• Hoang Anh (5/5): There is no women-only area - Toilet and shower room and shower room clean, near by Sapporo station, cheap I thought I had booked a women-only area, but there were also men staying on the 3rd floor. I was shocked and felt uncomfortable sharing the shower room and toilet with men because I didn’t know this in advance. Also, there is a gap above the curtains, so people can easily see inside other beds. The curtains are not secure either - if someone touches them while climbing to the upper bed, they open immediately and expose everything inside. This happened to my friend while she was changing clothes, which was very embarrassing. I also noticed many other reviews complaining about the same issue, but it seems the problem still hasn’t been fixed!

• Philip (7/5): - I stayed 4 nights, bed and pillow were some of the most comfortable out of any hostel i’ve been to. The first floor seating area is good but its also a restaurant open to the public. check in process is probably the worst out of any hostel. one of the tissue boxes on the 3rd floor appears to have blood stains on it, other than that the property was clean. there’s a significant gap between the roll down blinds and the bunk bed frame where people can look inside. its strange cause it could have definitely been constructed without the gap

• Morimoto (7/5): - 清潔にされていた。 泊まっている人がいい人だった。 チェックインがタブレット使用の無人だったが、困った時の問い合わせ用タブレットも用意されていて、オンラインて会話しながら解決できるようになっていた。 到着時、退館時、正面玄関の解錠のしかたが分からなかった。 貴重品などを保管するためのロッカーがひとりひとりに用意されているが、施錠、解錠のしかたが日本語では書いてなく、複数の外国語のみ。また、その表示の文字色が読みにくく、結局使えなかった。(右に回す、とか左に、とか書いてあるが、強調するつもりの文字色が、周囲がほの暗くて読めなかった)
• HIDETOSHI (8/5): ＪＲ札幌から徒歩圏内 - 1. ＪＲ札幌から徒歩圏内。10分から15分ぐらい。2. Check-InがSmart。玄関のQR codeでbed番号を直ちに決めてくれる。3. トイレが尻を水噴射で洗浄できるType。4. 冷蔵庫が在る。5. shower roomが在る。6. 無料Wi-Fiが利用できる。7. bedの照明は明るい。8. Check-Outが遅い人には10時59分まで寛容。 1. 階段を登る必要がある。2. Lockerが在る。高さは2 liter Pet Bottleが2個積めるほどの中型。ただし、dialの回転機構が貧相なType。

• Jessie (7/5): Okay for passing through - I only stayed for one night as it was in a convenient location, walking distance to the station. It was good value for one night for what I needed while passing through. It is great to have the bathroom attached to the room so you don't need to walk far. I wouldn't recommend for longer stays unless you were keeping an eye on your budget. The communal area downstairs is actually a restaurant which is closed by night but it didn't really have any other spaces to hang out which left only the bed in the room. It is hard to be social and meet new people. The blinds come down to allow for privacy but when the person above me was trying to get into their bed there is a perfect gap at eye level to see through to me in my bed. I still prefer this setup over an open bunk bed and it is budget friendly, if a bed is all you need.

• 福士 (8/5): - チェックイン〜チェックアウトが全て無人で済む。 寝具がとても快適。 シャワールーム、トイレが綺麗で、設備が整っている。 札幌という土地柄か就寝時の暖房が熱く感じました。 ただ、寒がりな人もいると思うので、掛け布団が無くても寝られるのは逆に良いのかも。

• Gabriel (8/5): - Clean, very close to the main station so it is well located to go places. They have a good offer of toilettries and towels to use free of charge. Good amount of showers and toilets. No security at all, doors open at all times so anyone could walk into the room. There is also no staff ever, so there is no way to get something or make a complaint if needed.

Estuve en otro lugar más grande y probado con 20% menos de lo que me costó éste. Pero supongo fue por el concierto de Arashi, todo subió de precio por ello. Así que ni modo.

• Lio P (9/5): Cute and central stay in Sapporo - In walking distance from Sapporo station, even with heavy luggage und tons of snow. The place is really cute and also has great coffee, chai, curry and sake in the evenings. The check-in process was really bad and took like 30min. We had to dial into a video call with someone from an external agency to confirm the people etc. I think the problem was that the staff did not speak any English, so they outsourced to an agency.

