• Norna (9/5): Relaxing weekend for a group of friends catching up. - Great views (as the name of the listing says!), very comfortable beds, gorgeous garden and lots of parking. A couple of ramekins in the kitchen would be helpful, we made grazing plates and couldn’t find any to use.
• Leigh (8/5): - Location and property size perfect Only 2 bar stools at kitchen bench. Handy if there were two more. Few more condiments and tea bags. Tomato sauce etc. No tea available at time of arrival. Bbq was perfect, very clean. A container pool off the deck would absolutely finish off the property especially with the views.

• Sheena (10/5): - Love everything there! So easy to get to town. Wake up with the best views. Kitchen is super clean and very well equipped. Everything was amazing. We even got a bottle of wine, had tea/ coffees etc Just kitchen sponge to clean dishes was missing. The brush under the sink was dirty and I doubt that it was for cleaning dishes. but otherwise everything was great

• Parris (10/5): A perfect weekend getaway at Churchills - We loved the fact that Churchills is located in a very quiet, tranquil location just a short, easy stroll to the heart of Daylesford. The views from the balcony and the kitchen/dining area looking over the back of the property with its glorious lake were breathtakingly beautiful. Inside, the kitchen was exceptionally well-appointed with anything you could possibly need to prepare your own meals. In the bedrooms, we were delighted to see that the hosts had accommodated our previous request of single bed configurations. The cleanliness and overall presentation of this quaint cottage were immaculate and we really appreciated the thoughtful welcoming gift (a bottle of Sav Blanc) 🙏 There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Churchills exceeded our expectations on every level.
• Samantha (8/5): - From arriving at Churchill's it was very clear the owner of this property takes pride and thinks of the small things like the heating on entering was like a welcoming warm hug and the complimentary bottle of wine was lovely. The decor was and styling was beautiful. The grounds were magnificent and well kept. I'd wished I'd booked a longer stay to take more of this property in and the wonderful charm of Daylesford. The only small negative was the 3 single beds in the 3rd bedroom personally are built for small children not adult ones as the girls said they were too small and a little uncomfortable.

• Monica (9/5): Such a cosy, comfortable winter getaway ❤️ - The ambience when we arrived. Lovely gas fireplace and gazebo. Well stocked kitchen. Efficient heating and electric blankets made us feel very cosy and luxurious. The two beds in the back room didn't have electric blankets, and the two sleeping in there got cold.

Nice views of the township and very quiet neighbourhood. Love the birdlife that become new friends. Garden a little tired but this did not affect our quality of stay.

• Sherson (9/5): Superb - Well located with great views. The kitchen was very well equipped allowing us to cater at home easily. Comfortable living spaces and beds.Good central heating. Dog friendly which suited us but guests need to clean up after their dogs as the lawns were littered with dog poo.

Bloody cold but clear blue skies every day! - The house was lovely and warm, well appointed, excellent views and an easy stroll into town. The sunsets were a treat at the end of each day and the kangaroos were on show too. Was great to be able to bring along our toy poodle too - made life much easier for us! Really nothing at all. We'll come back for sure.
