Guest Reviews
- Jerriann23 (6/5): - Room was nice size, like having microwave & fridge is nice, fridge didn't keep beverages cold. Bathroom included a bathtub, which is nice. I like having a hot tub available on property, it was a good temp, but jets barely worked and filter intake made some crazy loud noises, children playing, splashing, and jumping into the hot tub made it really hard to relax. Beds were comfortable with clean bedding. The bathroom had a sticky floor, toilet seat had something sticky & yellow on it. I used my disinfecting cleaning wipes to clean bathroom. Got soaked by sink when first turned it on, water burst out like it had built up pressure, water was a dirty color, ran water until it looked cleaner. Hot tub temps are not healthy for 7 year old children to spend time in, and allowing them to jump in, swim under water, splash around in such a small sized hot tub while adults are trying to properly take advantage of the relaxation benefits, should not be allowed... limiting the available hours to use the hottub to only 6 hours a day, makes it even less guest friendly, earlier am or later evening hours for adult only use is what many motel/hotels offer.

- Follett (3/5): Cheap and loud. - It was a decent price and the guy who checked me was friendly. You could hear a pin drop through the wall, and I was up all night, listening to the TV of the people next-door to me. The adjoining door that connects the rooms had a giant gap underneath which all sound traveled. It was one of the loudest places I’ve ever stayed in. I wish they would add a little fan or something to each room so you could have some kind of way to drown out the inevitable noise you’re going to hear if people are next to you. The doors were also extremely loud so every time the person next to me went in and out of their room it sounded like it was in my room. Very, very loud. Also, being next to a main road, you could hear big trucks whizzing by all night.
- Mario (7/5): -
- JoElla (1/5): - TV not working. Hot tub was barely warm. Vending machine not working.
- Mercedes (6/5): -
- Marc (10/5): - Nice place. Quiet and clean, with friendly staff. The only mild disappointment was that the hot tub "jets" were super weak. Otherwise, a great experience.
- Guest (10/5): -
- Citlaly (8/5): - Good
- Susan (7/5): -
- Rick (4/5): - Terrible for the price!
Go to quality inn instead.
Cheaper, cleaner, more friendly...
The room was dirty.
Vending didn't work.
Towels were too thin, and no more available.
Homeless everywhere. Unsafe
- dave (6/5): - No hot water
- Sarvar (8/5): - NA
- Martha (10/5): -
- Kimberly (8/5): No power...No joy - Clean rooms...staff was super friendly and helpful. Outlet in bathroom did not work, front desk knew but it was a bit annoying that we were not told...or atleast a sign.
- Ayda (4/5): - Hotel is very similar (a tad upgrade) than the other Travelodge we stayed during this trip. Location is in a dark area at night, especially when the strip mall’s stores nearby are closed. Not worth the money we paid. Stay away grom this hotel
- mateo (4/5): - There was no air conditioning in the room and no coffee in the morning. Room was clean but both the sink and the shower leak constantly.
- Gilbert (9/5): - Sa forme en patio,très calme Amélioration possible ouv
erture pour le petit déjeuner plus tôt
- Fields (7/5): - Location was convenient One of the managers. There appeared to be 2 families managing the property, and one of the male was very rude and argumentative
- Amy (2/5): - Outdated, loud
- Stephen (8/5): - Wi-Fi was nonexistent in the corner room that we were given.
Other than that, this place was a reasonable value for the price.
- Inés (8/5): - Très bien, ok pour une étape lors d’un roadtrip.
Propreté ok, localisation ok, personnel agréable.
Pour info nous raison un roadtrip Seattle San Francisco. (🇫🇷) Rien a dire
- Marcin (8/5): -
- Allan (8/5): Adequate lodging - Room was clean and comfortable, but in need of up-dating. I think $25 per night for a dog is is excessive. When I needed help with finding regular network channels on the television, I was mocked for being "old" and that "everyone" knows how to operate a TV. While both may be true it wasn't helpful in finding a football game on the TV.
