• Maria Luisa (9/5): Precioso y céntrico - Esta muy céntrico es un lujo su ubicación, bonita decoración y muy limpio. Por las noches resulta ruidoso, es el precio a pagar porque esté tan céntrico. Hay muchas escalera en Dubrovnik para acceder al apartamento, aunque hay formas de evitarlas.

• Emilie (7/5): Compact and bijou. - Really easy to find, great central location. Fabulous views of the old town. Compact and bijou. Modern bathrooms and kitchen - although very small. Specifically requested a balcony but you can only fit two people on it. One shower room is great, the other you have to limbo under the sink to get on and off the toilet. Sofa could do with new cushions and there isn't anywhere else to sit. I think the wide angle photography used to market the property is deceptive as the whole apartment is tiny! Very noisy at night with the sound travelling from neighbours, up the alley, and wheelie bins being dragged up the stairs at 6am on Sunday!
• oren (6/5): - מיקום מעולה דירה נקיה ריח של ביוב בחלק מהיום מגיע לדירה , מיזרון קטסטרופה כמנו כל יום אם כאבי גב ועייפים מה שהשפיע על המדך היום , ממש נוראי !!! החל מהשעה 06:00 רעש נוראי של בעלי המסעדות מהמדרגות , גוררים ארגזים צועקים נוראה ואיום החל משעות הערב הדירה מתמלאת ריח של דגים מהמסעדות שנמצאות קומה אחת מתחת צעקות וצחוקים של באי המסעדות עד השעות המאוחרות של הלילה החניה נמצאת 4 קילו מטר רחוק מהעיר העתיקה אליה אתה נלקח ומוחזר רק פעם אחת בעלות של 40 יורו מה שלא מצויין בבוקינג ! נגישות גרועה לבעלי מוגבלות ולמי שמגיע עם מזוודות גדולות שייקח בחשבון ירידה ועליה מהכניסה לעתיקה של עשרות רבות של מדרגות !

• Rene Ferron (1/5): Location = yes, but the unit is overranked. - Location but many many steps to reach unit. The site portrays mostly larger unit pictures with tables to eat and a larger kitchenette. Appartement and stairs to reach the unit were not clean. The carpet in the stairs is stained and very dirty. Showers show signs of mold. The second bathroom is a of a closet size. You have to be a contorsionist to sit on the toilet while avoiding the sink.

• Víctor (5/5): Habitación comoda pero ruidosa - Ubicación en pleno centro histórico, comodidad de la cama, equipamiento y limpieza de la habitación. Ubicado en una calle muy ruidosa y concurrida las 24h. Tapones para los oidos imprescindibles para dormir. Cuidado personas con movilidad reducida ya que la habitación está en un primer piso con muchas escaleras y bañera excepcionalmente muy alta que dificulta la entrada para ducharse o bañarse. Escaleras de acceso a la habitación en ruinas literalmente y muy sucias. Dueños no suelen contestar a los mensajes. En una ocasion vimos una cucaracha entrar en nuestra habitación, que conseguimos cazar.

• Ali (10/5): Beautiful spacious studio room in the old town. - Beautiful studio room in the old town. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Air conditioning was really appreciated! La Maison was really accessible from the city gate, which was handy considering the stairs in the old town! There is a bar close by that was quite noisy until 2am (Thursday night but not on the previous night).

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is fabulous if you want to cook anything! The step up into the bathtub is quite tall. The king mattress was not comfortable and I alerted management so they plan to replace it

The worse thing though was on the Saturday night there was a group of your men upstairs who were very loud when they came home in early hours. Drunk banging around etc This had however nothing to do with owners. Just unfortunate for us. Only one bad night though

• William (9/5): Dubrovnik hidden gem. - The location was only about a two minute walk from the gates. The apartment was very nicely decorated and maintained. The owner was very nice, as was the parking driver. I will definitely recommend this to friends. One issue was the second bathroom was a little cramped and the hot water a little insufficient at times.

This property is right near foot traffic and restaurants so very loud at night and smells like the restaurant. Had to shut windows which made it stuffy. Some confusion around check in and the address. We rented the 2 bedroom and one bath. Be mindful there are a few properties in Le Maison and some of the reviews and pics are for there other properties. No fruit basket as advertised but left some nice cookies for us to enjoy. Overall ok as the location is right amongst old town.

• Aimilia (8/5): Very good - It is a nice and modern apartment, as shown on the photos. Very good location, so close to the main touristic areas but without the noise. The bed is very comfortable. It would be good if we had more towels, especially for hands and face as well as hooks/rails on the wall for the towels. There was a standing towel rail but it was not great. I had read in the comments about a bad odour coming from the bathroom, which we experienced too. Also, we struggled to close the bathroom door (sliding door) and never managed to close it fully.