• TAKEUCHI (3/5): ………… - ・24人部屋ドミトリーフロアにトイレがひとつしかなかった。しかも臭いがきつかった。 ・チェックインしてから部屋への案内が不親切 ・20時でイビキの音。音をたてないように気を使いました。 ・ロッカー前に宿泊客の大きな荷物が置かれ　使いづらかった。そして暗い。 以上、値段が安ければ仕方がないなと思えたことも、雪まつりの影響で一泊10000円越え…価格に見合わなすぎだと感じました。
• Ozeel (7/5): An overall decent stay, pretty cheap too thx to a booking deal - It was ok, bed was nice there is enough space in the dorm for luggage and everyone No staff, just some cafe on the first floor. Couldn’t shower after 10 or 11pm it was ice cold (Could have argued that it’s to not bother other guests but the shower space is pretty well soundproof) . Since the place is pretty far off from everything I didn’t want to come back early and feel stuck there. So being twice unable to shower after a long day before going to sleep was off putting
• Ai (5/5): 快適度の低さから言うと料金が高い。 - 駅から程よく離れている事 スタッフがいない コーヒーや紅茶などのフリードリンクもなければバーの営業もない。 中国人の人達は日本のマナーが分からないので泊めてほしくない。 トイレが経血で汚れており、私が掃除しました。 一階のテーブルでも平気でこちらの席に荷物を置いてくる。2泊とも荷物置いてくる人がいました。 そして日本語も英語も話せない中国人。

• Thilakawansha (1/5): Very bad and stressful - The locker allocated to me could not be opened when I checked out, so I was unable to leave the facility as planned. Unfortunately, there were no staff members available to resolve the issue at that time. As a result, I missed my flight from Chitose Airport, which caused me both financial losses and considerable stress. I believe I should be compensated, at least for the financial losses incurred due to the missed flight There was no staff there to contact for emergency situation. There online assistance was also very poor. Not responding to customers and not attending to customers matters

• Joscelyn (9/5): Great people to meet amongst Visitors!!! - I loved the showers, and my Bed#10 at "Ten to Ten"; Almost 10/10 !! My lower bed was next to door and window for fresh air, ...therefore, I had control on "Air/Control", the Best spot in the Hostel. I would come again for the near location to Train Stn. Thx "Lack of a Physical staff"... There was cleaning starting around 10:30- noon, other than that no body responsible in place. Video connection is far from "Service In Person"; for that reason, I will prefer other places anytime over it. By chance, resto 5days. Thx

• WEI (8/5): - 膠囊空間很乾淨、鋪床非常的整齊，床墊也好睡、價格很合理 能攤開行李箱的公用空間有點小、入住手續稍嫌麻煩，廁所浴室和空間均為性別混合使用

• Max (8/5): - Perfectly adequate dorm room. Check in was by video call, which would have been fine but without staff physically present, I felt like guests were louder and messier than other hostels.
• In Free (7/5): - It was clean! Common area filled with wall outlets. There was a guy that stank, not much what the host could about but it was miserable sleeping there. Otherwise it had a light curry smell which I don’t mind.

• Xavier (8/5): Une très belle auberge avec tout ce dont nous avons besoin, mais le côté social aurait pu être meilleur. - Tout était très propre. L’auberge de jeunesse est bien située et se trouve à dix minutes de la gare de Sapporo. Cependant, cette auberge était mentionnée comme étant une des meilleures pour rencontrer d’autres voyageurs. Personnellement, je n’ai pas vécu cette expérience. Je suis quelqu’un qui adore rencontrer de nouvelles et, malheureusement, je n’ai fait qu’une seule rencontre intéressante. J’y étais en fin mai/ début juin qui est la saison morte pour le tourisme au Japon, mais je m’attendais à mieux.

• Miha (3/5): Lights on 24/7 - Torture Chamber - Good bed, good bathroom, clean facilities and great location. You won't sleep here: 1. Bright lights on 24/7. I have been to 63 countries and have never experienced this. I consider it retarded, even a monkey would turn off the lights. 2. No reception desk. Self check-in via QR code didn't work, I had to talk to a call center to check-in and lost 1 hour. 3. If you pull down the curtain of your capsule you suffocate, air-con is not strong enough. Plus they give you a ridicolous thick winter duvet, I slept naked covered only with a duvet-case and was sweating. Don't come here unless you don't have another option.
