• Kate (10/5): We loved sitting on the big deck out the back, overlooking the big backyard and bush surrounds. It was just a quick walk - Property was in an excellent, central location and was just as it had been described. It was cosy, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing girls’ weekend away.

• hugh (9/5): a lovely place and well recommended A couple of minor things would improve the experience - great location with a lovely walk into Daylesford along the nearby fire track parallel to the creek, or simply along the main road to Daylesford or down to Hepburn Springs. The property was clean and tidy and has recently been painted and decorated well. A lovely outlook from the deck to bushland . The ducted central heating worked very well. Important in winter! And the spa bath was very relaxing. The electric blanket on the main bed did not work and was rather dangerous with bare electric wires. If there were any instructions about how to work things at the property (TV, Oven, Dishwasher, etc) we didn't see any. These would be very useful. Table or standard lamps by the sofas in the two living rooms would help for those who like to read in the evening!

• Serendipity8 (9/5): Tranquil and cosy - It was a pleasant surprise that the property welcomed pets, thank you. Despite the incessant rain, we managed to have a nice time, the house was very comfortable, well designed and tranquil. Thanks for your kind hospitality Not too close to walking trails but all that's just a short drive.

• Anonymous (7/5): We Had a lovely And warm winter time! - The fire🔥 is fun. And the card games! The style is nice! It's a bit too close to each room. Maybe less walls would be nicer! ( from the photos on the website, i thought it's an isolated house, but when we arrive, the neighbor houses are quite close, can hear other people party so loud)
• Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - Warm, cosy and inviting. A beautiful little place, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. So good that we could bring our fur baby and include her in our little getaway and we could all relax by the crackling fire! We will definitely be back!

• Alain (9/5): Very comfortable and well equipped. - Very well equipped - kitchen, lounge, laundry - everything was very good. The bed linen was wonderful! Nice spot just out of town - easy to get into Hepburn Springs and Daylesford. There seemed to be a bit of a problem with the lights in the lounge that didn’t get resolved when we were there but hopefully that would be sorted out for the next guests. We stayed in March and we suffered a bit with itchy bites from March flies - horrible things - but that’s to be expected in Australia I suppose.

• Julie (9/5): Girls trip to Hepburn Springs - The decor was beautiful and the home was comfortable. It was great to have my dogs with me and they loved the big deck and back yard. The house is walking distance to the Hepburn Spa, though it's a 30 minute casual walk. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.
• Jana (10/5): Great stay with dogs - It was very clean and the backyard was lush, massive and fully fenced off for our two little dogs. There was rat bait things in the corner of the lounge room which is easily accessible by smaller dogs.
