- Natalia (2/5): Испорченный отдых, выброшенные деньги - Зубных наборов нет, люстра в номере с пылью в палец толщиной, халатов нет, полотенца несвежие, стаканы для воды в номере с желтизной, воняют, не мыты месяцами, номер настолько маленький, что бьешься пальцами о ножки кровати, в душевой нет геля, завтрак шведский стол - просто отвратительный - переваренная яичница, сосиски самые дешёвые, в общем, есть нечего, ещё и вилки-ножи со следами засохших кусков пищи. Отвратительно. И все это за почти 5 тысяч за ночь. Просто безобразие и беспредел. Расстройство и слёзы. Испорченный отдых, выброшенные деньги.
- Maria (8/5): OK ställe men ganska dålig frukost - Fräscht, OK sängar och hyfsat centralt men lyhört (hörde trafiken utanför) och för mig med glutenallergi var frukosten urkass (de kunde inte ens fixa kokta el stekta ägg trots att där fanns andra äggrätter som pannkakor och några ”äggbullar” som inte var glutenfria). Jag klarade mig pga att jag hade med mig glutenfritt bröd från Sverige.

- RUSTAM (4/5): - В ванной холодно, не было горячей воды. После замечания, ничего не исправили. Пришли на завтрак, ничего уже не было, пошли в кафе. Сам номер современный уютный. Но не стоит своих денег

- Yrjö (8/5): - Oikein siisti hotelli ja hyvällä paikalla. Paljon nähtävyyksiä vaikka kävelymatkan päässä. 2 kpl metroasemia 100 m päässä. Aamupalan tarjoilussa vähän toivomisen varaa. Hissiä ei ole.
- LEONARDO (8/5): Complessivamente buono - Complessivamente il soggiorno è stato ok. Personale alla reception gentile e disponibile e parlante un buon inglese. WIFI in camera veloce e affidabile senza troppi fronzoli password in scadenza o altro. Colazione buona nel complesso con un buon equilibrio tra docle e salato. Manca un po' di scelta per chi vorrebbe frutta la mattina. La posizione è buona: poche decine di metri dalla metà circa di Nieksij Prospekt, 5 min dalla fermata metropolitana e 20/25 min a piedi da Ermitage. La camera assegnata era decisamente piccola. Non c'era posto dove aprire i trolley o lasciare qualcosa.

- Karoliina (8/5): Uusi siisti hotelli - Kaikki oli uutta ja siistiä. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta, tosin tiesivät melko huonosti lähialueen palveluista. Aamupala oli melko suppea, mutta sillä pärjäsi. Kokonaisuudessaan oli kuitenkin positiivinen kokemus.

- ATHANASIOS (8/5): New and clean hotel - We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in an standard room. It is a new hotel and the room was very clean and spacious, very warm and quiet, with an excellent bathroom although it could have been nice to have an extra chair (there was only 1) and a table.. The breakfast room is in the same area with the front desk (there is no lobby). The buffet breakfast had no variety, small, the quality was very poor and it was the same every day. The front desk clerk was the only person who was around, so we had to ask her every time for the refilling. The hotel is very close to the Nevsky Prospect and next to the metro station. A 24/7 supermarket, a small shopping mall, restaurants, a big church, coffee shops and many more, make the neighborhood perfect. Check in takes 5 minutes, check out takes 1 sec!