Bed was comfortable. The light above the sink didn’t work. One set of shutters was tied shut and was obviously not meant to open.
• Katrina (7/5): Excellent location in Old Town, with a few tweaks a highly recomended apartment! - Brilliant location, as long as you're fully mobile and able to breeze up and down the abundance of steps to the apartment. Lovely styling in the apartment, and everything was clean—nice touch of coffee and tea with biscuits left for our arrival and enjoyment. No WiFi in the apartment, or the router wasn't working at all, and sadly, when we informed the hosts of this via the Booking.com messenger, we still haven't heard back. Only enough hot water for one hot shower, so one of us had to take a cold shower each morning, unfortunately. Construction on the floor below us meant 8 am drilling, banging, and they were smoking on site, which triggered my asthma even from inside our apartment.
• Shawn (8/5): Lovely room and host but tough access for older people. - The accomodation inside was lovely, the bed super comfortable and it was spacious. It is in the old town so close to everything. Decor was lovely and amenities were great. The stairs oh the stairs!!!! From the carpark where we were dropped off by a family member of the host it was countless difficult stairs and more inside the building to get to our room. I understand it is an old town and that’s how it always is but it was really hard going. Not for people with any walking disability that’s for sure. It was a little tricky to find it but we did of course. To make the stay more appealing a bag service would have been greatly appreciated. I would have liked an iron and some pegs as well. There was a small line outside the window but no pegs. Other than that it was lovely once we had recovered from getting our heavy stuff in 😅

• Afrim (1/5): Bad - there was no brekfast , iwe had to pay ourself there was note on booking for parking , after we arrive to destination the owner of the hotel was not at the final destination , we had to wait for hours , there was a lady neighbor who call here , after this i asked here where to park the car ? , she said me on the phone you must pay 50 euro extra payment for the parking , i told here this was included to booking , she said no there was not, , I WAS VERY MAD , i had to walk throe Dubrovnik for hours to find parking, we find parking 4 Km away for the booking room , the rum was quit OK for sleeaping , but very dirty and the smel was very bad .

• Fm (8/5): Stay at the heart of old Dubrovnik - Beautiful, modern, spacious, functional and very clean rooms. Had good amneties. Central location. Easy self check-in process. As many people mentioned, the place, just like any other accommodation in the old town, is not easy to reach and would require climbing lots of steps. It was a bit noisy during the night. Beware that for security reasons they will only share the check-in process details on your arrival day after the flat is ready.

• Tiana (5/5): Passable - The room itself was quite modern and comfortable. The check in process was painful. There is no signage out the front, so the building was difficult to locate the first time. We did not receive the self check in instructions at the time of check in. We were left waiting outside, with no one to help as there is no reception desk, for approximately an hour before we called the host, who then proceeded to email through the instructions. You have to climb many, many stairs through the old town to reach the property, plus an additional several flights of stairs to reach the rooms in the building (as there are other lodging companies in the same building), so please keep this in mind as there are no lifts. The wifi also had a weak connection and would intermittently drop in and out.

Hard to find the place and the reception area We never meet the host The Tub/Shower was real high. We would have liked instructions on how to work the TV It was hard to find the place and we were lucky the lady was cleaning the place. We could not find the reception area
• Lori (7/5): Small quaint apartment that needs mobility to climb. Not really suited for couple traveling together as there is only on - Communication with the property manager was good. The apartment was clean and very well organized for such a small space. Location minus the stairs was great. Air conditioning needs improvement by adding another unit in larger bedroom. It was not cool enough for us to get a good nites sleep. Second bedroom has literally no space as the bed takes up the entire room so much you have to climb over your bedmate to get out. Second bathroom is really small barely room for 1 person

• Walter (2/5): - I read all the bad reviews but lodging was limited. I thought it would be bad and it was. If you are desperate to be inside the walls of Dubrovnik and all other options are gone then be prepared like me. You will it not be pleased but you will be inside the walls. To name just a few flaws, TV did not work, no sheets for one bed and no response to any of my attempts to communicate with the property manager. I wish you luck. You will need it.

Tyvärr funkade inte Wi-Fi på hela vår vistelse och trots kontaktförsök både via mail och Whats up fick vi inget svar. Vi frågade även om hur vi skulle betala turistskatten och fick inget svar. Innan vår vistelse ville jag ha info om check-in och det fick jag veta först några timmar innan.
