- Roberto (8/5): Hotel Bonito mas,,, precisa melhorar - O Hotel é bonito, localizado num terreno grande e muito bonito (mas um pouco afastado da cidade). O quarto é espaçoso, com varanda agradável. Piscina externa muito boa (embora não tenhamos utilizado). Já o banheiro precisa melhorar muito. Chuveiro com mais de 70% dos furos entupidos (quase não sei água) - limpeza ou manutenção? Cheiro de esgoto. Nenhuma preocupação com o desperdício de água. O chuveiro (ou torneira) precisa ficar aberto por uns 5 minutos ou mais para a água quente chegar (um desperdício). Café da manhã bem simples, embora correto. Caro para o que oferece.

- Flavio (8/5): Agradable - La habitación tenía una cama en la parte superior cerca del techo, pero hacía mucho calor, así que tuve que poner el colchón en el suelo al lado de la cama porque era más fresco y agradable con el aire encendido. Además, el desayuno es delicioso, pero no hay comidas por la noche.

- Robert (8/5): Relaxing hotel close to Santa Cruz - Excellent friendly staff! Grounds are well maintained and peaceful atmosphere. Good breakfast - lacks a bar (but can buy drinks from reception). We had a balcony room - was great but decor slightly dated. We hired bikes from hotel (okay and came with helmets) - it is about 40 mins cycle to main wineries - sadly some of the route is fast roads (Uber is very cheap however). Would stay here again!

- PD (2/5): Poor Facilities, great breakfast. - We stayed here and unfortunately the hotel did not match the reviews. We got to the hotel and checked in quickly, but after arriving and a long day of travelling we wanted to freshen up in the Whirlpool bath we specifically booked. Unfortunately there was no hot water. I raised this immediately to reception who spent the next 2 hours tryingto fix it without luck. I asked to be moved rooms and they did not allow this, despite there only being 3 other rooms booked in that day (out of at least 12) I was promised it would be fixed, but it never did. The bathroom had serious signs of damp and was permanently cold, and at no point during our stay did we get hot water. Upon checkout the hotel tried to charge even more than the booked rate on hotels.com at which point I had to negotiate them down to a lower rate and this took over 30 minutes to complete. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful, but really moving me to another room that worked would have been the most helpful thing they could do, or just allow me to stay in another hotel. The rate I paid was still far too much and if you're paying full price, don't bother it isn't justified.

Al no ser grande y estar ubicado afuera del centro de la ciudad, tanto el entorno, como el hotel en sí son muy tranquilos. El área de la piscina es hermosa, llena de árboles y flores, la piscina de buen tamaño y bien cuidada, y se mantiane el ambiente calmado ideal para relajarse. El desayuno es bien surtido y la atención del restaurante es buena.

Lovely breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful with recommendations and reservations at neighboring vineyards. Room comfortable and clean. 5 minute Car or Uber to town. Looking forward to going back.

- Laurie (10/5): A gem of a hotel - This hotel is a gem in the Santa Cruz area (or for many areas in South America.). The hotel is beautiful, well designed and decorated. They have a nice pool and bar area for enjoying a relaxing drink. The morning breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting the Santa Cruz area.

- Jeremy (10/5): Great choice for Santa Cruz - The owners built this hotel 2 years ago. It is also their home. Rooms are large, comfortable spotlessly clean. Air conditioning is effective but the fan makes a noise if you are out on your balcony - you can hear the air con fans from other rooms outside too. The pool is a great asset, not heated but warm when we stayed in November. No restaurant other than excellent breakfast served 9-10.30. We had to check out at 8am the last day but they're prepared breakfast for us early. The hotel will suggest restaurants and book a car. The return car / taxi cost us 6000 pesos return equivalent to 2 beers. Would stay again. Highly recommended.

Breakfast buffet is extensive with fresh scrambled eggs cooked for you. The pool and area was extremely well maintained. The interior looks and feels like a fine major house.

The setting is beautiful and peaceful, a country-like setting away from the noise of the city but very close to the attractions of Santa Cruz. The staff were very friendly and super helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and recently remodeled; the bed was very comfortable. We would gladly stay there again.
