С потолка в номере лилась вода (нас затапливало); входная дверь в закрытом состоянии имеет щель более 2см ширины; нет холодильника (а мы в жарком климате); унитаз имеет вокзальный вид (не мылся никогда); нет места (шкаф, вешалки) для личных вещей, только пол; на двух взрослых на три дня выдали 20 мл шампуня-геля для тела; при заезде уведомили, что уборка раз в два дня или чаще, мы прожили три дня, уборки не было; в номере категорически нельзя есть. Но стоит чайник. Пейте чай-кофе, но без кекса)))

The front desk team was consistently friendly, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The manager deserves special mention – truly excellent, very attentive, approachable, and clearly cares about the guests and the property. The hotel felt welcoming and well-managed, making our long stay comfortable and easy. Great value for El Nido and a place where you really feel looked after.

• Terry (2/5): - On check-in, the wash hands basin in our room was blocked and had murky water in it. Other than that the room was acceptable. Most disappointingly, the swimming pool was out of commission. The breakfast menu was very limited and the area adjacent to the dining room hadn't been cleaned for some time. The staff tried hard but were very young and inexperienced. On the plus side, the gym was well equipped.

• Elouise (1/5): Hope they gave you a good room and do not forget anything they will not give it back to you. - Nice lobby, dining area and friendly staffs. They told us that the pool was under maintenance so we didn’t use it. The first room they gave us has a broken sink the leaks the water, second one smells so awful like mold and the air condition was weak the third on3 was good. My partner forgot his shoes (NIKE) in one the room cause we changed a lot but they told us they couldn’t find it so we just gave up. Be careful not to forget anything to this hotel you might not find it back.
• Robin (1/5): Find yourself another place!! - Nothing The staff was very unaware, sitting as the only 2 friends in the dark restaurant they didn't have any questions at all. Finally they recommended the pizza but they couldn't do it after we ordered it, the food we got tasted really bad. The facilities is old and we had 5-6cm cockroaches in the room. Towels we got was torn and dirty, bar in pool area was closed but advertising happy hour at signs with random kids roaming around and screaming (not staying at the hotel). Finally we checked out after 1 out of 3 days and didn't get anything from the reception at check out about leaving early or anything.

• Marzena (7/5): I had a chance to feed dogs 🐕 🤩🥰😍and see beautiful beaches - I was happy that the stuff allowed me to feed the dogs overthere at the Eko park, please keep doing that, they are so lovely and hungry all the time, it doesn't cost much. I like the location was near Las Cabañas Beach beautiful area to swim and relax. They had a hot water 💧 which is a luxury in Philippines. Helpful person with language, direction to some places, tours ABCD I recommend C you can see turtles 🐢 You can buy cheaper water, alcohol and snacks at locals store few minutes walking from the hotel. The property was very dirty, I saw only one person cleaning swimmingpool, to many people working there but doing nothing, 5 of them at the reception instead of cleaning the gym, dust was everywhere, breakfast the same only less everyday. No proper coffee...🥺🥹🥹🥺on vacation!!!

We hated to go back to the Hotel everyday, we dreaded going back to - My girlfriend got sick on the buffet They had no bar tender and no ice The showers were cold Staff was very unpleasant And the knowledge of trying to help you do things was none existent. The toilet is leaking The shower was leaking and cold They had no food in the restaurant and it was not a restaurant. It was just food in a freezer they took out and shared We quit eating there because we didn't want to die

• Maddison (2/5): Very poor - This hotel is the prime example of, “all the gear, but no idea!” There is so much potential for this place however is it so run down and many parts of the facilities were not available to use. One stand out was the gym - it’s well equipped! However it often had animal poops on the floor!! - Staff were not helpful and were sitting around in the lobby on their phones. It didn’t seem like they were available to help. - towels were apparently hard to come by - toilet paper was also apparently on rations here… - they tried to add additional charges onto our bill and a “whoops” was what we received when we questioned the bonus chargers.. - breakfast was basic, cold and screamed food poisoning. - there seemed to be one cleaner (he was friendly and helpful!) however it seemed very unfair that he was expected to clean everything when there was literally 5 people sitting downstairs in the lobby… - we had washing done through the hotel and it was delayed without any communication. When we did ask if it was ready to be collected, we were made to feel bad for asking. (We had asked the morning it was due and the following morning only..) Overall, my partner and I have travelled a lot and stayed at many unique accommodations, however this was the worst experience we have ever had. Photos online make this hotel appear VERY differently. We also genuinely never complain, however we would never want anyone to experience what we did. Highly recommend staying somewhere else!!

• Marimar (2/5): Very poor - The staff were nice, it had a pool, ping pong table, a gym and breakfast included in the price. When we arrived after our 8 hour car trip in the dark we didn't see how outdated the place was where we were supposed to stay for three nights. Our room smelled and our bedsheets had stains so we could not sleep with our blankets on. Extra towels and blankets were not for free. Our towels and the outline fabric of the bed frame were stained as well. There was no warm water on top of the shower corners being rusty. The utensils and glasses in the room were dirty and unusable. The doors and walls did not soundproof the noises coming from the hallway or outside and there seemed to be a creaming cat somewhere. We had a plastic chair (the ones you usually see on the beach) in our room. The wifi was only available when you sit next to the door. And on top of all of that we had a huge cockroach in our room. Don't mean to sound picky but this was not worth the price and did not meet the qualities we expected to have so we switched to another accommodation after the first night.
• Tomáš (8/5): Nice big pool & gym - Basic room with a kettle, coffee (but no cream) and free water. Hotel has a big swimming pool and well equiped gym which is why I choose this one instead of others. Breakfast is served, small and very simple. For drinks there is only instant coffee and water. This could be better or the price should be cheaper. Location is not very good but ok if you have a motorbike (cca 400-500 / day) or pay for tricykle (200 php / ride).

• Verified traveler (6/5): - This hotel has potential but is in need of a lot of work. We paid for breakfast which was non existent. The bathroom in the room does not even have a door so there is no privacy if room sharing. Nowhere to hang towels. Staff do not clean rooms unless asked and even then only make bed not clean or replace towels.