- Kevin (1/5): -
- Fernando Paul (10/5): -
- Samantha (4/5): - Our room was not very clean. In addition, the hand/body soap (container on the wall) in both the sink and the tub/shower were completely empty. It is clear that housecleaning is not much. In addition, the room was very noisy with street traffic all night long. If you need a quiet place to sleep, look elsewhere. FYI- when I tried to inform the front desk of the cleanliness and soap situation so the next guest would not experience the same issues at check-out, no one came to the front desk from their room area despite the bell.
- Violet (2/5): - Our first room had a melted fridge and our second room had a dirty towel hanging in the closet as well as the bathroom light and fan fixture hanging from the ceiling as well as just a filthy floor
- Kristina (10/5): - Just what we needed. Place was well kept. Only thing was is the bathtub was stained w cigarette burns. Comfortble and clean, otherwise.
- Katharine (8/5): -
- Yamanaka (10/5): Stay - Great room good time Nothing
- Randall (8/5): Great value - Very quite. Courteous neighbors. All the appliances worked fine. Parking is a bit cramped near your room. But plenty of overflow parking available.
- Ashley (8/5): - Room was clean. No AC but the fan worked great. The outside of the property is not the nicest but we liked it nonetheless.
- Stacey (3/5): Would not come back. - Check in was easy. Room was clean. The room had no AC and must have been next to a boiler or something because it would become 80 degrees inside even though it was 55 degrees outside . Since the room faced the parking lot and street on the ground floor, it felt unsafe to keep the windows open. We weren’t given more than one towel which felt as if they had not checked towels in the room beforehand.
- Edward (2/5): Motel Hell! - We payed 167.00!!! for a room with no air conditioning and two spotlights outside that shined through a window with no blackout shades. It was like sleeping in a room with the light on. Shame on Wyndham for using its name to support such an accommodation. 167! Shame, shame, shame . . .
- Stephen (6/5): - I won't be returning in the future.
- keli (4/5): I would not recommend this place. - I did not enjoy my stay. The rooms need updating!! It looked clean enough but did not feel clean. The property itself seemed rundown as a whole. See above
- patrick (5/5): - La facturation d'une chambre en plus. Réclamation pour remboursement en cours
- Kristen (2/5): - I booked this hotel while attending a wedding, and to be able to swim/hot tub after a 6 hr drive + breakfast. The pool was green (no swimming), the hot tub had no bubbles (staff said this tub doesn't do bubbles), and breakfast was a banana & juice. Nope, not for $200 a nite. I asked to check out Fri nite to go elsewhere Sat & I was told they would still charge for the full $200 per nite because of no 24 hour notice. Rediculous. For a Travelodge/Wyndham I was quite disappointed. The Driftwood Resort was much nicer for less and on the beach where the wedding was at!
- Monika (1/5): Nie wieder - Eigentlich nichts. Zimmer war ok. Frühstück konnte man es nicht nennen. Die Anlage ist verdreckt und abgewohnt The pool and whirlpool were very dirty and not to be used. The whole motel makes a worn impression. Breakfast was a joke. Fruit and coffee that were not edible. The seats do not invite you to linger. In short, for this price, the hotel is a cheek
- LaDonna (10/5): - Very clean for an older motel. Needed an air conditioner. I would stay again
- Brenda (10/5): - Small parking lot hard to get my truck in front of my room being handicap makes it harder
- Richard (2/5): - The room smells like toilet leaking we slept with the windows open. Electrical problems. It was bad!
- jennifer (4/5): don’t do it.moldy and dodgy - dogdy location and you have to park around the back where you can’t see your car and there is no lighting on a back road and a strip of homeless rvs parked. we had all our camping gear in our suv and didn’t want to unload the whole truck. you have to walk around th whole building with your luggage. the hotel reeks of mold i got a headache. not worth the money. far from beach.
- Kensy (3/5): I would look elsewhere. - Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Pool was dirty to the point that it wasn't being used by anyone. Jets in the hot tub didn't work.
