• Martina (6/5): Consigliato per una o due notti, come appoggio. Non spenderei l’intero soggiorno in questa struttura (ne in questa zona) - Posizione comoda. Prezzo molto conveniente. Addetta al check-in gentile e disponibile. Zona non fantastica e poco nei dintorni. Pulizia non ottima. Bagni non finestrati né abbastanza ventilati.

Постарайся обойти стороной этот отель (popcorn, mango), управляет один человек. Забронировал через Букинг номер на 4 ночи, заселение с 15:00, даже если будут свободные номера можешь не рассчитывать что заселиться раньше. После регистрации мне дали ключи на третьем этаже. Я поднялся и сразу заподозрил , что тут что-то не так. Фотографии делали давно, все значительно постарело, но самое главное, дверь в номер 304 не закрывается, замок сломан. Мне пришлось вернуться на ресепшн и объяснить девушке, что есть проблема с дверью. Она меня 4 раза отправляла обратно в номер на третий этаж с багажом, убеждая что я дурак не умею пользоваться замком. Когда я снял видео сломанной двери и показал, ее это не убедило. Говорит сиди жди в комнате , через 1-2 часа приедет мастер , починит замок, но ни кто не пришел. Мне пришлось искать другой номер и звонить в поддержку booking, что бы решить проблему, так как девушка на ресепшн отказала мне в возврате денежных средств. В итоге я потерял всего 800 бат, это был хороший и не дорогой опыт. Кто знает , что может произойти с вами или с вашими вещами в этом отеле. Думаю это не безопасно! Будь внимателен путник и осторожен при выборе жилья, иногда лучше переплатить и спать в безопасности. Плохой сервис, потерял 800 бат.
• Юлия (10/5): Нам все понравилось - Уютная комната, все есть. Персонал замечательный. Интернет хороший. Удобные кровати. Находится близко от ночного ранка, больших тц. Рядом метро и автобус. Отсутствие маленьких ложечек для размешивания кофе или сахара.

• Kurt (5/5): Good location but standards have dropped since my last stay - Location was good. Staff were friendly. It was my 3rd stay. The hot water system had no nobs on it and had obviously been broken for a long time. After travelling for 16 hours it would have been nice to have a hot shower and go to bed. Front of room near street was so dirty I couldn't really put anything there except bags standing on wheels.

• Maarten&tip (1/5): 18 M² instead of 26 M² and a bad attitude front desk - The location is pretty good in a quiet area near the centre. We booked a 26 M² room with a terrace and paid in advance. We got a 18 M² room without a terrace. When I asked if they maybe gave us the wrong room, I reveived a horrible attitude from the guy which ended in him shouting and slamming his window shut. Since we have a little boy and a car and it was late, it was not possible to go elsewhere. Later that night we also enjoyed the visit a a few million ants. Luckilly not the biting type, but it was annoying non the less. Needless to say: Never again. NB, After several contacts from me to booking.com, no one cared.

However, the parking space is quite small and overlap the public road. I found a scratch on my car after checking out that would occur from other vehicle passing by.

• Mary (5/5): We can consider the price, so we should not expect more. - Check out is easy as you need to leave the key on the main entrance door only. Near to the one ratchada night market that is why I chose this room to stay. Location is not good, not in the main road, it is in the middle of houses with a very small road that you have to reverse when there is car coming towards and no taxi. Good thing there is grab taxi and always available in that area. No elevator, it is okay if someone could help with the luggage but there was none. You have to carry it yourself from their office in the opposite building to the main entrance of the building you will stay and to the room. Same when you check out. No bottled water available in the room, water dispenser is available in the ground floor. For tourists I think this place is inconvenient.

The room didn’t have any sound proof , it was super noisy from other residents and cat’s crying the whole night.

• Warren (5/5): Passable - It was reasonably close to malls, markets etc. The large window let in good light, & the mirror wall was a bonus. The shower worked better than some I've encountered in Asia, with hot water. The entrance didn't look at all like that of accommodation. There was a hot water jug, however no cups, glasses, tea or coffee.

The wifi barely worked and the bathroom door was very noisy. Could have provided more cups, gave us one for a four-person booking. No staff so cannot ask for anything.

• finn (2/5): Hotellet der blev væk! - Vi havde en rigtig dårlig oplevelse, faktisk fandt vi aldrig frem til hotellet. Vi kørte efter rutebeskrivelsen som bilens gps ledte os igennem. Da vi fik besked på at vi var fremme, fortsatte vi lidt længerevarende, for at finde mulighed for at parkere og gå for at spørge lokale. Det var smalle krogede og snuskede gader. Der var et tempel hvor vi forsøgte os. Der og alle andre vi spurgte kendte ikke hotellet. Vi forsøgte at ringe hotellet op. De forklarede vi var forbi, når vi var ved templet. Det vidste vi jo godt, så vi prøvede at køre retur efter gps - intet bar præg af et hotel, så vi opgav, fandt et andet hotel i nærheden. Det fandt vi ig havde en god oplevelse der med efterfølgende besøg på Thailands Culture Center.

While guesthouse is walkable from Thailand Cultural Centre metro station, it may be difficult to find if staying there for the first time. I would recommended this place to my friends. Because of the walk from the main street to the hotel, i would not recommend it to ladies without a male companion. It is near to the MRT station and a major night market (Rod Fai night market 2). The managers of this place is great in their services. Hope you would have a great time here
• Khair Izzat (10/5): Affordable and excellent. - Its like a hostel+apartment kinda family room. My friends and I definitely enjoyed the stay. Its away from the main road but quite convenient to get around. Nearby malls & night markets too. Owner of the hostel was friendly and gave plenty of infos on how to go around the area.
