• Paolo (1/5): - Sconsigliatissimo. L'aria condizionata non funziona, il modo in cui la stanza è stata pulita lascia a desiderare, sciattissimi, anche organizzato malissimo.

• Stefano (3/5): Delusione pagata troppo cara - La posizione Si presenta come una struttura con pulizia giornaliera ma la camera in 3 giorni non è mai stata pulita. Struttura senza reception ma nonostante questo quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di contattare qualcuno perché non funzionava la televisione, il telefono cellulare non era raggiungibile. Praticamente lasciati soli.

Около станции бесплатный паркинг , что для этих мест обычно проблема В номере ни чайника никаких приборов , даже бокалов для вина не было. Заселение с проблемами , Все онлайн , но сообщают в последний момент как и недостаточно ясно .Кроме того тур налог нужно платить с ухищрениями банковским переводом , что очень неудобно .Сайт где рассказывают как заселиться и платить работает нестабильно , что не добавляет уверенности и спокойствия , что в конце концов попадешь в номер)

Si accede solo tramite link dalla mail di prenotazione, con dei codici autogenerati, non c'è chiave nè carta per entrare e nessuno disponibile a rispondere al telefono per un aiuto. Quando hanno risposto hanno dato anche informazioni errate. La signora delle pulizie ha bussato alle 10 di mattina alle porte per svegliare tutti perché alle 10.30 dovevano pulire. La stanza senza bidet, senza avvisare. Un'altra con tv rotta. Esperienza PESSIMA

• Uli (9/5): - Tolle Lage, schönes Zimmer. Alles ohne Personal weil per Smartphone die Türen geöffnet werden. Es war alles gut und sauber.
• Michela (4/5): Stanza carina, ma nessuna assistenza - La camera era carina, arredata con gusto e in linea con le foto pubblicate. Il letto comodo e l’ambiente nel complesso piacevole alla vista, con una buona pulizia generale. Posizione ottima per chi vuole essere nel centro del paese. Il bagno non aveva il bidet, nonostante fosse indicato nella descrizione. L’aria calda non funzionava e la stanza era fredda e umida, anche a causa della pioggia. Ancora più deludente il fatto che la struttura non abbia mai risposto né ai messaggi né alle telefonate, lasciandoci senza alcuna assistenza. Un atteggiamento davvero poco professionale: con un minimo di attenzione verso gli ospiti, l’esperienza sarebbe stata completamente diversa.

Didn’t get a response to learn wifi password Can’t open door without it Lucky a guest answered door and let us in building where password was posted Can’t enter room without using phone What if you leave phone in room and leave? Couldn’t get back in. Owner is not on site and cannot be reached by phone after 7pm This is frankly ridiculous There is no refrigerator in socalled kitchen, a commons This made a rather likable accommodation somewhat uncomfortable
• Marie-Michelle (8/5): Très bon séjour à refaire ! - Emplacement idéal à deux pas de la gare. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Environnement silencieux. L'ouverture par téléphone est très pratique et offre beaucoup de liberté. Nous n'avons pas reçu de numéro ou de nom de chambre si bien que nous avons dû essayer d'ouvrir plusieurs chambres avant de trouver la nôtre.

• Katherine (10/5): Lovely apartment style room with keyless entry in a central location with A/C - The central location was perfect for us as pilgrims walking the Cammino Di San Francesco, with ease of entry from a link of our phone and lovely spacious room with bathroom. The COOP was just a short walk away for supplies and the bed was super comfortable. On such a hot day the air conditioning was also a welcome relief 🥰 Nothing - it was perfect for our needs

• enrico (1/5): Evitate come la peste - La zona è comoda, in 30 minuti si arriva a firenze Il sistema automatico è molto complesso, inoltre l'auto check in online è stato stressante. Ci sono stati molti problemi e gli interventi sono stati poco tempestivi: per esempio non avevo l'aria condizionata funzionante e l'operatore è venuto solo il giorno successivo, cosicché ho dormito malissimo. La mia camera, con un letto piccolissimo era predisposta per una persona con disabilità motorie, perciò non c'era una sedia alla scrivania e in bagno non c'era il bidet.

This is dangerous as the tiles are slippery when wet

The room was very charming and comfy and everything worked extremely well - good location in a lively little town. We were impressed.

• Michael (7/5): Minimalist hotel - Check-in was easy. The room was clean. The hotel was within walking distance of a large supermarket, multiple restaurants, and a train station. There was air conditioning that worked well, and the place was quiet. The room was very minimally equipped: there was no coffee or tea, or even a plastic cup for drinking. The air conditioning was noisy. While the price was low, some minimal comforts would have been much appreciated.

• Caroline (7/5): Good - The fact that it was very close to the train station. Decent size rooms. It was very quiet. The cleaner cleaned the rooms every day and was friendly. I would rate it higher but the pillows were awful. Very lumpy and not very clean or hygienic looking and the mattresses very hard. I really would invest in better pillows and mattresses because it's a great little location and it would make a big difference. Constructive criticism.
• Michael (8/5): A quant, clean and adequate accommodation with a good location for train station and the business area - The room was nice and clean! The maid was very friendly and accommodating. Our major hurdle was the language barrier. Us being from the US with no Italian at all. We were hard pressed to find someone to communicate with. We can’t understand why there isn’t a shelf in the shower for setting your soap, shampoo etc. You have to set everything on the floor and bend over to get it and the shower isn’t that big in the first place. The staff was friendly but again, if you don’t speak the language, it is very difficult! We weren’t prepared for having to walk up and down an extreme uphill cobblestone street! Not for the old or handicapped. There was no instruction to operate the heater/air conditioner.
• John (7/5): Enjoyable - The apartment was perfectly placed for the old town and shops, bars and restaurants and just a few (steep) steps from the railway station. I went there for the Festival weekend so the town was far livelier than it normally would be. Pontassieve is a typical Italian rural town but being just a 20 minute train journey from Florence, cost €3.90, it's a perfect place to enjoy all the sights of that historical city without having to endure the madness there. Dining out is more of a challenge than in larger towns and cities, as you would expect, but perfectly adequate for a tasty lunch or evening pizza. Very good value for money too. Being an older generation I did not like the check in procedure and having to use my phone as the key to get in. On holiday especially I don't always like to carry my phone about but had to do so here (and make sure it had enough charge). It didn't help that the promise of getting a link (to access Vikey which controls the electronic door system) didn't materialise and I had to phone the landlords agents for the link to be sent - I had just arrived at the apartment so that sort of faff is unwelcome. I wouldn't have mentioned it but an elderly American couple who were staying there had the same experience.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.There was no small fridge and no tea or coffee making facilities.Not even a couple of drinking glasses.Host should seriously consider providing these as all other properties do.
• Ivan (7/5): A good place to stay - Nice and comfy place. I fully recommend it as a good option to stay close to Florence. The owner seemed to have hosted a gathering with friends. They were very loud until late. I advise this must not happen again.
• Oleksandr (9/5): Artistic location with a lovely garden with a close railway connection to Florence - It's very close to the railway station, though a bit uphills. We really liked the cleanliness and the quality of the rooms. The garden with sets of tables and chairs was very lovely. The place seems to host occasionally art exhibitions, the creative atmosphere is in the air. In one of the rented rooms there was no window (however there was an AC there and quick access to the garden)

• Esther (8/5): Very good - Super location from the train station in a very pretty Tuscan village which makes a great alternative to the overpriced Florence . If you are inter railing their are regular train connections . There is a very good Coop supermarket in town which has a hot food counter. The room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely courtyard garden As other reviewers have said the pillows are very uncomfortable !