- Michael (6/5): - No AC. Room was hot and stuffy.
- April (6/5): -
- Marsha (8/5): - The internt will not work
- Guest (4/5): - The pool was good for the kids Please do not say you have a breakfast when in reality it was just fruit and juices. Also the beds were very hard
- Cindy (8/5): Would stay again. - Close to family activity. Easy access to sites. Handicap access and equipment like bars in bathroom.
- Vanessa (4/5): - The 2 biggest downsides are that the parking lot is too small and shaped strange our 1500 short bed truck didn’t fit appropriately, the second is that the rooms don’t have A/C, so with the humidity and heat it was miserable.
- Tawni (4/5): - The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient, that’s where the good ends. The showers have no water pressure, the hot tub was ice cold, the heated pool was unheated. The “breakfast” was not ready at 7am ever. Overall will not stay again.
- Jerry (8/5): -
- Lacie (3/5): - I liked the convenience of its location. Carpet in the room was wet and dirty, the tub either had a grime ring stain or just hadn't been cleaned well. Hot tub looked bigger in the pictures but it was dirty so we chose not to use it.
- Matt (8/5): - Room felt relatively clean and was comfortable enough for a short weekend trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
- Nga (8/5): - The exterior looks rundown. The room was stuffy, lacked ventilation
- Angela (6/5): - Hotel was very rundown. Room was dirty, pool was dirty. I would not recommend staying here
- Contreras de Virla (10/5): - The pillows and the amount of towels fascinated me. At night I needed to make myself a hot tea and I couldn't
- David (8/5): -
- Kaylene (4/5): Horrible. - My friend and I got there and dropped our bags off and then immediately left to go get dinner because we were starving after driving 4 hours. We got back and noticed the room was very dusty, the bathroom mirror had something smeared on it, and paint was peeling off of the walls. We looked at the pool and it quite literally looked like milk. We decided to go visit the hot tub and when we got in there we were met with blood stains on the chairs, a luke warm hot tub, and the jets wouldn’t turn on. I called the front desk and all they could say was that there was nothing wrong with the hot tub and it was fine. Later on, we rented a room somewhere else and checked out early and eventually they did admit to us that the hot tub was inoperable. They also told us that they “couldn’t possibly clean the pool everyday.” While I was there talking with them, 3 people came to the lobby to complain about various things. I was issued a refund but was pretty sternly told not to mention the hot tub or pool issues in my review and that apparently customer satisfaction doesn’t really matter to them. I do not recommend this hotel and I will never be going back.
- Ken (4/5): - Pool was dirty. Hot tub was not hot and didn’t bubble. No AC.
- William (5/5): This motel was merely adequate and what I should have expected based on the price. Not a Wyndham. - Room wasn't as clean as it should have been. One lamp bulb was out. Breakfast was limited to tea/coffee (adequate only) and fresh fruit. The room location fronting on U.S. Highway 101 was very noisy. The grounds were shabby and not maintained. The outdoor pool was good enough.
- Charlotte (6/5): Was clean and well furnished - Room was well furnished. Was clean but the air conditioner didn’t work. They had a big floor fan to use but not all the electrical plugs in the wall didn’t work so we had to have the fan in an inconvenient place in the room
- Daniela (8/5): - Homeless people around making noise
- McMurrian (9/5): -
- Johnny (5/5): -
- Nathan (2/5): - Very rude and not understanding anything
- Laura (4/5): Old and run down - Old, run down hotel. We were offered one room key for 3 adults. Coffee was days old, blacker than black and full of coffee grounds. Staff could barely speak English. The bathroom door would stick and was difficult to open/close. The room was not cleaned very well. There are not a lot of outlets. The only positive things about our stay here is that the room was spacious and it is right in the middle of town.
- Verified traveler (4/5): 🙂🙃 - Rooms were clean, but certainly need updating! Base boards falling off ! Bathroom tub looks dirty all the time ! Mats in tub need replacing!
