- Anthony (8/5): Prima hotel met fijne locatie direct naast de mall, wel aan de prijzige kant voor Indonesië. - Schoon, attent personeel en zeer goed ontbijt We hadden niet roken kamer met zeezicht geboekt maar bij aankomst waren er alleen roken kamers met zeezicht beschikbaar. We hebben een free upgrade gekregen naar een suite maar deze had geen zeezicht, beetje jammer.

- RICHARD (10/5): Opening WINDOW!! Plus BRILIANT pool/views! - Opening window in the room — surprisingly hard to find, but very important to me. I understand that open windows can interfere with air conditioning, especially if condensation becomes an issue when the A/C is running hard with the window open. However, unless the air-conditioning system is modern enough to bring in fresh outside air, it is largely just recirculating room air, with only minimal fresh air coming through door gaps. That does not work well for me. My preference is to keep the window open and the air conditioning off most of the time, then close the window and run the A/C briefly when I need to cool the room down. That seems like a reasonable compromise: fresh air most of the time, with cooling used only when needed. Plus rest of Window is massive picture Window.👍 okay, maybe 10 is a point generous as it wasn’t perfect , but I just love certain features of this Hotel! …… especially the swimming pool on the sixth floor. It’s totally world class for me …. and at this price point! Manado a cool place (google things to do here and get yourself a GRAB driver for the day ) and the Sheraton really made my experience special. Excellent staff, super comfy bed, decent breakfast, Arriving initially is a bit weird and you sort of have to work out what’s going on. Ended up leaving my luggage at the ground floor and going to the third floor to check in and then the luggage ticket tag system failed so I ended up phoning after 20 minutes, because I’ve not left my little luggage tag at reception.

We booked a transfer but they forgot to pick us up from the airport! The manager was very apologetic about it and offered us an upgrade but we would have preferred the taxi was there! Overall it was ok for what we needed.

When I lifted the blanket, I found a yellow stain on the sheet, so I had to place my own towel on the bed before sleeping.

- Nency (10/5): Beste hotel in Manado - Ik verbleef 3 nachten in dit hotel in een Premier Deluxe kamer. De service van het hotel was uitzonderlijk, van mijn aankomst tot mijn vertrek op 20 december 2025. De conciërgeservice, van de receptie tot de schoonmaakservice, is geweldig. Ze zijn erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De conciërge beneden hielp me zelfs met mijn reserveringen, regelde een taxi naar de luchthaven en hielp met het dragen van mijn zware koffers. Het ontbijt was ongelooflijk lekker en gevarieerd. Het personeel in het restaurant was ook zeer attent, vriendelijk, beleefd en behulpzaam. De kamer was schoon en ruim met een fantastisch uitzicht. De pool bar ook TOP. De locatie is uitstekend, dicht bij winkelcentrum Mantos. Men kan zo de mall in via het restaurant

- nerilyn (9/5): A great relaxing end to our trip. - The ocean view was beautiful. Also got a bonus city view from the side windows. The bed was comfortable and big enough for us and our son. The room was clean and spacious. Will stay again. The breakfast was great - too much to choose from and lots of Indonesian options. Had a lovely massage. Only complaint was the misunderstanding about our breakfast being included in the booking (which was clear in our booking, but not recorded the way the hotel normally records it). This was sorted out and the hotel apologised, but it felt very uncomfortable to have to discuss not wanting to pay an extra $5 on two out of three mornings at breakfast. Not the hotel’s fault, but it was too cold in December to swim in the pool (I mean my son and I did because we are crazy, but it was really cold 🥶).

Everything was well-organized from start to finish, with perfect timing and no delays. They were incredibly kind, warm, and always helpful, it was the people who made this place special Everything felt quite worn, and the room we got at first was too expensive for the standard. The staff were absolutely amazing, warm, kind, and always helpful. We did have a few hiccups though. Our first room, despite being non-smoking, smelled strongly of smoke. We even considered cancelling the stay, as it didn’t feel okay to sleep in those sheets. The first solution offered was air freshener, but thankfully the team later arranged a new room. After that, everything was great, the staff truly made our stay

Een van de mooiste zonsondergangen die we hebben gezien op Sulawesi. -De douch hing iets was los uit het plafond, maar verder kan ik niks verzinnen.
- Daniel (7/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist super für Tagestouren. Direkt beim Hotel gibt es ein Shoppingcenter, in dem man sich Verpflegen und das nötigste einkaufen kann. Das Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig und lecker. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der allgemeine Zustand der Hotelanlage ist an diversen Stellen etwas renovierungsbedürftig, jedoch ist das Hotel in einem recht guten Zustand. Die Nachtruhe wird durch einen nahegelegenen Nachtclub doch erheblich gestört. Die Bässe waren bis in die frühen Morgenstunden zu hören.

The service staff were overall wonderful and had a great attitude. The meeting room amenities were suitable enough to support a small scale conference. We had some issues with the AV services; we hope this can be improved. The accommodation rooms were great and suitable for our requirements. The hotel has a great location and view.

We booked sea view room but was allocated partial view. Reception and restaurant looked grand and well maintained. Convenient location as it is located next to Manado Town Square.

- Benny (6/5): Forget about room service, you think it is a 4 star hotel, it is not - The room is nice and the bed comfy, staff at check in was very helpful and friendly, checked in in a spotless room, so it started as a good stay. In the morning I called for some room service breakfast around 8:30, at first I was told the staff would check if possible?!? Then it was a lot of confusion on the order, I was reading the menu, the staff was clearly not, he didn't have a clue about it. I have just asked if it was possible to have soem fresh fruit instead of cornflakes (no fresh fruit on the breakfast menu, really?) Another waiting, then he confirmed it was possible, he repeated the order, he missed hash brown and grilled tomatoes, a fix side dish of my order, I reminded them to him. Then he called me back beef sausage were sold out, fine Ihave asked for beef bacon (on the menu) another wait I check. By then we were at call number four, after 90 minutes finally breakfast arrived, no has brown, no grilled tomatoes, one black coffe only, missing one coffee and milk, no pineapple juice. I called again asking to please complete the order, I have been told off: but I repeated the order, like to say it is your fault, so no matter I have tried to say that many thing were missing, he dismissed me. Guess what cappuccino arrived, pineapple juice and tomatoes arrived and potatoes gratin (hash brown is overated anyway). It could be a good hotel if staff get better training and care about guests
