed was one of the best I’ve had on this trip.
I can’t comment on noise as the restaurant was closed.
I’d stay again.
- Ken (10/5): - Very positive stay in wat is essentially a 5 room B&B atmosphere, everything looks new, most of building is elegantly refurbished. A bit quite I was only guest second night, a Tuesday.
- James (6/5): Creekside Inn - Facilities were clean and neat. Not having any “management” on site to check us in left me concerned about the paperwork with our personal information left in the open. When we asked on the phone about good places to eat in the area, we were told to “check your phone” for websites of restaurants. Probably the biggest issue for my wife and I was the constant noise of the window air conditioner, which, even on its lowest setting, was extremely noisy through the night. Having a TV in the room with 3 remote controls with no instructions for use made hunting for a channel to watch an exercise in futility.
- Elaine (10/5): - Clean, comfortable, excellent food. Couldn’t be more pleased!!
- AARON (10/5): - This property is very nice. Would stay again in the future.
- Sandra (8/5): - We never did see any staff but received a text message on how to enter the Inn as they were closed when we arrived. Housekeeping was not able to enter our room to clean as the keys to the rooms were still with a previous housekeeper. If we wanted housekeeping to come in, we needed to leave our door unlocked. A little kitchenette was right across the hall with muffins, juices, water, etc., which was nice. Only issue is after the restaurant closed at night, the staff was very loud, yelling to each other back and forth, etc. I think they forgot there were guests trying to sleep at the top of the stairs. Because of this, we were not able to get to sleep until they all left at 11 p.m.