Owners were very nice!
Dog potty area filled with cigarette butts could be raked and watered!
Had to ask for clean towels ... not impressed with how run down it is!
- Michael (10/5): - Close to the casino and the bayfront.
- Robinette (5/5): - needs some over hall new curtains new carpet some one at the officethat speaks better english
- harry (6/5): - when booked it said it included breakfast had just banana or apple ,coffee we thought it was over priced better is available area will not stay again
- Hannah (4/5): Not great staff were ok but other than that the rooms were very disappointing - Staff were nice The rooms were incredibly dirty. We had to buy cleaning supplies to even stay there due to the smell and dirty and other people’s hair everywhere. The shower was also filthy and had to be bleached. This rag is from wiping off the hard floor, it was almost completely black
- Andre (4/5): - The staff was friendly enough and fairly accommodating.
Unfortunately certain things weren't up to expectation.
We needed wifi (no phone service) but it didn't work, the signal was too weak to reach our room and we heard all kinds of excuses from the staff instead of an apology.
The hotel and the room were not clean, not terribly dirty, but looked like an average surface clean was performed, I could still see hair everywhere and dirty floors. The bed was good.
Sound isolation between units is poor, I heard people all throughout the night, even with windows closed. And some neighbor had their TV going all night.
The area of town was not the best, but seemed safe enough. Hot tub is advertised but only open from 3:30 and the jets are not working.
Breakfast was basically coffee (no decaf), juice from a machine, some sad looking fruit and granola bars. Nothing we would consume unfortunately. But we're pretty picky.
Overall it was below expectation, and we weren't expecting much.
- JOHN (10/5): Florence - Great little clean motel. Convenient to Old Town
With the price. Recommend it.
- Frank (8/5): OK - room was neat and clean..staff courteous , location was good breakfast was very limited, coffee, fruit, granola bar, that was it!!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Homeless people going through dumpster, no hot water on arrival. No breakfast. For the money not happy
- Philip (8/5): Good value for money - Good clean room. Normal amenities . Quiet
- Teresa (8/5): - Clean and mostly renovated. Homeless around it was a little scary for a single lady.
Quiet and close to where I had to be. Would recommend.
- Christa (8/5): -
- Michael (4/5): - Hot water never worked. Reported problem, told it had just been reset, and to wait a half-hour. No hot water, even the next morning. Big hole in the sheetrock, scarred up doorways and furniture. Dirty coffee maker inside room. Bananas and granola bars in lobby for breakfast.
- Andrew (10/5): - Very nice
- Christine (8/5): - Only issue was we had no hot water in the morning because it must’ve flipped a breaker. But that wasn’t their fault and it wasn’t an inconvenience to us really. It was corrected right away.
- Marcia (10/5): Florence Holiday - It was very nice, we enjoyed the size if the room, would stay again.
- Anthony (6/5): - Average hotel. Nothing fancy. Good beds. Courtyard can be noisy when guest are in it from the echos.
- Mitchell (7/5): -
- Denise (8/5): - This place was on the older side. It did the trick for the night but I would likely not stay here again.
- Susan (8/5): - The room was clean but noisy. The internet did not work hardly at all. The shower was scalding hot or ice cold with no water pressure.
- Adam (7/5): Needed work - Needed work. Attention to detail 1 set of towels. A/C had electrical problems
- VINOD (8/5): - Good place to stay,
- Chip (10/5): - Very clean....and quiet..... Parking....
- mc. (8/5): -
- James K (2/5): - They put us disabled couple on second floor. Husband walks with cane. I booked it back in April they were told we needed a bottom floor. Called us night before our arrival they couldnt accomadate us. So sad
- Amy (4/5): Will do an upgrade next time when passing through - Their kids were riding bikes all over property almost ran into us TWICE. CIGARETTE BUTTS EVERYWHERE OUTSIDE IN COURTYARD AREA,TRASH etc..
