• Nadine (8/5): Bon séjour et à l’accueil sommes tombées sur une dame charmante’ - Le petit déjeuner un peu curieux au départ mais très très bon et très original , on a bien aimé. Le personnel très bien . Une dame à l’accueil nous a bien aidé dans nos démarches pour rejoindre Sukhothai elle nous a dirigées vers le terminal bus Phitsanulok 1 , à savoir qu’il y en a régulièrement et sans réserver. RAS
• anne (9/5): Bon plan - L'emplacement pas loin de la gare. Le confort de la chambre. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Tout était super. Mais, éventuellement, deux oreillers en plus seraient bien ainsi qu'une télévision connectée.

• Esther (9/5): Agréable. - Hôtel très propre, assez chic, chambre très spacieuse, lit ferme et confort immense! Très bon débit d’eau chaude. Deux petites bouteilles d’eau en verre offertes. À 10mn à pieds de la gare ferroviaire et 20 mn de la gare routière. Le jeune homme qui nous a réceptionné ne parlait pas du tout anglais, pas pratique. Mais très gentil. L’appel à la prière à 4h30 du matin, j’imagine que c’était ça car l’hôtel est situé à côté d’une mosquée.

• Robert (4/5): Disappointing - Location... kind of. Cheap price. Comfortable bed. Room was 15 meters from a busy road so road noise was bad. Luckily i had earplugs. Curtains are thin and there was a bright street light outside. Water presssure in shower almost useless. Yes, price is cheap and the room was clean, but i would not choose to stay there again.

• Faeze (5/5): Passable - I mainly stayed here because of the location. It's around 10 min to train station and handy if you have a 3am train. The bathroom was very bad. The water wasn't draining fast enough. It was not clean.

• Shaun (7/5): Nice cheap stay in the middle of town - Good location, minutes from a mall or Thai Market. Nice room Toilet roll got soaked as the shower sprays right on to it lol and they wouldn’t give a new one which was a bit odd.
• Marcus (10/5): Great place near the train station - I initially checked into easily the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Needed to find a new accommodation quickly and I looked out the window and saw Polkadot. Turned out it was cheaper than the awful place. Basic but nice. Comfortable bed. Good AC. WiFi worked well. Actually extended my stay by one night. Easy access from train station. Integrated Netflix on TV (I am an idiot and they could have had it) Beyond that, I was happy.

• Jennifer (5/5): Stay somewhere else. - The rooms are practical but rather “well worn”. There are no balconies at the property and no kettle in your room despite being advertised so. The staff have very little to no english but that wasn’t a big problem except when we were being asked to pay 60tbh because we broke one bottle of water and were accused of “stealing” two others…. The fact that we had to go back to the room (no elevator) to prove that the bottles were in the trash bin was a little rich…. we still had to pay 20tbh for the broken one! The attitude at check out was unnecessary and quite frankly put us off ever staying there again. Find another place to stay! There are definitely better options in Phitsanulok.

• Kari (7/5): Very nice building as a hostel. Price was low, but hostel was very comfortable. - The price did not include breakfast. Hostel was very nice. The staff was friendly, but they spoke only few words English. The communication was difficult. The staff should speak better English. Then they can serve customers better.

• Sukkij (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, Never looked for it also nothing noticeable. Excepted Shower holder in bathroom can't hold the Shower head.
• Siti (7/5): Basic room which will meet your needs. - Clean room and value-for-money. Generally good location as well. Has a lot of nice halal eateries nearby for Muslim guests. You can find a great roti shop just opposite the hotel. There's also a coin laundry just down the road too. There's no elevator so take note of that. We requested for a lower-level room when booking, but was told at reception that they gave away our room which was disappointing and ended up at one of the top floors instead.
