Mekânın atmosferi, odaların konforu, genel temizlik, lezzetli yemekler ve çalışanların güler yüzlü hizmeti bizi çok memnun etti. Özellikle personelin ilgisi tatilimizi çok daha güzel hale getirdi. Küçük bir not olarak; balkon kısmında dışarıya bakan levhaların biraz kirli olması ve jakuzinin yanında boş şişelerin durması göze çarpıyordu. Bunlar dışında her şey çok güzeldi, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Uyarmama rağmen önlem almadılar, boyle bir ücrete bu kadar huzursuzluk çıkınca da bir gece kalıp apar topar kaçtık. Kesinlikle değmez.

- Umut (6/5): - Auf den ersten Blick Luxury.Beim zweiten Blick eher weniger Luxury.Bei unserer Ankunft war unser Zimmer leider nicht so sauber. Wir hatten zwar einen tollen Ausblick.Die Fenster müssten allerdings auch mal geputzt werden. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist,dass es fast keine räumliche Trennung zwischen Wohnbereich und Toilette gibt.Es gibt lediglich eine Schiebetür,die nach oben hin zur Decke nicht abschließend ist,sodass die Geräuschkulisse und die Gerüche aus der Toilette im Wohnbereich wahrnehmbar sind. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft schön.Die Aussicht und die Lage der Unterkunft sind atemberaubend.Das Personal ist freundlich,allerdings mussten wir am ersten Abend über 1Std.auf unser Essen warten. Auch hat der Kellner vergessen,unsere gesamte Bestellung zu servieren.Angeblich lag dies daran,dass an diesem Tag ein Mitarbeiter fehlte.Am nächsten Tag war es dann aber auch besser.Das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt.

Banyoda loccitane ürünleri kullanılmış ancak odamızda iki tek kişilik yatak birleştirilerek oluşturulmuş çift kişilik yatak vardı. Otelin hizmet konusunda daha dikkatli ve özenli olması gerektiğini düşünüyoruz; ikram olarak konulmuş meyveler kontrol edilmemiş, beklemekten çürümüş bir portakal vardı örneğin. Ortalamanın çok üzerinde fiyat belirleyen otelin bunun karşılığı olan özenli hizmeti de sunması gerektiğini düşünüyoruz

- Megan (10/5): The ultimate views!! - We spent 3 nights here as part of a longer trip and it was our absolute favorite part!! This hotel is more expensive than a lot of other hotels in Turkey but when you get here you will see why. The room is clean, has simple calm decor so that you can focus on the views that steal the show! The pool area, restaurant and little area to swim in the ocean are incredible. We had so many activities planned but ultimately wanted to just stay in this fabulous hotel. We would fly back up Turkey just to come here.

- Ufuk (6/5): Beklentinin çok altında - Kaş’ın en pahalı ikinci otelinde kaldık. Resepsiyonda Sibel hanım bizi karşıladı. Valizler için birisi gelmedi. Odaya giderken yarı yolda isterseniz taşımayın ben aldırırım dedi ama laf olsun diye bir söylemdi. Odaya geçtim dolaptaki içecekler sıcaktı. Sibel hanımdan istedim 5dak yollayacağını söyledi. 15 dak sonra birdaha aradım. Hemen yolluyorum dedi. Yarım saat sonra sinirlenip odadan çıktık. Sibel hanıma gelmediğini söyledim. Aaa gelmedi mi? Dedi sadece. Özür,kusur,mahçubiyet ifadeleri zaten yok. Normalmiş gibi sadece yüzüme baktı. Ki kendisi otelin hediyesi olarak odaya meyve tabağı falan yollayacağını söylemişti girişte. Tabiki o da gelmedi. İkinci gün restoranda garsona kokteyl ve meyve tabağının gelmediğini bari biz kendimiz alalım diye geldiğimizi söyledik. O da aynı tavırla olabilir yoğunluk vardır gelmemiştir dedi. Çalışanlar tamamiyle garip. Bize sadece günaydın diyen ve 4 gün boyunca konuşan kahvaltıdaki garson bayandı. İşletmenin sahibini sordum kendisiyle konuşmak için ama bazı nedenlerden otelde olmadığı söylendi. Böylesine bir işletme böyle çalışanlarla ödenen bu yüksek fiyatı haketmiyor. Tek güzel olan eşsiz manzarası. Fakat bu manzaraya sahip bir sürü otel var zaten yarımada da.

Üzerinde bir sürü sinek ölüsü vardi. temizlenmesini rica ettik, temizlendi. Odalarin havuz/teras bölümü tam olarak özel alan değil. İnsanlar sizi görebiliyor gelip geçerken. Kahvaltı güzel. Aksam yemeklerinde verilen ücretlerin karşılığında beklenen lezzeti alamadık..manzara konusunda daha iyisi yoktur. Cok guzel bir manzara. Restoran bölümünde gördüğümüz çalışanlar çok sıcak, ilgili ve işlerinde iyiydi. Onların dışında fiyat performans açısından önerilmez.manzara için gidilebilir

- Verified traveler (10/5): Fabulous Stay - We stayed at Mandalina Suites for 8 nights in October 2018. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel's location on the peninsula just outside Kas town centre is both beautiful and peaceful and only 5 minutes away from Kas' town centre with the free hotel shuttle or by car. The hotel commands uninterrupted, picture perfect views over the gulf and islands with idyllic golden sunsets over the blue sea, and its own private access to the sea which is turquoise and perfectly transparent. Breakfast is excellent with a good variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, teas and coffees, freshly baked pastries breads, omelettes and local cheeses. The hotel has a strong boutique feel with a relaxed almost intimate atmosphere, courteous staff and incredibly pleasant owners: suffice to say that on the day of the checkout they invited us to keep our room until our departure late in the afternoon

Denizi çok dalgalı olduğu için denizden çıkmak sorun yaratıyor. Girmek için merdiven yapılmış. Fakat çıkmak mümkün değil. İskele yapılacağı söylendi.

- Paul (8/5): Beautiful views but too isolated - Hotel was located in an area with little else around and is entitled Mandalina Suites which is how it should be advertised rather than a hotel as there are times when there are no staff available. Also at this time of the year (Oct) the winds were, and apparently usually are, very strong so you could not sit outside at any time of the day. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful but we ended up checking out after only 2 nights having managed to find an alternative hotel in Kas town.

Tuvalet oda ile iç içe ve bu çok rahatsız edici. Otelin yolu aşırı eğimli olduğunundan arabanız ile inip çıkmak zor. Denizi güzel ancak dalgalı iken girip çıkmak zor. Arabasız zorluk çekilebilecek bir lokasyonda. Huzur ve dinlenme için çok uygun.
