- Tom (9/5): Super nice at and affordable - The building is very new with a new heatpump. It was out first experience with a heatpump, despite low temperatures outside the temperature in the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the hosts are so super friendly. There is a common room with a table where you can eat your own food. If they would put a microwave there it would be perfect.

The location was gorgeous, surrounded by vineyards and a beautiful view of the sunset and Maiella. We were a short 10 minute drive from the main town of Lanciano. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Lanciano! Grazie molto Ana, Vincenzo and Carmine!!!

La camera era ampia così come il bagno ed il letto era comodo. Ovviamente totale quiete notturna per un buon riposo. I proprietari sono veramente gentili e disponibili. Insomma un'ottima scelta per visitare sia l'interno che ha tante località interessanti che la costa dei trabocchi.

- Laura (9/5): Andateci non solo di passaggio - L'accoglienza dei due proprietari gentili e disponibili. Stanza comoda e nuova, letti e lenzuola da farti sognare, abbiamo dormito benissimo anche grazie al fresco della collina (c'è comunque in caso l'aria condizionata) e il silenzio. Il panorama meraviglioso. Forse la piscina un po' piccina, ma comunque apprezzabile. Siete immersi nella natura, ma a pochi minuti di auto da Lanciano (molto carina, da vedere). Noi purtroppo eravamo di passaggio, ma questa è una location che merita un soggiorno più lungo anche per la superlativa colazione inclusa: torte e marmellate fatte in casa meravigliose. Super consigliato! Non poter rimanere di più perché avevamo di passaggio a vacanze ultimate.

- Andrea_Tourist (9/5): Un vero agriturismo in un territorio tutto da scoprire - La struttura rinnovata di recente è molto accogliente e oltre alla piccola ma comoda piscina, c'è anche una piccola fattoria. la conduzione è familiare e i proprietari sono stati veramente molto gentili e accoglienti. La ricca colazione sia dolce che salata si basa su prodotti rigorosamente fatti in casa e a chilometro zero. La posizione è ottima in quanto oltre ad essere prossima ad una piccola città come Lanciano che offre tutti i servizi, dalla ristorazione in poi, si trova a non più di venti minuti di auto sia dalla costa dei Trabocchi che dalla Maiella. Per organizzare escursioni quindi non ci sono problemi e si può spaziare dal kayak al trekking o alle bike sulla vicina famosa ciclabile della costa. Per chi preferisce qualcosa di più tranquillo, il territorio offre la possibilità di visitare dei bellissimo borghi tra cui Guardiagrele. DI fatto nulla a carico della struttura, Siamo stati un po' strettini nella camera ma a causa di una variazione che ho chiesto io stesso all'ultimo momento.

- Erdit Nesturi (10/5): - The place was amazing. The family that runs it, was extremely friendly and accommodating. The Agriturismo has some animals which our little one really enjoyed meeting :). From the parking side of the property you can also enjoy one of the best sunsets ever! There was nothing on the property that I didn't like. The only thing NOT related to the property is the mosquitoes and flies, but that's to be expected as in any farm or rural area. To be mentioned that inside the buildings there were no mosquitoes or flies and everything was ultra-clean. Great experience!

La signora ci ha portato nel recinto degli animali per fare giocare i bambini con i conigli, mentre noi adulti abbiamo avuto la possibilità di avere tante spiegazioni sul territorio, il vitigno della struttura e tutto il processo di coltivazione, raccolta e lavorazione. You could tell they poured their hearts into the place. The air was so fresh, like you’re breathing in pure nature—no city smog, just crisp, clean mountain vibes. The water was great too. Honestly, it’s the real Italian deal—rustic, charming, and full of soul. If you’re chasing authentic Italian vibes, this place is a must. Highly recommend!

The vies were incredible a bit of of a challenge to locate because it is next to the main residence. Loved the space very clean safe and handicappable access no issues. We did ask for fresh towels but with the language they did not arrive

- C (7/5): Friendly staff. You get what you pay for. - Very friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was limited but lovely. Mouse droppings in the bathroom were a turnoff. We had the second floor room. Bottom step leading to room was broken causing a tripping hazard. This repair requires immediate attention but doesn’t seem to be a priority for the owner. Also 2 a/c units in the room. The a/c in the bedroom was broken and doesn’t seem to be a priority to get replaced. The second a/c at the entrance is expected to cool down both areas (suite is separated by a wall) but on a hot night doesn’t work very effectively. When we arrived the second a/c didn’t work either. After several hours waiting for room to cool down the owner came and checked and cleaned the filters which made a significant difference. This should be part of the regular maintenance and not be something the guests need to bring to their attention on a hot night. The room was showing 90 degrees when we arrived and did not cool down for several hours despite the owners telling us to be patient.

He offered lots of information about growing both his olives and grapes, even offered samples of his wine! - Marco (10/5): Una piacevole scoperta! - Di passaggio per spezzare un lungo viaggio in A14, sono finito per caso in questo agritur a pochi minuti dal casello di Lanciano. Ma la fine è restato un mio cruccio quello di essermi fermato una sola notte perché il posto meritava molto di più. E lo stesso dicasi per l’accoglienza da parte del proprietario e familiari, persone cordiali e disponibilissime: si capisce al volo che la molla che li spinge è la passione, pur non difettando per nulla di professionalità. La struttura è alla mano, le camere arredate in modo spartano ma non manca nulla per star bene. Spettacolare la colazione, riuscitissima combinazione di dolce e salato all’insegna della genuinità e del fatt’incasa. Da non perdere l’assaggio dell’olio d’oliva di produzione propria: eccellente. Per chiudere in bellezza avendo bimbi piccoli non puó mancare la visita agli animali della fattoria, un quid in più che non guasta. Il prezzo di tutto ciò? Assolutamente adeguato. Insomma: scelta davvero azzeccata la tappa in questo agritur. Da ripetere.

- Matteo (6/5): Non è un agriturismo!!!! - Non è come scritto nella descrizione. Prima problema era che non c'è un ristorante. Solo durante altissima stagione mi ha detto dopo ho fatto la prenotazione... ma noi siamo stati il 2-3 giugno. La camera era bella e molto pulito. La gente gentili. Gli animali sono stati carini e la zona molto tranquila. La colazione era scritto continentale. In fatti, era una ciambella secca, qualche biscotti fatto da loro (mi sa, ma non sono sicura) e pane normale con marmalata di fichi da loro. Alla fine della colazione ci ha portato qualche ciliegie appena raccolte ma era troppo tardi. Lo succo era di qualità bassa. In somma, non è un agriturismo senza ristorante e non è colazione continentale. Il prezzo era troppo alto e perché non c'era ristorante, dovevamo cercare un'ora per cena e pranzo il giorno dopo. (I suggestioni di loro sono stati chiuso alle 1930.). Non torniamo.
