• TracyPT (10/5): spacious. wonderful experience - The hotel room is spacious compared to the common standards found elsewhere in Japan. Facilities, even though not so fancy and modern, are kept very clean, neat and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Especially, we had a very good experience with the hotel staff after leaving. We left our device items in the room by mistakes and found out only few days after we reached home. We contacted the hotel and got their response and support very much immediately. Now we already received our lost items by mail without any hassles. Because of this good experience, I would like to give the maximum rate as a way of saying thank you for your friendly and helpful services. We will definitely stay here again. nothing

• SHINSUKE (6/5): 駐車場が最悪。一気に醒めた。 - 使いやすく、わかりやすく、全体的に良かった。 駐車場2300円は結構ぼったくり。夜の10時〜朝8時までの10時間。 しかもフロントスタッフの人的ミスでゲートが開かず朝の大事な時間をロス。 一見さん狙いかな？ちょくちょく東広島市には行くけど、私はもう使わない。

• Guest (8/5): nice stay and worthed - I am very much delighted, cheap and there is a free bicycle. receptionist is very helpful. This is my second time to stay in this hotel. Probably I will be back again to this hotel if I have opportunity to come to Saijo, Higashi Hiroshima again nothing to complain. it will be better if hotel serve breakfast, optionally.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 落ち着いた宿 - 出張で初めて宿泊しました。 静かで圧迫感を感じない清潔な部屋でリラックス出来ました。必要なものは至近で揃うところも高ポイントでした。予約の取りやすさも出張族にはありがたいです。

• Dripta (9/5): Superb - The room was clean and the staff was polite. There are several eateries nearby as well which is a bonus. Perhaps they could provide instant coffee pouches in the rooms as well along with an extra pillow.
• INOUE (2/5): - The equipment is very old. It smells like cigarettes and is uncomfortable. Amenities (such as toothbrushes) are charged additionally. I don't recommend this hotel to foreign travelers.

• Felix (6/5): - Convenient hotel with on-site parking for ¥500. Easily walk-able to local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Note that certain amenities are not included (razors, toothbrush) so bringing one is important. Also, though a non-smoking room was reserved, I was given a smoking room, so make sure you check upon check-in.
