- stephen (10/5): Have stayed before and will continue to stay again - Room super comfortable cleaned daily, all the staff so so polite do anything to help, breakfast is a good choice to start your day. Wasn’t very happy with first room as not a great view from balcony, reception did not hesitate in showing us other rooms until I was happy, apart from that property great.

They did not provide even during water and said as per hotel police we do not provide water to the guests on the check out day. We feel very sad and I will never visit again such a worse hotel. They did not want to provide me the cash receipts also.

The bed was little shaky and the view from room wasn't that appealing. The toilet in the room, view from the room and the Air condition. The breakfast was very simple and plain. Need more choices for breakfast. The water was coming out from the bathing area from the room.

- Richard (10/5): Excellent hotel - Silver sands Serenity, is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Candolim, it was close enough to the beach and the local bars nearby our room we stayed in was quiet and the bed was so comfy. The reception stuff once I gave my surname knew my first name which they were well up to speed and we’re expecting me. Nothing

- Vishal (9/5): Pleasant and peaceful stay - The rooms were silent, neat and clean with all amenities. The view in the front facing rooms is good. Breakfast was basic but staff was courteous & flexible with timing. It has a well equipped gym. The receptionist MS TEJA is quite co-operative. The chlorine content in the pool seemed more, also since its a roof top infitiny pool they can cover it with shed.

The air con was very noisy, the keys kept stop working, the key fob kept falling off the door, the safe was moveable (so not safe at all) the 3rd bed was dirty and uncomfortable, so my son didn’t stay with us. The food was nice but repetitive, the fruit & bread were uncovered and warm. The coffee at breakfast wasn’t nice at all.

Very limited choices for breakfast, alternate day same repeat breakfast items. Rooms are so small for value I paid. Room amenities are not working properly. Even they changed room still there were many issues. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst ever experience.

- Aswin (4/5): Park your vehicles at own risk - Location is very accessible. Can easily reach and lot of near by shops available. Parking is very risky. One of our cars got scratches from unknown person at night while parked at the hotel premises. CCTV was not working and we had to pay hefty amount to car rental people. Pool timings are not logical and not useful. They open at 9am amid heavy sunlight and closes at 6pm. Also the pool is at roof top! So enjoying after 9am is not possible. Room surroundings like open spaces were not cleaned properly.
